This place fit the needs of our family perfectly. I wish the place had been a little cleaner but it wasn't terrible. One of the queen beds was very hard and uncomfortable. Didn't care for the lack of parking out front at night but didn't realize until the end of our stay that there was a parking spot in back. We enjoyed celebrating Christmas as a family in the very cozy livingroom.

We had a wonderful time in Phillips staying at the Hillcrest condo! It was extremely well equipped, with lots of room for the whole family to sleep, and plenty of room for kiddos to play around in the living room. The kitchen is new and beautiful, had everything we needed to make meals for our week. Location was great too- we walked downtown from our condo a few times to shop and eat.. very convenient! The “starter pack” of paper products seemed really generous, and there IS a washer and dryer! I might have just missed it in the listing- but for future renters- you can wash your clothes outside of business hours if you provide your own detergent. Really nice to have, especially with kids! The owner Patty was super helpful and friendly, and was always available to contact through text throughout our stay. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, and you should too!

The condo was a grand getaway for a wedding weekend! It was such a great way to celebrate with friends. Everything decorated beautifully and at a great location close to downtown. So glad we didn't have to put up with small motel rooms verses feeling relaxed just like being at home. A great piece of mind.

We had a very nice stay. We were in the area for a family event. The location is convenient and is easily excessive which I appreciate as stairs are very difficult for me. The condo was clean and very appealing. We enjoyed the back deck and spent a lot of time there. We will definitely be back.

Visited Philips for a couple days of ATV riding. Public parking by lake was handy for truck and trailer parking. Condo was roomy and just what we needed.

We basically only slept here as we spent all our time ice fishing. Conveniently located across from bait shop and downtown for pizza was only a 2 block walk. Very nice place!

This is a great place to stay. We have stayed here before and just love the location. We have family in the area so the convenience is the best. Close to all needs and wants. The Snowmobile trail even passes through the back. We plan to come back again. Thanks for having us.

This was exactly what we were looking for! My family and mother were looking for a place to share as we visited family. 3 spacious, clean bedrooms. Beautiful kitchen! We would definitely stay again. It felt like home.

Overall we were satisfied with our stay in Phillips. The condo clean with lots of space. It was very nice to have the washer and dryer. Easy access to shopping in town. Internet speed was slow, but was suitable to remote work during the week.

The condo is on a main road so it’s a little loud, but tolerable. The rooms are plenty big, the condo was clean and comfortable. The owner was easy to work with. I would recommend!

Great location right on Main Street in Phillips. Have family in town so great location for us when visiting instead of 2-3 hotel rooms. Very clean 3 bedroom condo with nice balcony overlooking lake & park. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need & a short walk to downtown.

This property exceeded our expectations and the pictures don’t do it justice. A very cute, clean, and spacious place to stay right in downtown Phillips. Within walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. Also very close to the lake. Check in was easy and the communication with the host was excellent. Will stay here again!!

We have stayed at this condo twice in the past year and we choose it because of it's great proximity to the lake and park and to the downtown area. This was are third time renting this property. Great for a family and our go to property in the area.

A very nice place right in the center of Phillips! It was very nice to be able to spread out after a long day of riding. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable! Kitchen was stocked with whatever you needed. Bathroom was perfect. There is on site laundry, which was awesome! Our only minor complaint is that we had to park the trailer across the street. We just prefer to have it closer, but it worked fine. The trail entrance is literally behind the condo. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place!
