My wife and I have been to Morro Bay many, many times, even owning property there for a while. But we never actually stayed on the bay itself. This property was a perfect choice for our 47th anniversary. The view from the balcony overlooks Morro Bay with all the sights and sounds of seals, otters, seagulls, fog horns, and boats going by. One evening we could hear the roar of the surf while one morning was deadly quiet as a thick fog sat on the bay. The sunsets were beautiful. All the shops and restaurants were fifty steps away on the nearby Embarcadero with a brewpub on one side and a coffee shop and burger joint on the other. My wife and I had a wonderful stay we will not forget and we very much expect to return.

We loved every minute at this perfect getaway!! Close to everything yet can’t hear an thing when you are relaxing in the deck with the beautiful harbor in front of you . The sunsets were amazing! The kitchen had everything needed to make our meals. The bed was comfy. The shower and extra bathroom were perfect for getting ready. Plenty of room in the tv room!! The fireplaces were an added bonus! Walking distance to all the downtown action!! Our new favorite place to stay in Morro!!

Annual mother/daughter trip to the central coast. Decided to stay in Morro Bay and we did a LOT right here! We paddle boarded out to the sand spit with otters, played at Tidal Park, ate at several of the restaurants along the waterfront. Window-shopped, watched for sea-life and just genuinely enjoyed our stay. Cambria is just a few miles up the road as are the elephant seals. We love Morro Bay and will continue to visit.

Clean, Nice location, all with in walking distance to all of Morro Bay's Beaches and attractions

We couldn’t ask for a better location and the unit was just right for our needs. Our boys loved waving hello to the kayakers from the balcony, and we enjoyed hoping next door for burgers and beer. Tidelands park was an easy walk too. We ended up giving the bedroom to our two boys to share, and we slept on the pullout sofa. It was surprisingly comfortable! Would definitely recommend these units.

This rental is even better in person. The location is perfect, and it's very well maintained. I'd stay here again!

We enjoyed a week of adventures in Morro Bay-hiking and visiting nearby parks for golf and recreation. This condo was a pleasant stay-clean and accommodating.

Total relaxation with million-dollar views! The week went by way to fast with hikes in Montana De Oro, walks around the harbor shops, estuary and rock. Hearst Ranch winery in San Simeon, the scarecrow festival in Cambria, and the solar light show in Paso Robles were day side trips. Been visiting Moro Bay since I was taken there on a family vacation in 1973. Always a pleasure to return. Our stay this year was first rate.

We had a great time at this perfect place. Location is great, and everything was just as described. Place was very clean and had everything we needed. The only negative was the shower. Not enough water pressure. But we had a great time and can't wait to go back!

We will be back again. Perfect and convenient location for our family with young kids. They love waking up to the birds and boats in the am. Very clean and updated interiors. Convenient secured parking downstairs. We will be back!! Thank you.

There were a few problems with the property, but overall we really enjoyed it. It’s almost impossible to contact anyone in charge of the property. For example, we got a dish towel mixed up with our things and don’t know how to send it back.

Great views of Moro Bay and within walking distance to most local attractions.

We loved the bay view and enjoyed the location where shops, parks, and restaurants were all in walking distance. The property was very clean and had all of the appliances a family might need. We really enjoyed our stay.

Watching the tide changes, the otters flocking, pelican just sailing by this property makes a great base for exploring our natural world.

Perfect place for a relaxing getaway! The location was wonderful (wish the brewery below was open but next time!). The place was clean, updated and well-appointed. The view is amazing. Loved the town overall and would come back here to stay!

The property itself was in a great location, and it was so nice to be able to sit by the bay and watch the boats on the water. We had high expectations for this condo, but sadly much of what we hoped for did not pan out. We had to cancel plans twice in order to accommodate two different repairmen (one for the internet, one for the fan on the refrigerator). The refrigerator fan started to go out when we got there, and was so loud that it was impossible to sleep for several days. The manager knew about the issue prior to us arriving, but said that because the problem was intermittent they had not yet fixed it. Once the repairman came, he said that he could replace the fan but that it would require the refrigerator to first be unplugged for two days. We said "no" because there was medication inside that needed to be kept cold or else it would get ruined. The manager did tell us that they could provide another refrigerator (but it was half the size of the one currently in the condo). Before the new refrigerator was put into place, the problematic one went completely out. We had stocked it with over $150 in food, all of which unfortunately spoiled. The safe for storing valuables also had issues. The lock went out at one point, so we couldn't retrieve our keys and get into the car so we could drive somewhere. The manager tried to fix it by replacing the batteries, but that still did not help the problem. Thankfully we were finally able to open it and get the keys out. We were offered a refund of $300. Half of the refund ($150) was for the spoiled food, and the remaining $150 was for the inconvenience of the issues we experienced. I wish we had better things to say about this condo, but they need to do a better job of upkeep, as they left it in disrepair. Thank you.

Very nice place, right off the main street in Morro Bay. A bit of a tight squeeze getting into the parking-- warning only if you have a giant car. The views from the front patio are accurate-- really stunning views of Morro Rock, which changes character through the day. Remember, though, that you are on the Central Coast and often the rock is not visible due to fog (clearly not a knock on the property-- I'm just managing expectations of potential guests who expect sunny skies). We played cards on the balcony the whole time. We had a beautiful water view. Foghorn and otters at night were mesmerizing. Sleeper sofa was VERY comfortable. Location excellent.
