We had a blast making memories! Would definitely like to stay again

This property was very beautiful. Right on the creek with enough privacy to enjoy time with family and friends in nature!

The toilet was making a noise to the point the water had to be turned on and off. It just needs some TLC. We enjoyed our time there.

Great spot, not too close to the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and pigeon forge area but also not too far away from anything we wanted to do.

Loved the rustic cabin. Well furnished with plenty of kitchen things. Beds comfortable. The decorations were so rustic and outdoorsy! Loved being on the river and were able to fish and caught a few which grandkids enjoyed! A bit of a drive to National Park but loved not being in all the congestion!

overall the property was nice, had a river right behind the cabin and overall cabin was very clean! The property was quiet! Fishing was not on point when we were there, which was a bummer- didn’t see one trout in the stream. Other than waiting for the cabin to be cleaned once we arrived overall a nice stay. Even though it was a no smoking on property you could quickly tell it was not a smoke free home in the past. Beautiful property

Beautiful, and comfortable. Would liked to of had a mirror on the back door of the master bedroom. I was too short to see myself in the mirror in the bathroom. Also some safety strips in the shower shower floor was a little slippery we were very comfortable and you supplied everything that we needed, thank you so much and we will see you again

Our cabin was within feet of a swim creek, had several different game tables, and was secluded which is what we wanted but close enough to attractions.

The cabin was really great since we had a rainy stay. Having the covered porches with swings was awesome, and being right on the creek was so relaxing. The kitchen was nice and the long table was great for meals. We enjoyed the pool table and air hockey table. The hot tub was super clean.

It was amazing I’ll do it again in fall

My family and I stayed here for a few days in May. The weather was beautiful. Hot tub was perfect. And fishing was pretty good. We loved the cabin. It was more than sufficient for us. The cleanliness was excellent. And the amenities were great. We loved it, and Would stay again definitely.

Needed a getaway for myself and a few friends before my upcoming wedding. We chose River's Edge due to the large yard, pool table, and creek. You cannot beat this location as far as scenery goes.. the creek just outside both porches is amazing enough to listen too, but also has several small trout. The spacious yard provided privacy and space to throw frisbee and play other yard games. The only downside of the property is the bathroom sizes. Both are maybe less than 5' x 7' and the showerhead stood 5 and a half feet tall. I'm 6'4" so this was an annoyance, but a minor one considering the perks of this cabin.

This property was as advertised beautiful setting on Cosby creek. The cabin was clean and everything in working order. The hot tub and game room were excellent for both kids and adults. We will be going back to the area next year and will check availability of this place

The cabin was lovely i will be looking to stay there again! Our kids and our seniors enjoyed the game room!

we only stayed 2 nights and the power was out most of the first night till late so we played games in the dark with flashlights. also there was mention of a propane grill which was not there only a charcoal picnic grill. other than that they stay was fun. cabin was nice and manager reaponded quickly to any issues

In general, it’s a nice place and we were grateful for the opportunity, but it is misrepresented online. The kitchen is well equipped. I recommend a crock pot. I recommend you change the directions to include the driveway is on the other road. The pictures make it look secluded, there were neighbors all around and across the river. Outdoor furniture is very old and dirty. There’s no safe entrance to the river from the property. The grill is stationary and charcoal, something you’d see at a park. The ping pong table is broke, inadequate paddles and balls. No TV’s in bedrooms and during NCAA tournaments, it’s a must have. The dressers were dusty. The bed in the sofa was disgusting, very dirty. When the cushions were removed, I found cords from previous renters, old snacks, popcorn kernels to name a few. I’m sorry for this honest review but for what we paid a night, I expected better.

The place is all its described to be! Will definitely plan another visit in the warmer months.

This property is such a great property if you’re wanting to relax and enjoy the view and sound of running water. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and it was so nice to come back the house and just relax and play ping pong or pool, relax in the swings, or take a dip in the hot tub. It was clean, the check in process was a breeze and we had zero issues. 10 out of 10 and will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful comfortable cabin. Everything you need is here. We spent a week in the cabin and don’t have a single complaint! Home is comfortable. Views are great. River is peaceful. Game room is fun! We will be booking again!

Peaceful and quiet serenity with all that you need. The bear cabinets are gorgeous! The beds were comfortable and the temperature was perfect and having the creek right beside your cabin was spectacular. It will definitely be a do over because we had a wonderful time!

What a beautiful property and great location. We loved it so much it was hard to leave. We will definitely be back for futures vacations!

This was our first trip together as a family (8 of us) and we chose this cabin because it was close to Pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. Plus it had things for everyone to do, Creek for swimming / fishing , pool table , air hockey & ping pong for everyone to play. Not to mention the hot tub and swings on the back decks. I will say that the pictures online do NOT do this cabin justice. I LOVE the kitchen cabinets as well. WE are hoping to return to this same cabin (if possible) every year for our family trips You'll enjoy it as well!
