The Property was very well stocked with anything you would typically need in your home. Host was very friendly and i felt welcomed.

Nice place to get away for a few days. Eggs were great! Great location to be able to explore the area. Elizabeth was attentive and accessible.

The Carriage House was a great home base for a mountain weekend! Just about a half hour to Hunter Mountain, it was a perfect amount of space for the three of us. The house was well stocked with supplies and stayed warm despite it being so cold. Elizabeth went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay.

Elizabeth was the best host--leaving us fresh eggs from her chickens, and giving us tips on nearby hikes. We so enjoyed spending time on the property and getting to meet the chickens, roosters, horses and Elizabeth's dog, Rex. We can't wait to come back!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Pine Ridge Farm for a weekend. We loved it. The place is easy to get to. Elizabeth was kind enough to leave a balloon, wine, candles, and birthday napkins for us. She left fresh eggs for us in the fridge as well. On our last day, we spoke with her and learned so much about her. She is really interesting and the ideas she has for her property is amazing too. We got to take pictures with her horses, which we loved! And my boyfriend got to pick out some eggs and feed the chickens too. If you love nature and some farm experience, you will not be disappointed with this place. The only thing for me was that it was a little cluttered because there were a lot of things outside. But that's just me because I like less. And I'm also claustrophobic! One of the great things were that there is a heating vent thing in the bathroom. Just like there is ventilation, there is a button for heat and I loved that. Because it was right where you stand in front of the sink so it felt cozy there, especially when you get out of the shower. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we would go back again.

This was a wonderful country experience. The grounds are beautiful and from the outdoor seating can see a beautiful lakes with ducks and geese. Elizabeth is fascinating as a host. She gave us several dozen eggs from her coup, and also brought a carafe of homemade wine from a local restaurant. Only issue is that there is no bathroom on the second floor of carriage house, which is where one of the bedrooms is. Overall a great experience!!

Our family had a great time at the Carriage House and we are so happy to find this place. The property is amazing; the scenery, pristine nature, wild and farms animals, the grill and outside setting, the fire pit, the stars in the sky. The tap water is like spring water tastes so fresh and better than any bottled water. Not to mention the taste of fresh eggs. It was beyond expectations. The owner is extremely helpful, resourceful and very generous, the house very clean and well stocked. Very private as well. Activities were plenty in the area within half hour to an hour drive. We would definetely come back.

The house was immaculate and there was great attention to cleanliness. The accommodations were just what you would expect in a cottage farm house and the kitchen was well stocked. The yard was glorious and we used the fire-pit. The animals next door were a fun outdoor activity for the kids to enjoy. No need for devices here!! The location was central and convenient. Overall, a great place to stay. The outdoors are fantastic, and Elizabeth was very friendly and helpful. The layout is a little unusual- the living room is upstairs, along with one bedroom, while the other bedroom (windowless) and kitchen/dining area are downstairs. We had a great time!

We stayed here mostly to visit family in the area so we didn't really avail ourselves of the beautiful property and its amenities but the accommodations are very nice. We spent a couple of days hiking around North-South Lake in the Catskills. It was a nice place to hang out after a long day. We especially enjoyed evening fires in the fire pit!

The property is incredible and an animal lovers paradise! Catskill charm at its best. Elizabeth is very welcoming and made the stay even better with her hospitality. Overall a great experience and we look forward to a return visit!
