Quiet, spacious, and perfect location

Great trip, will definitely stay here again

When we first got there had to call Elaine the booking manager. She was a delight. We were having issues with the bedroom on the right. It was stuffy and not cool. She went and bought some fans and called the AC guy. The house cooled down but there is something going on with that bedroom. Fans really helped but was not near as cool as the rest of the house.

Great environment and town. Loved the house and hot tub. We truly enjoyed our night away from reality. Thanks

A wonderful home, very clean with everything we needed. A perfect location and will definitely consider staying there again.

Husband and I were looking for a perfect place for our anniversary and this place was indeed perfect! We enjoyed the balance between the shops on Main St and the peacefulness of the house. This location had everything!

Within walking minutes of a ton of fun places. On top of that the company that owns the property offers a wine tour at a much more competitive price than anything else I could find.

This place is great... within a block of main street, 5 min walk to HEB. The back yard is picturesque. Clean and WAYYY bigger than I was imagining.

Booked the stay for parent’s 35th anniversary and they loved it! So close to Main Street, but quiet overlook of the creek behind. Highly recommend!

Great house for relaxing after touring downtown Fredricksburg or hitting the wineries. Backs up to trees and creek, even saw a deer while having coffee in the morning. Two block walk to all the shops but very quiet, safe neighborhood. Would definitely visit again!

My sister and I were on a girl's trip and this was the perfect place to stay. It was so nice to have just a short walk to Main St. and yet the backyard was a park-like setting. One evening we saw 23 (YES! I said 23!!) deer stroll along the creek in back. The house was larger than it appears from the outside. Very clean, updated and it had everything we needed. I would definetly stay here again!

From the moment we walked in the door, we were so impressed with this property. Honestly, the first thing we said when we walked in was, "Wow!" Very well appointed, clean and exactly (if not more than) as represented in the listing. The only negative is that we didn't get to take full advantage of everything the place had to offer during our two night stay! The kitchen was fully stocked with any and all cookware, tableware and utensils one might need. The bathroom was clean and spacious (two sinks--yay!), and the master bedroom was large and comfortable, with a great view of the yard and creek from both the room itself and the attached balcony. The living room was a relaxing place to unwind after a day of shopping and watch a little TV, or chill out with a glass of local wine. The location of the property is great--just two blocks from Main St., where there is more than enough shopping, restaurants and bars to keep one entertained. Fredricksburg itself is truly a gem, and we could have easily stayed longer to do more in the surrounding area (e.g., wine tours). There's even a huge grocery store just two blocks down the hill in case you're stocking up for a longer stay. Communication on accessing the property was clear and prompt, and the checkout process was simple. All we had to do was take the garbage out to the bin. No muss or fuss around washing linens, cleaning and putting away dishes, etc. Finally, a cleaning fee that includes someone else cleaning! :-) Thanks!

The property was spacious and well kept. The location was perfect! We were walking distance from shops and restaurants. Overall, we were very satisfied. The only issue, and it was minor, is that if we had TV service, we couldn’t figure it out.

Property was as pictured. Neighborhood was quiet even though it is 2 blocks from main street.

We’ve asked to be removed from this list to no avail.

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Lots of space, great amenities, and great location. The bonus was the playground right across the street at the church which was perfect for my 6 and almost 3 year old. Would definitely stay again!

Location, location, location!!! Not only was the location ideal, the home was awesome. Loads of room for my wife and I with room to spare. Looking forward to returning.

What a gem. This charming cottage was home away from home. It was so spacious and clean. It was decorated beautifully. The best part was the view from the master bedroom in Sandy's Serenity. We enjoyed our morning breakfast watching the deer. It was so serene, quiet and relaxing which is just what we needed. We would highly recommend this VRBO. As far as we are concerned it can't be beat!

Everything about our stay at Sandy's Serenity was ideal. It was very roomy and clean. The view off the back balcony was so serene and we enjoyed watching the deer. Easily walkable to restaurants and shopping. I've stayed at several hill country rentals and this one is tops!

Great little property in walking distance to everything on Main Street! The property itself was beautiful, we just didn’t get to enjoy it because it was so hot. We will be back!

Property was as described. Even though we did not use the kitchen, it was stocked with everything we would have needed. Large master bedroom with sitting area and balcony. Comfortable, great view of deer in the stream. Perfect for our family weekend.
