Lovely house. Brilliant location. The house is fantastic with loads of space and very comfortable.

Lancelin can be a little smelly but not to the point of putting us off looking around

We love this property. Have stayed here previously and look forward to our next visit. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, with a bunk in the second room and another bunk (with lower double bed) in the spacious entry / foyer. The kitchen is well-stocked and airconditioning is in the lounge and master bedroom. The backyard is huge, and the garden fully gated if you bring the doggos.

Very comfortable we all enjoyed our stay. It was walking distance to IGA, pub and beach. Very relaxing weekend just what we all needed.

just be aware of power poll in drive way, had boat and dingy just had to swing wide to get into the property. nothing the owners can do. just a heads up for future people

A full length mirror would be good as only one mirror in bathroom which the kids were not tall enough to see

loved that the property was suitable for our dog, big backyard that is enclosed and has a gate, so he did not have to be tied up. Loved the out door firepit and the treehouse busy being constructed

Easy to collect keys however due to app issues the in app message was never received but the host was fabulous when i reached out direct to chase up entry . The accomodation was lovely & homely . Shame i was solo & only stayed a few nights. Will definately bring the family back as it was a great location

Comfy bed. Enough room for everyone (4 kids 2 adults). Large backyard. All the board games available were a huge hit. Gorgeous little character house.

Toilet was a little scary, with the high water level, but no issues. Bbq is very close to needing replacing but still usable.

Clean, cosy, close to everything. Can’t fault it! We’ll definitely be back!!!

The fire pit was a great addition. BBQ ready to be used and in great condition. great backyard for dogs and kids to play and the tree house is a nice touch. The house is homely and holds a few so was great for our family get away.

Great location, beautiful little house & beautifully presented, kitchen had all requirements to just walk in & start cooking, fire pit was awesome and the house was warm & cosy. Coffee pod machine was a god send.

The Wifi didn’t work, needed a clothes dryer desperately as it rained all weekend and there was no way of drying towels or clothes.

This cosy place has got everything. it’s fully equipped, with anything extra you need: from glad wrap to salt and pepper in the kitchen, to blankets and crafts for kids in the lounge room. free wifi and Netflix. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy, the place is very clean and has a homely welcoming feel. Great big garden with a tree house and a beautiful little veranda to have breakfast at. Great outdoor dining area under cover as well. We will definitely book Just Chillin next time we are back in Lancelin. This is a gem!

Just a totally cool little beach shack that was just like holiday shacks used to be when I was young kid only that it has all the mod cons inside - excellent AC, Huge tv, lovely linen, fantastic outside BBQ area including hammock. Joanne went out of her way to help us, as we had to change our booking due to lock down. The location of the beach home is walking distance to beach bakery, pub and you immediately were on holidays as soon as you unpacked and slipped your flip flops on. Very enjoyable to walk around the area and see all the cool beach shacks - very authentic, historic area.
