Bathroom could use an update

For 10€ which is very cheap, don't expect much. For me, this is one of the best 10€ rooms. Friendly host, good wifi, and the host let me pick the grapes and eat it for free. Cafe, market, and restaurant nearby and walking distance. I came with bicycle and the host store my bicycle inside the restaurant (the restaurant not in operation at the moment). Overall, i am satisfied.

Because there is no fan or A/C inside the room, i need to open the window for some air. Since the hotel is just next to the main road, you can hear noise from the road. The shared bathroom have little bit unpleasant smell. Overall OK, nothing much to complain and one of the best 10€ room.

We were in transit and we got to the location quite late. The lovely lady (owner) was waiting for us and she was very helpful by recommending a restaurant. Good price for a quick sleep.

The only thing which was very bad, was the bathroom. It was only one bathroom on the second floor, for about 5-6 double rooms (luckily we were the only people on the second floor). The problem was the smell and there was no window for fresh air. Everything was old and "DIY repaired", but overall, the room was ok for a quick sleep. I would not come back here, especially with my partner; but if I would be alone, I wouldn't be bothered by the bathroom. (I was generous with 8 :) )

Great host who helped us even though we arrived late in the evening. We had all we needed - hot water, comfortable (old) bed, clean room and good Wi-Fi! Note - the house is close to the highway, so expect noise at night. Very convenient for drivers to rest on the way to or from Greece!

One toilet for four rooms.

The host is wonderful. She's already waiting for me when I arrived and served me juice, coffee and home made apricot jem. Its very easy to find the place as its by the road side. The room & bathroom is clean. I can park my bike at the back of the house. Its very safe here.

A bit noisy though as its next to the road & quite warm during summer (no fan in the bed room but there is a/c at the living room). Request for the back bed room for a more peaceful stay.

Dragitsa, the host, is a lovely, smart, funny, and dynamic woman! The rooms are lovely and on the third floor of her house. She lives on the second floor. The first floor had a restaurant where I was able to store my bicycle safely. Her sons help her with Booking.com and she takes care of the house and rooms. Incomparable value for the price!!

Host attentative and informative

Excellent, I would highly recommend. The family that runs this is so friendly. I dropped my bike on the driveway rolling in and the son ran to me immediately and helped me. There is a kitchen downstairs separate from the rooms, so the rooms don’t smell of food. There is a cute outdoor patio area to hang out and plenty of parking

The lovely woman who runs this small bnb is the best. She showed me her garden and gave me home made truditional food. The room is small but very in expansive. Very close to stobi ancient city and winery

Everything was very good! The owner is so kind and nice! Gave us vegetables from her orchard as a present!
