The pool was as pictured only green water. The service people shocked it but it never got close to be tempting enough to go in. There was no air conditioning in the bedrooms. The driveway was a mess. The property manager tried her best but the owner never responded or helped in any way
They said he was planning to call with a refund but nothing happened.

Great spot
Only issue we had was the parking…which is a city of Miami ordinance. But only having 1 parking spot for home that fits 15 people isn’t logical. Home was great and prop manager was easy to deal with.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and the outdoors was really enjoyable. Thank you.

This house is okay. It definitely is not a luxury property. It is pretty clean, but not perfectly clean, the shower heads leak and have rust on them, the clothes dryer is ancient, etc. The oddest thing is that the house is advertised for 10 people but they only allow parking for 1 car. I don’t see how that works. The neighbors are very loud. This house is located right behind a Chabad location. They play loud music late into the night. We had 3 kids with us and that was annoying. But, overall, the place is okay.

This house is okay. It definitely is not a luxury property. Had an amazing experience. Everything worked out perfectly and the property is just as it appears online. Would definitely go back with a group of friends.

8 BR. 12 Beds. Clearly the property was set up more to be a party house than a family vacation house.

Fiancé’s 40th bday weekend
We were all very pleased with the overall experience. The home was even better then what it looks like in pictures. It was the perfect place for us to have close friends get together and celebrate a birthday.
