Came for historical adventure and this was convenient to Salem; Plymouth, and Boston

This is our third year in a row staying in this cottage. We love the location, how it is private with parking, but still close to Gloucester and other shopping areas. Plenty of space! I do wish the master bedroom had a king bed, but other than that we love the property.

The cottage is just around the corner from the harbor and provides a good access to all the shops and views you could want. Plenty of space inside to stretch outz and Jonathan was always on the ball no matter what may be at issue with the residence. Good bit of relaxation. Property is not designed around disability access, however. Front step is a 6 inch rise and the master bedroom, fireplace, and the attached bathroom is all up on a raised floor with additional steps to the shower.

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was so cozy but spacious, and had everything we needed. It was so convenient to walk right down the street for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner plus shopping! We will definitely be back :)

We would highly recommend this picturesque Rockport home! It was clean, cozy, and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

The unit was steps away from the many shops and restaurants in town. We walked everywhere. The master bedroom is fantastic with a cute sitting area and a great view from every window. The kitchen was well stocked. The washer and dryer were full size. We had a great time exploring the area.

We booked the cottage for a girls fall getaway and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Rockport is a lovely town and the location of the property is top notch, close to all the shops, restaurants and beach area. There is parking onsite, an outdoor area with a fire table and chairs, and everything you could possibly need at your home away from home. Plenty of space for 4 women. Easy train ride or Uber ride into Salem and other neighboring towns. Thank you to the owners for being so attentive and communicative. It was a vacation we will hold near and dear.

Great spot in lovely Rockport. We enjoyed the house, the patio, and walking to close-by restaurants and shops. We also used Rockport as a base for Salem and Boston trips by the T train. Recommended!

Rental was clean and adequately equipped.

3rd year staying at the cottage. Spotless and welcoming upon arrival. Enjoyed dining out at local restaurants and took in 2 concerts at the music hall. The location couldn't be any better - the charming tiown is right at your doorstep. A quick walk to the town beach- perfect way to spend the day. And the kitchen was perfect for making a seafood dinner with local caught lobsta . Already dreaming of our week here next summer.

It’s a great spot in downtown Rockport, within walking distance of beaches, shops, and sightseeing. It also has one very scarce feature in Rockport: parking! The house is well-stocked with appliances and utensils, and is clean and comfortable. It also has some fascinating history. We’ve been there more than once, and have already booked it again for next year

The Cottage is located close to all the shops in Rockport. Also, a nice walk to Front and Back beaches. No need to drive!

Super easy to book. Easier to find. Great cottage with an updated feel yet still homie with the history of the land! It was spacious as well as accommodating to me and my family.

We four had a wonderful few days in this lovely cottage. Everything was very easy to organize, and comfortable. The setting is perfect for walking the shoreline or exploring from Salem to Newburyport. Evenings outside around the gas firepit we're great fun. Our hosts have a home they should be rightly proud of. We will return!!

The location of this property is perfect for your stay in Rockport. Walking distance to town, beaches, restaurants, library and churches. Amenities made our stay easy and simple. Love Rockport!!

The cottage is well maintained and in a great location. The hosts are very caring and responsive . Stayed for a month this time, and enjoyed the outdoor patio as well. Look forward to being back

Our family stayed in the cottage during the scallop season while my husband and crew worked out of Gloucester. The wifi was spotty and didn’t work great in the back bedroom, but it was a very cozy spot! We will definitely be back again.

Could not have asked for a more perfect spot to enjoy our annual visit to Rockport! The cottage was just as described and met all of our needs. Super clean and comfortable. Or 16 year old loved that she was able to walk out the door and be in town in a matter of minutes. Would definitely recommend this property and we are already looking forward to n next year!!

This house on Mt. Pleasant Street in Rockport is in the center of town, close to beaches and shopping. It was built in the 1800’s and has been completely updated, although some elements of the original architecture have been preserved. It is roomy and comfortable, the grounds are beautiful… and it has parking, which is a valuable feature in Rockport! There was plenty of room for our family of five. The kitchen/dining area had everything we needed. There is a dining table, and skylights. The bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The front door opens onto a patio with an adjoining parking area, with enough room for our full-size SUV. There are also tables and chairs outdoors. Rockport Harbor is right across the street, and the shopping area known as Bearskin Neck is close by. Two of Rockport’s best beaches, Front Beach and Old Garden are within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

I really enjoyed my stay in beautiful Rockport. The cottage is cute, spacious, and has everything needed for a comfortable vacation. It’s also right in the heart of a walkable little town, and there are so many nice places to explore on foot, bike and car. I can’t recommend this rental enough and would definitely stay here again.

The cottage was in a great location, just a few minute walk to the beach or into town. Jonathan was responsive to any questions we had and provided recommendations on the best places to visit in town.

Amazing location! Water view, close to beaches and downtown Rockport. The house is super clean, modern, and the kitchen is very well-stocked. The owners are lovely and extremely responsive. Would love to stay here again.

My family had a wonderful time here. We were able to walk to several beaches as well as shops and restaurants. There is a lovely patio for eating and hanging out by a fire. The owners were very responsive.
