This is a very well-managed property with cordial and attentive hosts. The layout was ideal for our group of 14 from 4 families. The proximity to Arches, Dead Horse, and Canyonlands was extremely convenient. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with everything we needed and expected. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay. A comforting base camp to return to after our outings to parks. Everything we needed was there. We enjoyed family meals, games, a puzzle and movies.

We cooked all our meals. Had just about everything we needed. Could have used a couple more baking glass cookware.
One thing I really liked was their “as you leave” policy. Usually these VRBO’s have you strip all the beds and bring all the linen and towels to the laundry. It was nice not to have to do that. And that is the way it should be with the price of the cleaning fee.
The trash receptacle was a bit out the way. We had to cram the bags into our already filled vehicle and drive over there. Other than that we had a great time.

Perfect setup for a large group of friends and family in town for mountain biking and bouldering. The location is easy to get to and there was plenty of room for excess vehicle parking between the garage, driveway, and street. The garage was fantastic to have for space to keep bikes. This is the best stocked vacation rental I have been to - kitchen was very well stocked, plenty of bath towels, pool towels, and linens. The bedroom setup was hands down the best option for everyone having their own bed to sleep in. The place is very clean and well maintained. The check-in and check-out communication and process were smooth. We would definitely stay at this property again. Everyone was happy with the accomodations. Thank you for making such a great group space available for rent!

Five Stars!!! We can't recommend this unit highly enough. Clean, large, well stocked and great location. Great communication before and during our stay. Lot's of thoughtful extras. Kitchen very well stocked with lots of dishes, pans and cooking equipment. Over the top friendly and helpful renters. Great value for the money. Master bedroom was very large and comfortable. Bathroom and closet every big and well designed. We all were very comfortable and had a great stay - I would highly recommend and we will certainly stay here again. Thanks for everything.

Was in Moab for a work/play trip for 3 nights, and everyone was pleased with our unit, 420b. We would definitely stay there again on a trip to Moab.

Really enjoyed this unit. We had everything we needed and then some! Plenty of beds for all and space in the unit to spread out. We will definitely come again!

We are an off road company that brought our employees to off road for a few days. We had a great time. The place was perfect for us. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

Everything was amazing! The house was beautiful and clean, the manager was awesome and great to work with, the welcome basket was a nice touch, it was really fun to have some bikes to cruise around town on. Overall an amazing experience!

We had 3 small families stay together and it was prefect for us. Each family had a room to ourselves and we shared meals together. Being able to cook together brought us closer. There was adequate plates and utensils, we had bbq two nights. We would certainly stay here again. The kids loved playing under the stairs.

Exceptionally clean! The house was immaculate. I was very impressed with how clean the house was, especially with the way that the kitchen was organized.

This rental was as advertised and very nice. Clean, modern, with plenty of room to accommodate a group. Garage was spacious for bike and toy storage with a hose to wash down your equipment, if needed. Location was close to town. If you are going to take any of the Poison Spider bike shuttles, this unit is close enough to ride your bike to their pick up lot (5 minute ride). I recommend this spot.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Extremely well stocked with very nice finishes. Comfortable beds and linens. They allowed us to have groceries delivered before our arrival. Flat backyard space to accommodate our large sheepdog. Close to the pool.

The condo was wonderful! It was a perfect size for our group of 14. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed. We were very impressed at all the extras you had available - zip lock bags, dishwasher tabs, paper towels, laundry detergent, etc. Everything was so clean and the furniture and beds were very comfortable.

I was so impressed with every detail from the communication to the clean modern townhome to the close location to Arches and shopping. I cannot think of any downside to this vrbo.

We had a great time staying at this nicely equipped property. Loved the jetted bath tub. Outdoor hot tub (HOA) often was not operational for some unknown reason so it was key to have two tubs in the house after lots of physical activity.

Our group was 7 friends staying for a mountain biking weekend. It was perfect for our group. The garage was helpful to store our bike rentals. The common area was comfortable. We used the grill one night for steaks. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved this house. Very clean and orderly, you find everything on place and all you need. Beautiful decoration. We enjoyed very much our stay there. One of the best houses I stay on vacation. The children love go to the pool. Very close to supermarkets and restaurants.
