Loved being on the 18th floor!! Such awesome views!!! Pool/ hot tub was amazing and the tiki bar right outside the pool was so convenient!!! lol very cute condo!!

Condo was perfect and hosts were amazing. We needed nothing! View from balcony was like a post card. Would love to stay here again!

The view was immaculate and the sound of the waves lulled us. We enjoyed our visit very much. We found door dash to be helpful and convenient. Don’t forget shampoo & conditioner and perhaps extra dishwasher pods when you pack.

I can't say enough about the condo itself. It was very clean, great views, beautiful countertops. The only negative is that the hot water for the shower runs out quick so doing multiple showers has to be done swiftly. A new canopener is needed. The dishes were great, but the pots and pans probably need a good scrub or need to be replaced. The property overall had a few negatives. The jets in both hot tubs didn't seem to work properly. Half did, half didn't. At least two different washing machines on two different floors weren't working. I went to a different floor to wash my clothes, that how I knew the one on another floor also didn't work. The elevator near the parking garage was out of order. Many of the elevator lights didn't light up on the elevators that were working. The drinks at the tiki bar were very weak. The game room had an out of order sign on at least one game as well. The pool in front of the condo closes at dusk, so keep that in mind. You can go to the pool on the side of the building after it closes, so you or the kids can still have a fun time. Overall, the total property was great, but there were just a few things that need to be fixed.

Great apartment with everything I needed for a relaxing stay! Kitchen was well stocked and I was able to make all my meals with ease. The view is second to none and the peace of being on the 18th floor away from noise of pool was fantastic! Quick few steps to the fabulous white sand, pool bar was a great option and the reception at checkin even though it wasn’t necessary was refreshing!

The condo was cool but was not comfortable in the seating area and the face towels need to be replaced. It had an unpleasant closed up odor that we lit candles while there. After traveling all day to get to Florida then having to go back and forth about the door code not being sent. At the end basically it wasn't sent and no apology was offered after being made felt like I wasn't smart enough to locate the code in an email.

We were three hours late getting to the condo because the VRBO link sent us to a different side of Florida. It turned into a 9 hour drive versus 6 hours. The link need to be revised. Once we got to the room the large bathroom smelled like urine. A woman walked into our room with her bags on Sept. 8 we called the front desk and he said since we booked our room from the owner we needed to contact her. It was a good experience overall, we visited Destin often however we had a few hiccups.

We enjoyed our stay very much on the 18th floor with its beautiful views and sounds of the Gulf. Living area was cozy and comfortable. Appreciated the wifi and cable. The room is situated close to the elevator bay and to the laundry room. At night a couple of times the other guests were loud while coming and going. The king sized bed was comfortable, and our son thought his bunk was okay. The kitchen had ample dishes and pans for cooking when we didn't want to go out. The only detraction was that when we first arrived there was an unpleasant smell coming from the garbage disposal. So after cleaning the sink out and running soapy water then putting ice in and turning on the disposal, it knocked out whatever debris was causing the issue. We ran the fan over the stove to help ventilate the area, too. Not really a huge issue, but still something that could've been better. Linens were abundant. Ice maker in the freezer worked overtime, made great ice which we appreciated with the Aug heat wave. Really liked it there, was sad to leave. Hope to visit again. Thanks for letting us stay.

Greg and Missy’s property was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The view of the ocean was awesome. We discovered that a previous occupant had left the garbage disposal hung up. The issue was corrected very quickly once we notified the property owners. Would love to visit again!

This was our first trip to the Gulf and it was everything we were told plus more! We are obsessed with the clear water and powdery sand. The condo was perfect and the owner was super sweet and responsive. I’m already looking at availability to book again! Definitely going back soon.

This is our second time staying at this condo, and the location and views are amazing! The amenities this condo provides are great, and the reason we chose to stay here again. We felt like this condo could use some updates, and there was some small blood looking stains on the mattress cover of the pullout couch which is the only reason for 4 stars. Other than that the condo was clean and had everything we needed!

The unit was exactly as the owner listed it. It is close to all Destin activity and dining.

The owner communicated clearly and well. The unit was perfect for us and was nicely furnished. We enjoyed our stay and the resort was very nice. Everything was as promised and exceeded our expectations. Hoping to book again! Thanks!

My family and I spent a week and had a great time. The building was getting a fresh coat of paint, but the crew and the staff were great. We would definitely stay again. We have gorgeous pics of the fantastic views from room too.

We had a fabulous time! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Unfortunately the balcony was closed for construction (we knew this prior to arrival) but it is an amazing view. Access to the beach is right outside the front of the condo. One of the pools was open and heated which was great. We all had a blast and would definitely book here again!

Stayed at another condo these owners have on the same floor, both have excellent views, everything you could need, very comfortable master bed, and have always communicated well. Location is great. Absolutely no complaints!

MIL wanted a trip to the beach for her 91 birthday. The listing fit our needs so we booked...can't say enough. The unit was located right by the elevators so she did not have to walk far to get in and out. The unit was clean and being one level she was able to move around easily. We were on the 18th floor and the view was phenomenal. She was able to take in sunrise to sunset on the balcony. It was November so the price was great, the crowds were gone and it was quiet and relaxing. The unit does not have a laundry but it is about 2 doors down so that was not an issue. Highly recommend. Owners were responsive and kind. The condo staff were welcoming and helpful. Highly Highly recommend.

This condo was great! The view was breathtaking! The location is good as well. It was a great place to just sit and relax when we weren't on the beach.
