the home was clean and had all the things you need to have a great holiday

Beautiful, well positioned and large enough for extended Family to gather and enjoy activities together.
The host was thoughtful, had every amenity we could ask for and provided valuable advice on the property including how to access the island.

We visited the island to catch up with friends and explore the island. The Villa is in an amazing location; walk straight out the back gate and your feet are on the sand; a few more steps and you are in the water.
Villa is packed with everything that you could wish for to enjoy the location and view. An entertainer's delight.
Peaceful and quiet. Macleay Island is well worth the visit and a stay in this Villa is a MUST.

We loved it from the moment we entered the property. That back deck area was fabulous - so very relaxing day and night. There was easy access to swimming and exploring the beach. Our little granddaughters were happy beyond measure. We just didn’t want to leave!

The property is well maintained with a lovely entry as a first impression. The internal space was well appointed with a spacious deck over looking the water.
The Host was very welcoming & considerate.

A lovely relaxing time away - thank you Sue and Peter - everything we needed and more in your beautiful home. Highlight was sunsets and BBQs on the deck, watching the boys as they fished and kayaked. Very peaceful!

Lovely family stay right on the waterfront
Such an amazing place for kids to come holiday. Calm, shallow waters right out your backdoor. The kids loved jumping off the kayak's.

Macleay Dream Holiday
This was our third time at Villa Macleay and as usual it was absolutely great. So relaxing and all our needs were catered for. Thanks again Sue and Peter. We will be back soon

We needed a venue that could accommodate our family for my sons wedding. Plenty of room, had everything we needed.
Location was perfect scenery ever changing, and beautiful.

The house was perfect. Such a pretty spot both in the day and especially at sunset. We weren’t even bothered by mossies! Plenty of room for the extended family to come together for meals and activities or to spread out and spend time in smaller groups or individually playing games, reading, eating and relaxing. We loved having the use of the surf skis and took several adventures on them.
The property was easy to get to...the ferry service was efficient and professional.
We took our bikes and found that there was a path beside the road all the way into town and beyond which was great for safe family riding.
Sue was extremely easy and pleasant to deal with. She even went out of her way to help with sourcing some equipment we needed on the Island, which turned it to be perfect for us and we are very grateful.
We hope to can back again for another holiday or ten.

Villa Macleay
What an amazing place to stay. The sunrises and sunsets were heavenly and the access to the beach was just perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed the use of the kayaks and the house was very well equipped with everything you need and felt like a home away from home. Pictures don't do it justice.
You will need a car if you plan on going to the grocery store.
