Very friendly employee. Good location. The apartment we stayed was huge and clean.

It would be good to have a big mirror, maybe at the entrance or in the bedroom.

Very spacious apartment. Good, well stocked kitchen and perfect location along the river and short walk to downtown. When checking out, we could store our luggage until later in the day.

Due to our late arrival, I was told the keycards were left in a safe with a secure code. However, the safe was empty. We then had to wait 20-25 minutes for someone to show up and give us access. In addition, the apartment windows were open on arrival, so the apartment was really cold and the heating units were impossible to work. The breakfast was good, but was exactly the same for all 5 days (croissant, two bread rolls, fruit cocktail and orange juice). It would have been nice to mix the breakfast up a little bit. In addition, there weren't many coffee pods provided. For the price, I would have expected a free supply for our stay.

O quarto era excelente e muito bem localizado, em frente a alfandega. Não se ouve ruído da rua dentro do apartamento. ótimo para uma estadia que inclua até confecionar refeições. os miúdos adoraram o sofá cama. O pequeno almoço é simples, mas bastante para cada pessoa.

Correu tudo bem. Deixo a sugestão de reduzirem as embalagens que utilizam para a entrega de peq almoço. tudo separado em sacos de papel.. gera muito desperdício.

We liked the spacious apartment, room with beautiful view, big sofa bed in the living room, complete kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker and washing machine, roofdeck, the very helpful staff, ease of check-in/check-out, a quiet location within a few minutes walk to the river side, places to eat and of interest. Walking by the river, you will have great views, day and night, of the Dom Luis I Bridge which you can cross, just a few minutes walk, to go to Vila Nova de Gaia, to get to the Port wineries. There is also a bus/tram stop within 2 mins from the apartment, but we walked most of the time in this lovely city of Porto.

Nothing. Even though there were holidays during our stay, the staff made sure we were fine. They even thoughtfully gifted us with a Rose for the New Year celebration!

Todo! Es precioso el apartamento. Tiene de todo, al mínimo detalle. Y el personal muy atento siempre. Y justo enfrente del río. Volveré sin duda

Por decir algo. El tema de las luces, alguna no funcionaba y hay poca luz en el salón, aunque de día no se echa. De menos , tiene muchas ventanas . Y no hay escoba
