Sehr günstige Unterkunft. Die Zimmer waren gross und angenehm. Wir fühlten ums sehr wohl. Es gibt einen gratis Transfer zum Flughafen Newmark. Wir hatten kein Frühstück gebucht und waren froh dass es im Zimmer eine Kaffeemaschine hatte und graris Kaffee in der Lobby. Mit dem Bus kommt man sehr gut zum TimeSquarre innert 20 Minuten. Falls schlechte verkehrslage dauert es länger. Der Bus fährt alle 30 Minuten. Auf dem weg zum Bus hat es einen Supermarkt

Das Personal ist nett aber ich glaube nicht so gut geschult. Die Auskünfte waren zum Teil nicht korrekt in Bezug auf den Bus und Transfer

No me gustó que todas las veces al entrar se sentía un olor muy feo! Cómo olor a axila…y el agua caliente estaba pésimo porque no se calentaba, apenas salía tibia, para lavarse la cara y los dientes si prendías el agua caliente salía hirviendo pero un chorrito muy pequeño y si abrías la fría salía el agua congelado! Eso fue bastante incómodo! Las cortinas no son black out. El desayuno se paga aunque dice que esta incluido

I booked the Family Suite for my employees and I and the room was given to someone else even though I already booked it in advance. This happened on two occasions and we were left to book multiple rooms as a last option.

Some of the staff was helpful, some were not. Christine was very helpful. Mark, not so much. One young man, who wore glasses and worked night shift, was very helpful. Issues: floor not so clean, but cleaning staff otherwise did a great job. No washcloths!! Really? Why? Do people steal them? It would be nice if there was an information sheet showing what is in neighborhood, i.e. the grocery store that is a block away. I wasn't aware that breakfast was served onsite until a young lady told me. Most of the desk clerks were helpful. Luckily, we did not hear the very loud music that was played on Saturday night (Nov. 25), but it was difficult to even talk to the desk clerk. I know it's managed by a different company, but Wyndham is probably the landlord, correct? BTW, the lobby was extremely clean. It would've been nice if the drink machine worked. The hot water was the ONLY button that worked since the machine needed servicing. I would stay again since the other local Wyndham properties get such terrible reviews. As a Wyndham Rewards member, this property is my best option.

I didn't buy it. I went to a local Diner.

I was by myself (not in a large party) and an 18% gratuity was added to my drink and appetizer bill. I did not appreciate that. I usually tip more than 20% on a small bill, but not that day. Automatic gratuity assumes that I received good service! A tip should be voluntary.

Very spacious room, nicely decorated. Well-equipped bathroom (with the exception of a bathmat) and the coffee maker and accompanying coffee sachets and bottle of water was appreciated (though mugs would have been nice in place of paper cups). The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The staff at reception (and in the restaurant) were, with one exception, extremely helpful and nice. I had booked a Meadowlands-facing room, but asked to be moved to a rear-facing one as the traffic on Patterson Plank Road is incessant. The staff accommodated my request immediately (and did so graciously). Although the new room overlooked the dumpsters, it was on the 5th floor, so high enough that my view from the bed was of trees surrounding the apartment buildings in the back (a vast improvement from the noise of traffic).

The surrounding area is a bit rundown, so not great if you are depending on public transportation to get around. As another reviewer mentioned, the walk to the bus stop on JFK Blvd is through the parking lot of the Food Bazaar (accessed from Patterson Plank Road by walking up a steep incline), so not great (esp at night), and the NJ buses are what they are (decrepit in comparison to Europe!) I had no complaints about the room, except that the temperature of the heating/cooling unit could not be controlled by the thermostat (contrary to what is displayed on the screen)--it could only be turned off or on and was very loud when on. I didn't take the breakfast, but what was offered was poor, especially for the price (and, as another guest mentioned, there is no excuse for using paper plates and plastic cups and cutlery in a hotel). I recommend the Coach House diner nearby as an alternative (great old-school diner with very nice staff), but again, it's a 10-minute walk on busy Patterson Plank Road to get there.

La navette qui finalement n'est pas venue nous chercher à l'aéroport malgré la demande faite en amont. Le bruit de fond de l'air conditionné dans la chambre. La distance de New York en dehors du bus. Le petit déjeuner est très moyen en termes de qualité et de choix pour le prix. Les frais en supplément si on prend possession de la chambre avant 16h. Nous sommes arrivés à 13h.

Location was the good

We have booked a room for 3 person what has 2 sofa bed and a kingsize bed . The first night was the awful because two sofa bed so bed and heat was working so noisy during the night . In the morning we ask to reservation desk ,to cancel our reservation for next two days or change the room even booking. com. No body from hotel and from booking.com return back us related problem . The second night when we come back to the hotel that room was not cleaned. And same problem still is validate. No body tried the solve the problem what we have at the room .

Location was great! Convenient to Bagel co. And a supermarket. Staff was helpful and friendly! They also recommended a delicious pizzeria!

It was written that the breakfast was included. But it wasm't. They only honored vouchers from airlines. The breakfast was not appetizing so we went to an IHOP a 6 minutes drive. For the same price we had à great breakfast

NIce and new refitted hotel, Clean and modern hotel with friendly reception staff. Arvi was very helpful arranging the airport transfers and advising best and cheapest way to get into Manhattan. 8 minute walk to the bus stop for a bus direct to Port Authority bus station.

No hacen limpieza , cada 3 días y tienes que solicitarla , al parecer había chinches , ya que cada día amanecía con varias picaduras , llegando a mi ciudad fui a consulta dermatológica y en efecto , eran chinches, no sé si se deba a la falta de limpieza pero pésimo , pueden transmitir muchas enfermedades

Nikt nie sprzątał naszego pokoju przez cały pobyt. Co dziwne bo hotel sam twierdzi ze wymienia ręczniki co 3 dni.

The night club in the facility and my room was located above it. We had a long drive and jus wanted to rest. The facility did not disclose to us the fact there was a night club on site. We notice after checking in a van pulling up and unloading DJ equipment then the music could be heard from lobby to outside. But we didn’t think we would hear it. When it was bed time and tv was turned off thats when we heard it louder. Next day I did bring it to reps attention and I was told “ why I didn’t come down “ they could of moved us. REALLY!!! 9pm-5am most people are in bed resting..we had a long drive ahead of us. No compassion or consideration for other patrons but at least a 2nd rep acknowledge the room we were in was in the noise zone where the music could be heard, but yet they denied everything to booking.com. It’s sad when a business can not take accountability or put patrons concerns as a priority.

Shuttle zum MetLife Stadium, auch wenn der Fahrer nicht wusste wo wir wieder abgeholt werden und wir nur raten konnten das der Abholort der gleiche war wo wir hingebracht wurden.

Noch Haare von vorherigen Gästen in der Dusche. Lieblos Ausgestattete Zimmer. Laute Klimaanlage die man nicht abschalten kann. Shuttle zum Flughafen wurde auf 11Uhr reserviert. Das Shuttle startete um 12:30Uhr da der Fahrer noch Frühstücken musste. Personal war entweder unorganisiert oder total überfordert. Zum Glück mussten wir nur eine Nacht bleiben.

Amazing location, 5 mins from public transit into Manhattan. The hotel is clean and modern, beds comfortable. A great and affirdable pitstop for a short NYC visit. I managed to get covered parking which was also a bonus!

Not much to disagree with. Small stuff. There was a coffee machine in the room, but we only had one cup and no coffee! The room wasn't made up after our first night - perhaps thats a hotel policy? None of these things really mattered to us, just a bit surprising.
