Pros: 1. Location - easy access to main streets, public transportation, interstate, etc. The area also felt safe as law enforcement is across the street. 2. Noise - despite the hotel being right on the corner of a busy street, it was fairly quiet once in the room. 3. Spacious - the hotel room was very spacious, including the full size kitchen.

Cons: 1. Cleanliness - the hotel room was decently clean but should consider a few minor improvements: better vacuuming and sweeping, steam clean the sofa bed exterior/interior, replace the drywall in/by the bathroom due to moisture eroding the wall. 2. Towels - waited over an hour to receive towels to our room, which we never received. 3. Bathroom - the sink is too big for the space, water from shower gets all over the floor Overall, our stay was pleasant. I would consider staying again if there were improvements.

The staff were friendly, The location was great. The room had cooking facilities. Nice outside area. Management were great as our first room was not up to standard and we're shifted to a room that was. .

Originally put in a room that had not been cleaned. Looked onto car park and right below a night club. Was moved rooms when highlighted the room not clean to a great room.

Sécurité, confort, terrasse et proximité du quartier français et de plusieurs endroits à visiter. Les gens qui habitent la ville sont patients, disponibles et accueillants. Toujours prêts à répondre à nos questions. Le transport en bus ou tramway est facile et peu dispendieux. Ville propre. Déjeuners variés.

Beaucoup d’itinérants mais ça fait parti de l’histoire et c’est commun dans plusieurs grandes villes.

Does not have a pool as advertised!!! Hallways and elevators looked like they’ve never been vacuumed… bathroom/bathtub had so much hair .. I literally had to go buy cleaning supplies to clean the room soon as we checked in

L'emplacement était parfait pour visiter NOLA. Proche du quartier français et proche du Saint Charles Streetcar (vert). Les chambres sont de bonnes tailles. La cuisine est très pratique. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le logement.

Il manquait des équipements dans la cuisine (seulement 2 fourchettes, 5 assiettes et 3 verres pour 6 personnes...). Le petit déjeuner était moyen. Beaucoup de monde pour une toute petite pièce, il fallait faire la queue pour chaque stand, très peu de choix et beaucoup de choses manquaient sur le comptoir. Mettre 1 seul grille pain pour une salle de 80 personnes environ c'est trop peu. Le petit déjeuner est décevant et devrait être une option payante vu qu'il y a une cuisine dans l'appartement.

I didn't like the shower down not closing, the toilet paper broken, the phone im the rooms doesn't work so if you had an issue you had to go down to the lobby....The view is horrible it's either the construction site or the people apartment across the parking

The a/c in the room barely worked. While in the living room/dining room a/c was pumping.

De ligging van het hotel is vrij centraal en ligt dicht bij de bezienswaardigheden van New Orleans. De kamers zijn schoon.

De foto’s van de kamers zoals die geadverteerd worden op Booking.com en van het hotel zelf komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Ik had een ruime kamer met bankstel geboekt omdat ik lang zou verblijven in New Orleans, helaas kreeg ik een kleine kamer zonder bankstel. Bij navraag bleek ik volgens de staf van het hotel de kamer gekregen te hebben die ik had geboekt. Als ik dat van tevoren had geweten had ik dit hotel niet geboekt. De algemene ruimtes van het hotel worden slecht schoon gemaakt. Er ligt vaak vuil in de hal en in de lift. Op het voor hotelgasten toegankelijke terras op de derde verdieping mag gerookt worden. Hier wordt ook weed gerookt/geblowd en dat ruik je overal, zelfs tot in je kamer als deze - zoals die van mij - in de buurt van het terras is. Erg onprettig. Het ontbijtbuffet is erg beperkt en zeker niet uitgebreid te noemen, maar dat kan ook aan mij hebben gelegen. Ik heb het in andere - goedkopere hotels - wel beter gehad. De kamers zijn erg gehorig voor zowel geluid van buiten als van de aangrenzende kamers.

Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr reichhaltig. Lage sehr zentral zum French Quarter. Zimmer sehr sauber. Neue Einrichtung (keine abgewohnten Möbel).

Keine Zimmerreinigung / Bettenmachen in drei Tagen. Fenster ließen sich nicht öffnen. Wir hatten für 3 Personen gebucht, mussten dann zu dritt in einem Bett schlafen; es gab nur 2 Stühle und Geschirr/Besteck etc. für 2 Personen

The location was excellent, very close to transportation, the French Quarter and all the New Orleans' tourist spots. The staff was very helpful, the hotel and room was very clean and exactly as advertised. The breakfast was good, if not special, with hot and cold choices as well as 24/7 coffee. The Concierge gave us a thorough rundown of the city and sites while we waited for our room.

The value wasn't a great draw, as the price was within the range of other accommodation in the area, but it certainly met or exceeded all our other measures!

Die Lage ist Super und vieles ist zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr Nett und Hilfsbereit.Preisleistung ist Top. Ich empfehle es sehr gerne weiter.

Leider war das Frühstück wie bei den anderen zwei Hotels gleich. Scheint echt ein Standart zu sein (Eier,Speck, Kartoffeln und Pan Cake.

The suite room was really nice, bathrooms also really nice.

No complimentary water or parking. Parking was valet and we had to wait a 15-20 min to get our car back after checking out, when I could’ve paid to park close by and use my car whenever with no wait. Also it was 15 min before someone showed up at the front desk so we could check in

That we got there at 2pm and they charged us an extra $50+ to check-in early. Our room was ready so why charge an extra fee to check-in? That’s ridiculous!

Breakfast was better than most hotels I have stayed at. The variety was a big positive.

My room had only one toilet paper roll. When we asked for another one, they had difficulty finding one, but they did provide one.

I like that the location is walking distance to the town area. Also, the room had a stove and a good size fridge and was clean.

There was no cleaning service. We were told that because we were staying for less than a week, our room would not be cleaned, but we could request towels when needed. Also the phone in the room did not work. It was not the hotel experience that I am accustomed to.

Location, staff was friendly, elevators were key access only, the patio was a nice amenity to have, the room was spacious and clean.
