Absolutely nothing.

There were a few bugs spotted in the room, it wasn't thoroughly cleaned, we found a dirty sock under the bed, the walls were horrible due to the dirt. I notified the property manager who sent an exterminator out for the bugs. The exterminator sprayed but the property manager refused to give us a cleaner room and refused to refund us so we could have gotten a better room at a different hotel. Our trip was horrible due to our accommodations at this hotel.

there was mold on the shower heads, and on the fans in the bathroom. The room smelled horribly. all the walls invitee unit was drawn on. All the furniture was outdated and uncomfortable. The linens had to stay in the unit but there was no washer and dryer and no housekeeping to provide clean linens daily

Did not have code to get into building; no one to assist.

The property location was fantastic. We were right on the beach. Also, the process to get in the building was easy to use and efficient.

Our place was dirty. The entire place needs a good cleaning. There were toenails on the balcony and dirt (crumbs, paper, etc) still on the carpet. The ironing board looked like someone had performed a massacre on it. On a positive note, the sheets, blankets and towels were all very clean.

Was charged for an already damaged mattress $1100. Black mold around master bedroom window broken front burner on stove and furniture was very dated and stained.

We have stayed at the Atlantica for years, and we love that it is close to the boardwalk & The Pier! Tons of places to grab dinner within walking distance.

This was our first time staying in the north tower, it was more ran down then expected, walls were filthy, the balcony door didn’t close all the way. Could definitely use some updating.

The oven did not work in our stay which was annoying after going to the grocery store. Everything else was great though!
