I have stayed in many stays and abnb but Geoff was the first host who texted to ask how everything was. So helpful and prompt with response. The property was fabulous and everyone wants to return asap for another wonderfully holiday. Crabbing was an extra bonus!!

We had a wonderful weekend. The house is exactly as the listing suggests. Very clean and well equipped. The canal and water lifestyle was very relaxing and fun. Would have been great to have instructions to get the kids electronic devices working, otherwise we had a fantastic stay.

So much thought and care has been put into setting up the house to cater for all different ages which made everything so much easier when staying with both children and adults. Our friendly hosts communicated very well and made access very easy..Property was very clean along with fresh towels,linen,pantry and kitchen ammenities made it a relaxing stay..Our bedrooms had balconies and views along the canals and sitting outside with our drinks and nibblies sealed the deal. We had an amazing few days, kayaking, dolphin spotting and boating. The house is beautiful and well appointed with everything we needed.

There were fishing rods, kayaks, crab nets and heaps of games to keep the kids occupied aswell.

Villa Port Grimaud is an escape from the hustle and bustle of life. Kayaking around the canals transports you through another world.
The villa itself is spacious, well appointed and the views are wonderful. With a choice of balconies and decks to relax on, there is always a place to "get away".

What a gorgeous house in a stunning location. Our family had a wonderful time. Lots of space to be seperate or come together.
With a gorgeous coffee shop just down the road and beaches near by there was always something to do.
The beds were comfortable and all the amenities were great.

Our family (2 adults and 4 children aged 5-13 years), had an amazing time at Villa Port Grimaud. The home was exactly as it was portrayed on the website; we were an easy walk from a cafe, that opened early so I could get my coffee at 7am. The man-made family beach was an easy 2 min walk, and the children happily kayaked from the villa to the beach most days, and they loved fishing and crabbing right off the jetty. The ambience of the island is so peaceful and picturesque. You have to drive to get to any supermarkets etc, but it wasn't far and not really the reason for staying at this location.
The hosts were very responsive, and check-in was straight-forward. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again, we loved it.

Wow what a great location with plenty to do .Kayaking, fishing, crabbing, swimming & playing the Wii. The house is plenty big enough for 10 people with heaps of extras supplied. Very comfy beds, good sized bathrooms, well equippped kitchen. Deli with heaps of awesome meals ,bottle O & bakery so close.

The property was lovely and tidy, well equipped, lots of board games and nintendo wii, and in a beautiful location surrounded by gardens and overlooking the water with private jetty. It is a relaxing place to stay, very unique buildings and feels like being in Venice. We walked to the beach everyday (less than 5mins) and good for swimming, it is a nice little beach community and safe area. The bakery around the corner has the most delicious pastries and cakes! Communication with the owner was very good, quick reply and detailed instructions on how to find the place and check in

We spent the weekend with my family and some friends in this lovely property overlooking the canals. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and plenty of fun to be had on the water from the properties private jetty! Owners were very pleasant. Highly recommend this place.

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The place is amazing! It has everything you need. No need to bring anything along.. In the short time we stayed, my Kids spent most their time kayaking, crabbing, and fishing from the jetty. Other days we went touring further south :). Night time they enjoyed playing the wii games. oh and it is handy to have a convenient store/cafe/bottle O a short stroll near this place (one Store) :). The kids loved the small beach close by too. Thankyou very much for sharing your wonderful home :) Definitely would be love to rebook again :)

Villa Port Grimaud is absolutely amazing. It's in a beautiful, quiet area within walking distance to the beach. Very well equipped with beautiful views looking out both over the gardens out the front and onto the water from the back.
Even with having a larger group (we were 11 people), there was plenty of space for everyone, with plenty of bathrooms and toilets, which definitely helps for larger groups.
The owners (Miguel and Irene B) are very accommodating and were extremely helpful and friendly during the planning process.
Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet and luxurious place to stay in the Mandurah area!
