Great property in beautiful Wailea! Would come back in a heart beat!

We have stayed at houses, condos, apartments all over the world and this one ranks towards the top. Kitchen very well equipped, lots of towels and just about everything one could want, including clean! Starting with booking, everything was seamless.

This place was wonderful! Ocean views & listening to the ocean all night made it perfect! The kitchen is well stocked for cooking & eating in if you want to. The beach out front is perfect & lounge chairs are provided. They have a pool but we never went to it with the ocean right out front. There is easy access to the coastal walking path that is amazing and nice exercise too. Easy access to all the hotel restaurants & dining via the path or driving. Close to golf. Plus the rental agency sends cute updates with fun info including daily weather. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs (no umbrella). The only problem was the roosters at 4:00am that were very load and made it difficult to sleep.
I wouldn't book this unit through VRBO as you end up having to pay VRBO fees and then an addition fee when you check in with Destination Residences.
We did not receive the lei greeting, spa & dinner vouchers or the juice blend.

The condo is just at the edge of all the big resorts, so it is close to everything in Kihei and Wailea, but it has its own small and uncrowded beach that is really nice. The size was perfect for our family of 4 with 2 college-age kids. We were able to cook our own meals when we wanted, which was great. The condo is also close to several public beaches to the south that are really nice. This place is pretty low-key. There is no on-site "concierge" or dining, but that is part of the charm. We hope to visit again some day!

Excellent Location
