This was our first time in Venice. This was such a nice, well kept, and family oriented place to stay. It was very clean, checking in and out was very easy. We would stay there again!

My wife, two early 20s daughters and I (and our pups) had a wonderful two-week stay in this great home. A big plus: The property managers own the home and are a local family. They were responsive within minutes to our messages. They fixed one minor problem within hours of my message, offered great local guide advice and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The house has everything you need, and everything worked perfectly. The location is great for convenient access to everything you’ll need. And it’s just a short drive to some truly amazing beaches and the Venice downtown and pier. Also was a great base to explore into Sarasota to the north and through Manasota Key toward Fort Myers to the south. We had as close to a perfect experience here as is possible, but we wouldn’t have taken the time to review if it weren’t for how great the home owners were to work with. We love to support local family businesses, and this one did not disappoint!

Check in was easy. House is very cozy and very clean. The pool and tiki bar area were fantastic! Everything was just wonderful!

Super clean and modern home. Owner responds quick to messages. Great beaches and places to eat. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

When we arrived the home was spotless. Has all the amenities that you would expect. Very relaxing atmosphere convenient to everything. If you’re a walker the neighborhood is full of nature along with a local ferry that will take you to the beach every half hour. Perfect way to spend a week if you like your privacy.

Could not have asked for more. Everything exceeded expectations. Beds were comfortable, quality linens and bedding, upgraded appliances, all beach and pool fun toys and accessories, prompt response from owners when needed. Not only clean, but immaculate. Would recommend highly!

Our stay was fantastic. The host was very responsive at all times. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was a very nice and quaint neighborhood, just minutes from the surrounding beaches. I have nothing negative to say about our experience. We would definitely stay again!

First of all this place is not just clean, it is spotless. Everything we could ask for was at our fingertips. House is very comfortable. Kitchen has everything. Pool and lanai is wonderful. Nice beach chairs, everything you need for the beach. Location is great. Close to everything we wanted to see and do. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house was awesome. We liked the exterior space, pool, hot tub. The fenced yard worked well with our small dog. Kitchen was well stocked and endless cleaning supplies. Also enjoyed having a garage to store bikes and extra travel items.

My friends and I (group of 6) had a lovely stay at the 3 Palms Inn. The home is beautiful, clean, and truly the perfect size for what we needed. The patio was our favorite place to be. We enjoyed the pool and eating dinner outside. The home is not too far from restaurants and grocery stores. The private beach was closed due to red tide which is understandable. We did however manage to catch the sunset on Saturday night at one of the beaches and it was absolutely breathtaking. Thank you such an easy check in and out process. This home will definitely be considered again.

House was perfect ! Especially loved the pool & bar area. Host was so helpful & checked in with us making sure we were happy even suggesting things to do & places to eat! Would definitely rent again!

The property was great. Screened in pool and patio was perfect for our young children. I would vacation here again. One comment for future vacationers: beaches are a less than 10 minute drive from the house but beach excursions like boat tours or jet ski rentals are located 25-45 minutes north of the property.

Great experience. Nice pool-a must for when ocean time isn't possible. High quality kitchen items. Bedrooms are spread out so you can each have your own space. Close proximity to great restaurants, shops, and the beach. Loved it!

Easy to rent and find, perfect location near all beaches between Sarasota and Boca Grande, loved the pool area and tiki bar. A little slice of heaven in South Venice FL.

This was one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed in, extremely clean and very well stocked with everything you could possible need during your stay, we had everything we needed for cooking, eating, laundry and cleaning. . Location is good in a very nice neighborhood about 15 minutes from the beach depending on which one you go to. Communication with the host was perfect and we had no issues during our stay. Everything for the beach and pool is provided, floats, beach towels, coolers, beach tent and umbrella and several types of beach chairs. We will definitely stay here again!

This house is truly One of the nicest homes we’ve ever stayed at through VRBO. The cleanliness was superb and the pool area was to die for. The only downside was the ferry situation to the private beach. It is truly a primitive kind of beach with branches and seaweed everywhere. We preferred to drive a short drive to Manasota beach which we much preferred. The house was amazing and was worth every penny. Would rent again if we are back in the area!

We loved our stay at 3 Palms Inn, definitely one of the nicest rentals we have stayed at! Very clean and anything needed to clean up after yourself was provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need and all towels and linens were provided. Our favorite feature was the outdoor patio and pool. Iwona is a very accommodating host and made sure we had everything we needed and was always just a text away. Location was great for us, close to the beach and a lot of restaurants and not far from downtown Venice.

We are really pleased to have selected this property for a short holiday with my family for the cleanliness provided by the property, a very tasteful decoration, with good lighting and a heated pool that we diffuse a lot. I recommend this property to everyone.

This house was just as described. Clean, fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to have a fun safe beach vacation. Beach chairs, soft cooler for lunch and drinks, fully appliance and utensil stocked kitchen. We cooked our delivered Hello Fresh meals easily. Had everything from a masher to a peeler. The pool was clean and so refreshing on those hot days. Private backyard. The owners were so easy to speak with and were always readily available via text for any questions we had. The private beach via Ferry was PERFECT. NEVER busy and only a short drive to the dock. This was the perfect social distancing vacation! We will definitely use these owners again next time we vacation in the Venice area.

We had a great stay. The house is wonderfully decorated and in beautiful condition. It may have also been the cleanest house that we have ever stayed in!! The amenities of the pool was great and the ferry ride over to the beach was a fun trip to take. The owner sent so much great information that it made our stay even better. I would definitely rent this house again if we are in the area!!
