We attended a family wedding in Hutto and could not have picked a better house for our stay. It easily accommodated 4 adults and 3 children. It was very kid friendly with a playroom and toys. It was also extremely well appointed and stocked - plenty of towels, dishes, etc. As a bonus, there was a nice assortment of snacks which were greatly appreciated by everyone. The neighborhood is safe and easily accessible to major thoroughfares. I would highly recommend this property as it was the best STR experience we've ever had.

Its is always a perfect location for all your needs from close grocery stores ,hospitals and shopping etc. Its perfect ! My famly loves this house . We have a lot of family all over . The owner is very sweet and helpful. And very easy to contact.

Clean, well laid out property that met our family needs extremely well. Bright and open living spaces and the home was very well stocked with extra pillows, blankets , towels etc. We were in Round Rock for a Celebration of Life so having 3 bathrooms ensured everyone could get ready for the event without fighting over bathrooms! 😀

We enjoyed our stay. We were coming in for a business event and had several adults. The three bathrooms was a plus as well as the number of beds. Nice place would like to stay again. We left a note for you did you get it?

Property was as described. A few things were broken but were disclosed at check in. Overall pleased with the stay.

The home was very comfortable and convenient and had many amenities for our kids.

Rented home for family reunion. Home was very close to sister's home where all the gatherings took place. Overall a very good experience. There was an issue with the AC unit but home owner responded quickly and had a technician out the next day. I understand that things can go wrong in the home but it's all about the response of the host.

This house is absolutely beautiful. Very spacious & equipped with everything you will need while away from home. Joy was a pleasure to communicate with. Her response time is literally right back. Will stay here again if I visit Texas again. Great for large families.

Great location and the house was perfect!

Our boys had a soccer tourney and this house is located close to the different parks. The house was very spacious and the game room was awesome for the boys. Overall great house and the owner was responsive and great answering quick questions.

We booked Joy’s place days before we planned to arrive. She was up front about the AC not working well and already had a tech scheduled. She went above and beyond to make sure the house still stayed cool with the 100 degree weather outside. The house has plenty of room, comfortable beds and fully stocked with everything you need. Having garage access was a plus! We loved the loft area. Wonderful home!!

Our overall impression of this property... GOALS! We were blown away at the accommodations, space, and cleanliness of this home. It had everything we needed and then some. Plus, it was near all of the activities that we planned for our family-- 28 mins from Lake Travis and only 13 mins from Kalahari Indoor Waterpark. We are super inspired to purchase our forever home together after staying here. We are newlyweds, so this experience helped bring our blended family closer together :) The only con was that the A/C was subpar. With the summer heat, it would've been nice to have cooler temperatures inside the home.. it stayed at around 76 our entire stay. However, there were ceiling fans in all the rooms so it helped a bit.

Joy was wonderful to deal with. We rented her home at the last second and she was very accommodating and helpful. House was clean and well stocked. Everything was exactly as described. We would definitely stay in this home again.

The house was spotless and close to everything. The hosts thought of everything, the house had anything you could need. Plenty of towels, linens, comfy blankets for couch. Games and a basket of necessities handy.

Everything about property was easy from check in and out and communications with owner. Place was clean and well stocked with supplies, towels, etc. just some minor glitches with getting cable straight but it was immediately addressed. Nice neighborhood - a lot of Xmas decorations up!! Repeat stay for us- we’ll look to stay again if we’re in Austin again.

Convenient to Georgetown, Round Rock, Cedar Park and surrounding areas. Austin is just a short 20-30 minute drive away too. I would recommend and stay again. 5 stars!!

Plenty of room and high ceiling which we love. Joy was very responsive when we had questions. We would recommend this rental.

The property was just as advertised. After a busy day visiting my family it was nice to relax in this lovely home. The owner thought of everything for a relaxing stay.
