Great parking options. No steps from the parking area to the house. Only a few steps off the deck to the lake. Probably our easiest access to house and beach in the five years we have been renting on the lake. Teen boys loved sleeping in the loft area. Homeowner also had extra kayaks and life jackets if we needed them. Wayne was very helpful and responsive to our needs.

This is a great cottage and the location is central to any area you would like to visit. House was very clean and well maintained. We had 5 adults in the house and would recommend no more that that. Wayne, the owner was super and easy to communicate with. The boat dock was perfect. and there is a great space for fire pit, cornhole etc.

This was our first time staying here for the annual fishing trip. It was just right for 8 of us and we all had our own bed. Plenty of room both inside and outside. Very clean and had everything we needed. Sat outside a lot when not fishing on the relaxing deck overlooking the lake. Good weather and fishing all week. Awesome views up and down the lake! Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Hope to bring the family for a stay!

We really enjoyed the location and views of this property. Convenient to many wineries, breweries and parks with even more great views to enjoy. Great vacation spot. Wayne was a very friendly host and willing to answer all our questions.

Our stay at Wayne's slice of paradise was everything we hoped for and received. Our experience was absolutely one of our best vacations!! We enjoyed Kayaking on the lake and surrounding areas. Great location to experience the wine and brewery trails. Celebrated our 15th anniversary and our son-in-law's birthday. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the deck for dining, reading and just watching the scenery. Our daughter and her husband stayed in the Love Shack and felt connected to us but still had their own privacy. We will definitely be going back!!!!!! Thanks Wayne for sharing your home with us.

We took my mother-in-law and father-in-law on vacation. A total of six adults were on the trip. My in-laws stayed on the love shack. It allowed them to go to bed earlier than the rest of the party. It worked out perfectly. My husband and I loved this property and stayed at it previously. If we go to Keuka Lake, this is the only place I would consider staying. Our family had a fantastic vacation on Keuka Lake. The house and outside deck and beach were perfect for the whole family, including our 9 year old twins. They had a great time swimming and kayaking. And the deck was perfect for cooking out, meals and cocktails overlooking the lake. The Branchport location was super convenient also. A perfect getaway!

Great property right on Keuka Lake. A ton of deck space and a great beach front as well. Incredible views looking both North and South. Very easy in terms of check in and check out. The owners were very friendly and quick when it came to communication. We highly recommend and would come back here again!

We rented this house for a girls weekend in Nov, adorable house and perfect location for the Keuka Wine Trail. FYI there is no internet or TV in the fall/winter months, which we were not aware of until after we booked. But otherwise it was a great house on the lake.

We were very happy with our stay at this cozy house right on Lake Keuka. The couple we shared the house with also said it was a great choice. Sitting in front of the fire, kayaking and exploring the area made for a great stay. Thanks Wayne!

Wayne's cottage on the lake is simply beautiful. The views of Keuka Lake are incredible! We went here as a family for about a week and had a great time. Wayne met us there and showed us around the property, including how to use the boat and helpful information for the area. The only thing was there was a few cobwebs in the house we had to clean in the corners and windows when we arrived, but other than that, the home was very clean. The place was exactly as the listing describes, with all amenities. My favorite part was the skylights all over the house! Just beautiful! We had a fire every night, and my dad went fishing and rode on the boat everyday! Thanks Wayne!

This was our first vacation in 8 years as a family. It was perfect. We were able to relax at the lake, paddle around Lake Keuka and make s’mores in the fire pit. Thank you for making this a memorable vacation. The property was fantastic. We plan on returning in the future.

Lots of amenities in this cottage, and the extra outbuilding was sweet! The level beach was just right for kids and adults, and the large deck offered a lovely view.

Lovely home with a beautiful deck and a fabulous view. Wayne was very accommodating before and during our stay. I would definitely book this property again.

First of all, Wayne is great. He touched base with me well in advance to fill me in on location of the house, how to enter the home, where to park, various amenities, and answered numerous questions I had about docking availability, power for on-board battery chargers, and so forth. He met us when we arrived and showed us around. He was nearby and made himself very available if we needed him - a great and gracious host! The house was a bit more cosy than my group is used to but there was more than enough room for all of us and the house was well equipped and VERY clean. Nicely maintained and comfortable. The weather was great so we very much enjoyed eating out on the deck. There is a table inside if the weather is bad but it's a real bonus to be able to eat outside. The house is conveniently located to anything you would need or want to see. We enjoyed it very much and would highly recommend staying here.

The location was ideal and the lake view was beautiful.

The home was perfect for my husband and Me. We could have had company as there were 2 rooms with twin beds but we didn't. The kitchen was perfect, beds comfy and the deck and land were wonderful. The furniture was great and the TV, movie, books, puzzle, etc were all welcomed. We met the owner and he couldn't have been more accommodating. He gave us restaurant suggestions that we loved. I'd also love to see a written list of them as we couldn't remember all he told us and, one with directions to antique and gift shops within 30 minutes. Dinner at the Pleasant Valley Inn was elegant and one of the best we have ever enjoyed- Charlie and Ruthie McLennan
