Beautiful cozy villa, we felt at home there. Full of details, indoor flowers, kitchen equipped above standard. Beautiful terrace, large dining table, TV in every room. We had a private beach with our own deckchairs, umbrella and the possibility to use small boats. The entrance to the sea is gradual, it is possible to order a taxi boat to Rogoznica. Fresh pastries every morning, delivery to the house. The hosts are very nice and helpful at any time. We would definitely like to come back here.

Beautiful peaceful location, amazing views over Rogoznica. The villa is really well designed inside and out, and very well equipped - it felt like a true home from home. The hosts could not have been more welcoming or helpful.

The last mile or so of the drive to the villa is narrow and steep in places, so we found it best to sort out a big shop at beginning of week and then make the most of the villa. But there is a daily van delivery of fresh food, and a fantastic water taxi service that will pick you up from right by the villa to go into Rogoznica which made going out for dinner really special.

Simply speaking - excellent place. Even the very long elaborate wold not describe the beauty of the place. Except your own food supplies, one does not need anything else.

Amazing house - it exceeded our expectations by far. wonderful and secluded. Very nice and helpful hosts. They designed and built the house themselves - with a lot of love and effort put into detalis. It was great to take a kayak trip in the morning. Amazing view from the house. We are definetely coming back!

We are a family with two kids, 8 and 13 years old. We all had an absolutely amazing stay, exceeding our expectations an after the photos and presentation on the web. The location is perfect if you want peace and quiet, with a ”private beach” with cristal clear water and two kayaks just 50 meters from the house. The house is very well equiped, with big rooms and very well cleaned. It was lovely to have small bakery and fruit- and vegetables and icecream trucks pass by down by the street. The host was amazing and very flexible, available and serviceminded and we felt extremely warm welcomed. This place is absolutely amazing! We hope to come back again.

Big and very comfortable house with absolutely amazing view. Fully furnished and taken care of to the tiniest detail. You can choose between swimming pool and „private” beach. We loved kayaking every mornig around the Island. Lovely ang helpful owner.

Excellent location for anybody loving prace and quiet. Stunnig view (from almost all windows in the house). Very close beach with cristal clear water. Kayaks allow you to do nice 15 min trips to Rogoznica. Small but sufficent pool. Very nice and helpful support from the landlords.

Almost nothing. The bedrooms could be sligjtly bigger and doors more sound proof.
