Beautiful and clean, close to beach, friendly community, close to amenities, would certainly return.

This property was everything we were looking for! The view from the balcony and the close proximity to the pool/beach are unbeatable. The unit is comfortable and very clean. The kitchen has everything you could want. There are plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, beach chairs/toys, etc. Communication with the owner was easy, and she is responsive and helpful. We will definitely try to book this unit again in the future!

Great location! Beautiful beach!

Once again NSB did not disappoint. The location of this condo is convenient with a grocery store; restaurants, etc., nearby. The grounds are kept beautifully manicured as well as the pool area. Lisa, the owner, is quick to respond to questions, etc.

Renters should be aware that there is no direct access to the beach from the complex due to the hurricane damage. However, public access is less than a mile away. Comfortable and quiet property located in a convenient area of beach side.

Always a fun trip

The cleaning crew might have rushed their job before we checked in, but the unit is better than expected. It's stocked to the hilt with dishes, bowls, coffee, seasonings, cooking oil etc. The views are far better than the photos suggest (sunrise from the living room was just spectacular). The location is quite ideal (relaxing, charming, convenient to shopping and dining) and barely had any traffic or crowds or noise (except for some weekday construction). If you're NOT aiming to include Disney or Universal in your trip (about 1.5 hours away), this is the spot for you. The property complex is beautifully appointed, and the grounds are very well maintained. The host has kept ample supply of beach chairs and umbrella and towels. There was plenty of paper towels and dishwashing liquid, and toilet paper. There was even a full bottle of CeraVe anti-acne body wash so not the cheap stuff. There is both a regular drip coffee maker and a Keurig machine. The unit lacked nothing. It's a bit dated in décor but fully functional. We had no issues with the water pressure or drains or hot water. The counter space in the kitchen was adequate for our needs. All in all, you can't go wrong booking this room. 3 adults and 1 teen (17 yrs old) managed well for nearly a full week. BTW, the host/property manager was very responsive and acknowledge our every contact or concern.

Linda the property owner was very nice and helpful. The condo has a nice kitchen large 2 bedroom bedroom with a pull out couch.

This condo is in a great location, beach is clean , the room is very roomy and clean, well kept up and was equipped with everything you need .

This property was awesome! We had great view of the beach and pool. The place was super clean and roomy. The pool was beyond great- clean and plenty of chairs. We really enjoyed our selves. The Dollar General Market across the street was handy for the items we forgot.

Nice room right in the corner of the property with a beautiful view of the well manicured landscaped courtyard, pool, and ocean.

I enjoyed my stay at Castle Reef. The condo I rented was well stocked and clean and Lisa was very attentive and answered any questions I had. The property was clean and well maintained. Landscaping was beautiful. I hope this unit is available the next time I want to get away.

We love staying at Castle Reef. The slow pace is great for our family. The boys love shuffleboard and boogie boarding the big waves. I love reading by the pool and watching the ocean. Easy access to supermarket.

We have been going to new Smyrna beach for almost 50 years! First time staying at castle reef. Grounds were beautifully maintained and room was clean!

This condo is in a great area with a strip mall across the street which includes a grocery store, hair and nail salon, etc. The condo was clean and well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, glassware, etc. The grounds were well manicured, pool was awesome and the no-drive beach was a plus. Plans to visit again in 2023 have been confirmed.

We had a great stay. The view was great and the ocean sounds were so relaxing. Great location!

The place is very nice and well equipped.. The grounds are well kept. The pool is larger than what many places have. Smaller grocery store and a few restaurants are just across the street.

Everything was great. Neat, well furnished, and my favorite complex on New Smyrna Beach.

Pleasant stay. We enjoyed having the ocean view from the balcony. We plan to come back in near future.

We had amazing time at this condo. It was fully furnished. All you need to do is buy the food. You can see the ocean from the balcony. Although, it is quite a walk with 2 little ones from this location. But honestly no complaints.

If you don’t want to be around all the traffic and loud music of Daytona, this is the place to be.

The condo was very clean and kitchen well stocked for our beach vacation. The location is great- the plaza across met so many of our needs - the ice cream and waffle place were absolutely delicious. Definitely plan to return.

Nice Property

This condo was perfect! Balcony over looks the beach, you can hear the waves at night! The property is lovely and very well kept!! So many great places to eat in NSB! Lisa was so quick to answer any questions I had! Will stay again for sure!!
