Condo is as advertised. The key code to lock box was incorrect so our check in was delayed. When property manager was contacted he did not answer right away. We had to come back some time later after we obtained the correct key code.

Clean, comfortable bed, nicely equipped kitchen. Good location to alternate between Keystone, Breckenridge and A Basin.
Not too much in town but Silverthorne is right next door. House instructions were good.

Enjoyed the stay here, pretty views over the lake with mtns in the distance. Easy 15-20m drive to Copper mountain, 1.75h to Steamboat. Some small town vibes in Dillon, Frisco, and Silverthorne, but dining out was a bit hit or miss. Property was cozy and accomodating, with a few quirks present of a small place. Parking was easy at the unit most days, though extra snow in the lot can be a bit annoying if youre not used to snow or don't have a AWD vehicle. Do bring any bathing essentials needed. If you plan to cook, take a look through the cabinets before running out, there were some essentials, but we made do with what existed. Beds were comfy and couch was spacious for relaxing after skiings. Shower and bathroom were clean and nicely functional. Kitchen had a bare set of essentials, but that didn't impede our desired function. Would stay here again for a week long trip!

Great little place with an amazing view of Dillon Reserve! Plenty of room for me and my friend. And definitely gonna bring my family back here. Plenty of room for my wife and I in the bedroom and the two kids on the pull-out futon. Very clean and exactly as listed. Anthony was very responsive to my email and the condo is just a short 5-10min drive to Keystone. Couldn’t have asked for a more reasonably-priced and comfortable place to stay. Just the right size for my husband and me. Easy drive to Keystone and Breckinridge for skiing. Bed was comfortable, kitchen had all the necessities for cooking in. Perfect for 2 people.

The only concern was to arrive and find 2 flights of steep stairs to climb to the unit. This needs to be mentioned in the listing.

Condo is clean and well laid out. The two of us felt very comfortable. The bike path is right in front of the main door and we enjoyed a 34 mile roundtrip bike ride to Breckenridge. Excellent communication with the host. We will consider staying here again in the future.

The condo was an absolutely adorable and cozy place to stay. We had a relaxing time and were walking distance to some great pubs and restaurants. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the bay is literally in the back yard. I highly recommend checking out the Tiki Bar which is a 10 min walk from the condo with amazing views and good drinks. There's fishing, boating, and swimming.
Plus the outlets are not far away. The host was also very accommodating and communicative. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved the location! Perfect for us to practice our paddle boarding and close to trails. As well as a nice walk to the amphitheater.

We stayed for one week in March while skiing at A-Basin. Convenient location for to ski areas and shopping. There's a walking path nearby. Perfect accomodations for a couple.

For the cost, it was fine. Didn't understand why we were asked to take out the trash or start the dishwasher and other cleaning tasks. (Spoke with another group staying next door (VRBO) with same requirements). Basic amenities provided. Bed was comfortable. Location close to downtown Dillon which was nice, and convenient to mountains. Pizza place up the street was solid.

Great condo with everything needed to make your stay comfortable. Close to shopping and dining in Dillon/Frisco while still being close to the ski slopes. Antony was EXTREMELY responsive to questions (literally within minutes).

Everything was clean and exactly as advertised. The host responded immediately to a question we had about accessing the unit, and the whole process was smooth. The kitchen was well equipped, and the balcony offered great views of water and mountains.

Great little getaway
Very clean and cozy. The extra blankets and humidifier were awesome to find. The view from the patio is amazing and with the snow we got it was even better than we hoped.
Short of one crazy loud neighbor a few doors away on the last night it was very quiet and felt private even knowing all the other residents were so close.
Highly recommend this place and it hosts.

Everything is clean and in good working order. The furniture could be more comfortable, particularly the deck furniture. We were able to walk to all the Dillon attractions, including Dillon Amphitheatre. Easy access to the highway. I'd stay here again.

Perfect abode for skiing enthusiasts!
This accommodations proximity to ski resorts makes it the perfect place to stay for skiers. The kitchen is set up with everything you need to make home cooked meals with only 2min from a grocery store. The view of a frozen lake is beautiful as you get ready to leave for the day. The hosts were also very responsive and accommodating to our needs. Everything felts very clean which is especially important during this time. Thank you to the hosts, I hope to stay at this place again in the future!

Great location for the ski resorts and very convenient to Dillon and Silverthorne.
Close to all the ski resorts, especially convenient to Keystone. We had a family of four and filled it up but it was perfect for what we needed since we were rarely there. Finding a parking space was a bit of a challenge at times but probably due to the time of year (week after Christmas).
