The property and property owners are beyond amazing. The location is safe, peaceful and bursting with natural scenery. It is a true get away. The home is well equipped, all you need is food and clothing. You can believe the description and pictures. My family highly recommends this property.

Had a great stay in Lander last week at this beautiful property. Plenty of room for our group of 6. Great communication with our owners and they stay on the property in a separate apartment above the garage so if you need anything they can help immediately. Had a great time!

We had a great time staying here! It was so fun for the kids (pond, stream, horses in the neighborhood and ping pong table) and a peaceful retreat for the adults. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home in a beautiful location

This property is gorgeous and in a gorgeous location. Not enough can be said about the beauty of our surroundings. The owners were extremely flexible, communicated openly, and even allowed us to bring our house-trained, hypo-allergenic dog. In the past, my family and I have always rented vacation homes. This was our first experience with someone's personal home. I would have given a 5-star review but for a couple of things. The owners live on the property and were waiting for us to arrive and even texting us when we weren't there at the time we thought we would be. They had said that they were leaving for the weekend, but it felt like they were waiting to leave until we arrived, and that we were holding them up. I appreciated their concern for our well-being, but found it off-putting as I hadn't had that experience with previous rentals. I had assumed the owners would be gone for the entirety of our stay. They indicated through text that they would likely be back the evening before we left. In the note/instructions they left on the kitchen counter, they also indicated that they sometimes show up to tend to the yard, and may be in their apartment or camper on the property. When my family and I rent a house, we do so to get away and to have our privacy. We felt that with the potential of the owners to be around at any moment or occupying the property while we were there was an invasion of our privacy. Respectfully, I would suggest the owners plan to be away while their home is occupied. I can certainly understand their concern for the well-being of their property, but it makes the vacation less than ideal to be under the potential scrutiny of the owners.

It was a perfect setting for all of us to get together. Nice open spaces to lounge and visit in, big well equipped kitchen to make family meals, and a quiet wooded neighborhood to take a walk and enjoy the views. We love to come back in the summer to enjoy more of the outdoor areas around the property. In addition, the location was perfect for us as it is just a short distance from downtown and grocery stores and Sinks Canyon State Park was just down the road.Jenn was very accommodating and communication was instant. We had a wonderful week here. The property was 10 minutes from Lander and 10 minutes to Sinks Canyon in a beautiful, country neighborhood. The first floor bedroom worked great for the grandparents. Our 4 year old loved exploring the creeks, playing in the pond, and jumping on the trampoline. The house was comfortable and had all the basic necessities. We would definitely come again.

Jen was extremely helpful in working with my family who experienced many weather induced problems... our Thanksgiving Holliday was wonderful in this gorgeous home. Kelly

We had a wonderful time staying in this bright, plant-filled mountain escape. For outdoor adventures, the house is perfectly situated at the base of Sinks Canyon State Park, and just miles from Shoshone National Forest. It is well equipped for families - with games and ping pong table and ample space to run around outside. A bright veranda overlooking a yard and pond make an extra special setting for coffee and a book. We were extremely comfortable and hope to return next summer.

We absolutely loved our stay - this is an incredible home in a beautiful location. We didn’t get to meet Jen as she was out of town, but she communicated all necessary info during our stay. The property was perfect for a family gathering - kids loved the beach/pond and trampoline, and there is a ton of outdoor space and seating for adults to gather and socialize. We would love to stay here again if we make it back to Lander.

What a beautiful house in a beautiful setting! I can't speak highly enough of this fantastic opportunity to stay in a little slice of heaven. The house itself is gorgeous, comfortable, and perfect for a family reunion or other small group get-together. The grounds are beautiful, with a pond, flower gardens, many aspen trees, nice lawn, and very comfortable patio, outdoor porch, and sun porch. Best of all, three branches of the Middle Popo Agie River flow past the house on three sides (plus a tiny creek on the fourth side), providing a constant soothing soundtrack to your stay. The house is a 10-minute drive from downtown Lander and seven minutes from Sinks Canyon State Park, which offers spectacular scenery, hiking, biking, picnicking, and wildlife viewing. Don't miss the four-mile round-trip hike up to Popo Agie Falls!

Excellent. The house is amazing and Jen and Dale were great hosts. It was nice to be next the river and up Sinks Canyon road out of town a little ways.

Three couples enjoyed our stay at this property. We had ping pong tournaments and croquet tournaments. We did some great hikes in the area. We didn't realize prior to arriving that the owners would be staying on the property in a camper right behind the house. It seemed a little intimidating at first, but they were very nice and shared info about the area. Our main issue with the property was that there was very little space to unpack - their belongings were left in all the drawers.
