This house is absolutely amazing to stay in for any length of time. It was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is VERY well stocked with anything you could need to prepare anything you would like. Everything worked as expected and there were many things to keep us entertained as a family. Marc (the owner) is very nice and very easy to communicate with throughout the stay. He had answers or guidance for all of our questions. 10 out of 10 highly recommend utilizing this home for any of your trips to Ocean Isle Beach!

Great stay at this house! We have been coming to OIB for 20+ years and this is a very nice canal home with lots of space to spread out. We brought our boat and the dock was very nice and well-maintained. Kayaks, paddleboard and bikes were a great bonus. Golf carts were key for a group our size since this house is not terribly close to the beach. Property was clean and ready early on our check in day and communication with Marc was fabulous. My only minor complaint and this is the case with every rental property EVER - not enough silverware. Overall, hope to come back to Flip Flop Fun very soon!

The communication with the owner was great! The kitchen had everything you need and nice quality. The owners have everything thought through that would be needed. The gates deck and pool was great for our 16 month old granddaughter. The baby gates for the steps were nice to have as well. Quick cleanup with the cordless vacuum was also nice to have. We enjoyed our vacation at this home!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property. Convenient to beach access and supplied golf cart made it easy to get back n forth. Tons of toys, books, and games for children and adults for entertainment within the house. Communication with owner was perfect.

Our family described the house as cozy, unlike a lot of homes we have stayed in, in the past. It felt like home! It was set up great for families of all ages. Everything was clean and functioned properly. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, and dishes that you would ever need. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We hope to stay here again.

Our family of 13 enjoyed a Christmas vacation in this wonderful home. There is so much to do. The beach is near by with bikes and a golf cart to make it fun getting there, a pool, ping pong and great decks for taking in the view. Marc, was very helpful with helping our stay be special. Would definately choose this place again.

The house was great plenty of toys and games for the kids plenty of space so everyone can have a space of thier own. We can't wait to go back this summer.

Location was awesome..right on the inter coastal waterway. Loved the fact that it had kayaks for us to use!!! We enjoyed them!!! Golf cart was a awesome plus as well!!!! I enjoyed the bicycles a lot!!!! Very pretty house! Just wasn't as clean as I thought it should have been. A lot of flys!!!

Enjoyed our stay tremendously. Well equipped with everything you need. Loved having the pool for the little ones. Being on the canal was an extra bonus with lots of great fishing, kayaking and crab catching. Plenty of room for large families. Thanks Marc and Sharon!!

From check in to check out the owner was in contact and made the whole process easy and smooth. The house was amazing. We had two families staying each with a baby (less than 1) and kids ranging from 10-17. The downstairs area and bedroom was perfect for the teenagers. It gave them their own space and was convenient to the outside and pool. Everyone had plenty of space and it never felt overcrowded. The pool was such an added benefit. It’s covered by the upstairs deck so it could still be used when dodging the afternoon rain storms. Everyone was sunburned by the first day so having a shady place to hang out was great. It was a little chilly the first day we arrived and being able to heat it rather quickly was so nice. Having a golf cart was such a plus when carting kids and babies to and from the beach. There was everything you needed for a beach day available in the garage (chairs, bikes, wagons, etc) so no need to over pack. We will definitely be returning to this house for our annual family vacation. Thank you to Marc and his family for sharing their home with us!!

I didn't want to go back home! Very nice to walk out your door and look out over the water. And all the toys that were included were so helpful. I tried to use them all! We will be back.

We had a wonderful time on vacation. The house was super clean and the dock was perfect for fishing. It was in a great location and having the golf cart was perfect to get around the beach. We would definitely stay here again! The owner was a great communicator - easy to work with throughout booking and the actual stay!

Wonderful property with wonderful amenities! We stayed with friends and our two teenage boys. Lots of room to spread out and so many considerate perks for guests. The bikes were wonderful for the boys to adventure around Ocean Isle. The golf cart made getting to the beach super easy. We easily heated the pool to allow for more enjoyment.

Great communication with property manager. Cool temps while we were there but able to make the most of our stay at this property.

This house was a great choice for our family! We brought our kids, their spouses and our grandchildren. 11 of us in all. Even though the house isn't on the beach, the use of the golf cart made getting to the beach, and all around the island, convenient and fun! Since the weather was a little cloudy and cool on some of our days, we loved having use of the heated pool, the kayaks to take into the canal and the ping pong table. It was great having the bikes for adults AND kids and because it was the off-season, there weren't many houses on the street that were occupied so we felt comfortable letting the grandkids ride up and down Moore Street. Owner, Marc, was extremely hospitable and easy to reach and communicate with! We would definitely choose to stay here again!!

This house felt like a home. It was so clean and well decorated. It truly had everything we needed. It was wonderful to be on the canal and have a view of the water. We loved that each of the four bedrooms we used had its own private bathroom. Marc, the owner, was very quick to respond to any questions we had. With all the extras (the golf cart, the kayaks, the heated pool, )this house was perfect for our family! We will definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this property! Easy access to the beach was a huge plus since we had our little kids (ages 2 and 3) with us. There was also added safety measures that helped with my piece of mind (chain locks on doors to the outside and fence around the pool) so I wasn’t terrified of my adventurous 3 year old getting into trouble. The house had everything we needed and more! Quick golf cart ride to shops, restaurants, and the playground. Communication with the owner was great. We never had any issues getting in touch. Overall, one of the best vacation rentals I’ve stayed at. We will definitely keep this property in mind when booking future vacations to Ocean Isle Beach!

We were only 4 adults, so we didn't need this many bedrooms or bathrooms, but we loved that this property included our own dock, kayaks, bikes, golf cart, corn hole, ping pong, plus a lovely water view and awesome sunset views! Very well equipped kitchen. Everything we needed and more. Owner very responsive and helpful.
