Comfortable nice 1-bedroom suite. Friendly host and helpful. Clean. You need a car, then you are close to everything. You can even walk to a supermarket.

The apartment was nicer than the photos. The peaceful backyard garden was amazing.

My stay at this VRBO was excellent! The host communicated with us before and during our stay making sure we were as comfortable as possible! The location is very close to the bus stop which made it easy for us to get around Victoria and safe enough to use transit later at night. The place was very clean and had all the appliances we needed. The sound from upstairs carried a bit but overall we felt very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

I stayed at Cathie’s for two weeks during a medical school elective at the Royal jubilee hospital. It was a perfect location, easy to get to the hospital and downtown by bus, and a cozy, well appointed suite. I would absolutely stay again!

Great location for downtown and other tourist attractions . Quiet neighborhood and suite looks onto pleasant back yard. Suite well appointed and comfortable. Host very good at communicating and responding quickly to any questions. The breakfast essentials package was much appreciated. Looking forward to returning in the summer to relaxing in the garden.

The owners were great at communicating with me given that I had to arrive late and depart early. The suite was very comfortable, clean, and quiet.

This property is the perfect Spot for our visits to our children in Victoria. Very quiet neighbourhood, parking while on the street is safe. The host keeps a beautifully clean property and they are kept up properly. The back yard is amazing to look at, even in the fall. We always try yo book here first.

Cathie was a wonderful host. She was available to answer any questions or just let you know what was going on. The location was quiet and central to wherever you wanted to go. There was also breakfast items to get your day started. I would definitely stay here again.

Our suite was comfortable, stylish, and very clean! The kitchenette had a few food and cookware items for easy breakfasts - which was so helpful. The hosts have a lovely garden that we were able to relax in. The location was central (easy to get downtown and out of town) and safe. We really enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I so enjoyed our short stay here and would love to come back for longer. The location was convenient to all the major attractions and the hospitality and beautiful back garden made our stay so relaxing and comfortable. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed reading in the comfy chairs and having breakfast in the garden. Can’t wait to return!

Wow! It is hard to articulate the overall experience: from the message sent before arrival, to the check in, to the attention to details, to the quiet neighbourhood (fantastic location) and the gorgeous gardens. Hosts were above and beyond in terms of hospitality and helpfulness. We have found our home away from home!!

After moving all our stuff in, including a big oxygen tank, Cathy advised us there was DEFINITELY NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY. This was actually listed in the add, but my husband booked the property and missed this info. I went out on the street to smoke and Cathy came out and told me we had to leave by morning. Her husband, she said, is very allergic to smoke. We left by 8:00 AM. What really bothered us, WAS THAT SHE NEVER OPENED IT UP FOR OTHERS TO RENT IT. WE found out June 13 they were going on holidays. As she said we would have been there while they were gone so they would not have had to worry about it. And therefore could not rent it out anyway. If a person is so allergic to smoke how can he even travel and be around other people. YOUR OPINION WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED ON THIS. We had to scramble for those 3 weeks to find places to stay and that was not easy and of course very expensive as we had paid her for those 3 weeks! Submitted by a VERY DISAPPOINTED COUPLE!!

They have a beautiful backyard full of flowers, trees and plants!! It’s a private oasis:)

We were very happy with our accomodations. Well equiped kitchen, comfortable bed, great shower and excellent dinner recommendations from the hosts. This location made our trip to Victoria really enjoyable. We will stay here again, you wont be dissappinted

A beautiful self-contained unit which overlooks a beautiful garden. Amenities include quality kitchen ware and appliances, a good supply of hangers and Cathie providing a few breakfast items upon our arrival, plus weekly housekeeping and sharing her laundry room. Cathie is a caring and accommodating hostess.
