The house is stunning and very well appointed. Three bathrooms were perfect. Beds comfy.

Booking process was confusing. The owners ask for bank transfer and then booking.com charges your credit card

Great location with beautiful views of the water. The house very easily accommodated our family of 6 adults and 3 children. Lovely big balcony, well stocked kitchen and overall house very clean.

We did have a small issue with the aircon, there is only one for the whole house, however it was fixed within 24 hours of reporting it.

There were fans in some rooms that we felt could have aircons although it didn't bother us much but we are aware that it could get really hot and those rooms may as well....

Open plan living area, with a great veranda that had a beautiful ocean outlook. The home was as described and suited us perfectly. Walking distance to beaches. Comfy selection of bedrooms with great ensuites.

We didn’t have any real dislikes. Maybe providing bathroom toiletries would have been a nice touch.

This property is located in the most perfect spot, very close to the beach and town. They offered many things to do such as paddle boarding and bike riding. The view was also beautiful.

If you are looking for a relaxing family holiday this is not the accommodation as the house is timber built and the house is very loud. It was impossible to sleep in as you could hear any movement around the house. We were lucky we went in autumn as there is only 1 split system aircon upstairs, therefore it would be very hot in summer. At first glance the house was clean and tidy but as the trip went on we noticed many things were dirty. The kettle had build up in it, the floor rugs were all stained, the kitchen cupboards had a really strong bad smell and there was dog poo left in the gardens. One of the beds downstairs also had a spring coming through.

Great location 5 mins walk to the beach and jetty. Lovely ocean view. Great upstairs deck with table and chairs and bbq. loved it. Coffee van at the jetty most mornings. 5 mins drive from the main town. Easy access to wineries restaurants. Don’t miss seeing Canal Rocks it’s amazing 🤩

The main bedroom upstairs got really warm even with ceiling fans

Location was fantastic, easy access to walks, Dunsborough and surrounds. The view was magnificent as was the garden and the ring-necked parakeets who greeted us on the deck. Everything was available for cooking and serving meals. The house was bright and well furnished and most importantly well insulated and designed with passive solar principles so that during our stay in winter, it was lovely and warm, with minimal heating or bedding needed. The low energy use house is a huge step to battling climate change. It was great having bathrooms with direct access to the bedrooms on either side. The hosts were friendly and welcoming on SMS or email and responded really quickly. They were also very generous allowing us a late checkout. Lastly, the ethics of the owners shone through not only in building a climate friendly home but also in the furnishing. I noticed one of the rugs was made without child labour - bonus for us.

A small thing. - there was a coffee machine but no beans were provided. Given the hire price of the accommodation, it would have been a small gesture to provide some. It also would have been nice to know that there was a machine available beforehand because some of us might have brought down our favourite beans 😉

We had 4 couples all in one house for a Christmas in July weekend. Beautiful and spacious, well equipped. Close to everything in Dunsborough
