We had a group of girls stay here for a weekend and it was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet residential neighborhood, great location. Quick drive to the village, or you could walk. Right across from ski lifts, which we didn't need. 10 minute drive to downtown Collingwood/Grocery Store/Walmart etc.
House was perfect. Lots of bedrooms. 3 bathrooms which was nice! Had everything you needed in the kitchen. You could tell the house had been lived in and some things appeared worn, but still everything was very clean and in good shape. Open concept with the loft open upstairs to see the main floor below- so it could feel echo-y and loud once we all got talking, but honestly, not a big deal.
Communication with the property was easy and efficient with quick responses. Hot tub worked, good water and water pressure in showers.
The property had security check in with us once or twice, making sure check in was ok and we were reminded of the noise bylaws. Not an issue.
Only two recommendations - there wasn't any mirrors in the bedrooms which wasn't ideal for a house of females! And the showers didn't have little shelfs or racks to put your shampoo bottles or soap bars on, which was a tad frustrating.
Definitely worth it for the price. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

We stayed here with family for my dad and uncles birthdays and it was a great time. The place was clean and quiet and proximity to the village was great too. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a Blue Mountain getaway!

This location was perfect for a larger golf group. Close to the village for restaurants and central for golf courses.

This house was in total disrepair inside and out when we arrived. It was dirty inside and smelled. The stove was broken, no sheets for the bed were provided (we paid extra for linens) and there was garbage left behind. The furniture was old and beds and mattresses were warped and unfit for sleeping. The water in the showers never got hot, just lukewarm. Everything in the house felt “sticky” and was not clean. A few of our personal items were left in a closet and they were never “found” by the cleaning staff and thus could not be returned to us. This was a terrible home to stay in and not a luxury house like advertised. I would never stay here again.

This property was pretty good. It wouldn't take much to upgrade it to the next level but if you're looking for the basics, it's there.

This property was great. It had everything I expected and was exactly as I thought it would be. I would recommend this property to others and I would stay here again.

The location of the property is fantastic with walking distance to almost everything you need at Blue Mountain. Some beds are a little more comfortable than others but overall not bad. The house can get a little dry so a humidifier would be a great addition especially in the winter months. Great for groups and large family get togethers.

Lots to do in the area. Location is close to groceries and activities. House was very comfortable and well-stocked with kitchen utensils. Loved the large dining table for us to gather for family meals. We had 6 vehicles and parking was very comfortable. Recommend bringing slippers or shoes to wear in the house as the floor is dusty.

Overall house was perfect size for our family reunion. The house was in rough condition, not what was depicted in the ad. The yard was not what was expected, very rough poorly landscaped. The hot tub cover should have been replaced years ago. The kitchen needs more basic utensils e.g. can opener, spatula. The barbeque needs a good cleaning, for what it cost to rent the house for a weekend, there was a higher expectation especially since it is located in a beautiful location.

Excellent accommodation. Just confusing of how to leave the garbage and composting. Also would be great if salt/pepper was available.
