Celebrating my 80th birthday by the ocean was my husband’s gift! Loved being close to restaurants and shops! Got some Christmas shopping done! Condo had wonderful view of Bay, quiet and exceptionally clean! Will definitely be back!!!

Beautiful place in an ideal location. We loved seeing otters from our deck at sunset, wow!

The condo and the location are wonderful. Unfortunately, our 2-day stay was ruined by the management company's imposition of checkout housekeeping duties (even though we paid a significant "cleaning fee") and countless instructions, rules, guidelines and reminders. It seems like instead of hiring adequate housekeeping staff and paying them a decent wage, the penny-pinching property managers have shifted housekeeping duties to paying guests. We are a quiet, older, retired couple and just wanted to rest from a weeklong trip and drive from San Francisco. But we couldn't. Their "Check Out List" includes: "load and start dishwasher...empty trash...make sure all furniture is in the same position...remove food items from refrigerator...begin the laundering of the towels..." This is on top of a 7-page rental agreement, and no less than 4 long emails with complicated instructions, rules and regulations. The night we arrived we were just settling in when we got a 5th email "Check out reminder" with more instructions. I couldn't relax worrying about complying with all these rules and requirements. As we drove off, tired from all the housekeeping duties and making sure we'd done it all, I found myself fuming about it instead of feeling rested and relaxed, which a stay in lovely Morro Bay should do for one.

My wife and I spent our minimoon here and loved it! We’re nature lovers so we enjoyed watching sea lions and otters swimming right by the balcony. Would definitely come back for an anniversary!

Wonderful 2 day quick getaway. The place was super clean and perfectly located. We were able to walk the embarcadero , eat great food and just sit and look out over the marina. A great floor plan and a very relaxing atmosphere. It was well equipped with essentials and the bed was very comfortable.

The condo unit was very nice. It was a perfect escape!

Enjoyed our stay. You may want to bring some DVD's to view at night. There is a DVD player but no DVD's. The only downside to the condo was the poor cable selection.

Walking distance to oretty much everything but the rock. Garage parking was a plus. Great balcony views.

This home is in a fantastic location and equipped with everything you need. Beautiful views out the living room windows. We loved sitting on the balcony.

Second time staying and won’t be our last! We love this little rental right on the water! The room was clean and cozy! Morro Bay has a place in my heart and this is the prime way to stay when visiting! Thank you!

We stayed here from Weds-Sun and it was super quiet in the town and in the suite which is exactly what we wanted. We were able to walk everywhere which was also a plus! A con is that the faucet in one of the bathrooms didn’t work along with extremely low water pressure. Also we found the bed and couch very uncomfortable (bed was noisy too). Otherwise, we enjoyed the balcony and sipping our wine/coffee while looking at the sea otters.

Everything we wanted. Just as advertised. Just as pictured. Didn't want to leave. Will be back.

This property is exactly as described. Clean, well equipped, perfect location, quiet and with an amazing view. Walking distance to everything. One of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed in, loved it!

This condo lived up to its listing. Minutes from everything and beautiful views from balcony. Loved our stay there.

We had a relaxing weekend and enjoyed this space greatly . Started each day with hot tea on the deck looking out over the bay. Loved being able to walk to so many great places. Ended each day watching the sunset from the deck with a glass of wine.

Restaurants / shopping in walking distance. Great view of the rock and marina. Super clean and had everything we needed.

I have no complaints. All around perfect. Everything was clean. The best part was sitting on the balcony. It overlooked the Bay. The best part was the evening when the sun was setting, spectacular. We will be back.

We loved the location and amenities at this condo. The view and location were terrific, and the condo was very well stocked. We appreciated that the light switches were labeled, which saved a lot of trial and error. The bed was also quite comfortable, which is not always the case in rentals. Would happily stay again on a future trip.

Great views, quiet, peaceful, relaxing. Condo was very nice, everything we needed. Walking distance to anything. Great restaurants and shopping. The sea lions and sea otters right off our deck.

The property was exactly as advertised, right on the waterfront, amazing views, and a relaxing setting. The condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay. It’s central to everything, we could walk to everything along the waterfront. Would definitely recommend for couples, we’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful getaway from Phoenix heat.

Location, location, location! You can't beat the views at the the Beach and Bay condo and their was lots to do within walking distance. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

What a treasure this place was fir my husband and my get-away! Coming into the condo and seeing the view of the harbor, watching the sea otters play, hearing the seals and watching the pelicans, seeing Morro Rick at sunrise and sunset/ it was the kind of place we didn’t have ti leave to get our fix of the ocean! But we enjoyed being able to walk along Embarcadero and visit the shops and eat at some great restaurants. The place itself was immaculate and full of little extras that made it a fantastic place! We felt it was very suitable for another couple to join us with its two bathrooms and two comfy queen beds. We highly recommend!
