The condo was fine, but I did not expect the view being blocked by the building. The kitchen was not as stocked as I would have expected. There were no pot holders, scissors, casserole pans, only 2 kitchen towels, not enough silverware, Very few plastic cups. I will say there were 3 crock pots, 4-5 coffee pots though, plenty of pots & pans. I think a bigger table would be nice, since the condo sleeps up to 9 people. Table only for 6. Also more seating in the Living area - we brought chairs from the bedrooms to give us all a place to sit. The beach was very nice - overall we had a nice week, but was disappointed in the things I listed considering we paid a lot more for the week (highest we've paid in the past few years)

great location. we have stayed in this building before and decided to stay again because of the location, just a different room this time. overall stay was great. just some minor issues. Master was listed as access to Balcony. but master looked to be the last bedroom, that does not have access. Also sleeps 8. we thought by the pics one of the sofas was a pullout bed. but both couches were not the same pictured. they were 2 loveseats. a little small to sleep on. but as I started with location made us forget

We were evacuated because of a hurricane and were reimbursed for the days we had to leave immediately. We loved the location and had plenty of room. JC Rentals were awesome to deal with.

We had 2 families, 4 adults and 4 teens during our stay. The condo was more than spacious enough to accommodate all of us. The beds were comfortable. Lots of lawn chairs to take to the beach and a small umbrella. (We bought a bit larger one from Walmart and just left behind for the next guests to use.) I think the only negative thing was having to check in at a completely different location, and is where you also call for any questions and have to go to exchange dirty towels for clean. Not a huge deal, but feel it could have been a little more convenient. I would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the view each morning while sipping coffee. The cleaning crew could have done a little better, towels hanging on the bathroom door from previous guest, floors could have been mopped a little better. But it fit our family and we enjoyed our vacation

We were within walking distance of experiencing a few things in town and loved having a view of the ocean. The hot tub was broken half of the time during our stay, so that was a bummer. Might want to list that you have to go elsewhere (a few blocks away which normally wouldn’t be a big deal however it was pouring down rain all day and chilly out) to get keys or think about possible keyless entry would have been fantastic. We will come back to this town but find a different VRBO.

There were also many restaurants and shops within walking distance.The downside was the cleanliness. It was completely unacceptable. They quickly sent over 2 cleaning gals who came with a few rags and some spray cleaner. This place needed a deep cleaning with buckets of water and some real elbow grease. The furniture and bedspreads were also very old. We put sheets over the couches so we would feel a bit better about sitting on them. They offered to have them cleaned but they were just so old and worn, I honestly don't think cleaning would help. They said they had been cleaned the previous month. They said they are in the process of getting new furniture, which would be a big plus but only if they do a deep cleaning before it arrives. One day while sitting on the couch, I noticed something under the curtains. It was a child's sock and underwear. Obviously, the floor hadn't been cleaned at all.

We love the large condos for a multi family trip. We knew the condo wasn't going to be as updated as others with the company or at this property. It could have been cleaner. The furniture and bedding was quite worn out. The couch and rug in the living room were dirty. The drawers on the dresser were older and they had no stopper to keep them from falling out. The bedding was worn out. The sheets were ok, but the comforters have definitely been well used. The check in staff was fine. Not necessarily rude, but just not overly friendly.

The property was exactly as described. Fully stocked kitchen. 2 coffee pots and 2 toasters which was nice the mornings we cooked. Plenty of chairs on the balcony. It’s was great to be so close to the pool and the beach. So many things to do in the area…shopping, boating/jet skis, plenty of great restaurants and ice cream. The only thing that could be better would be upgrading the mattresses in the bedrooms. Of all the places we have vacationed in the last 10 years I have to say this was the most relaxing. Thank you for a great stay!!

The location was excellent and the space a plus. However, it was NOT CLEAN. Mattresses are not up to standards for guests and the pillows were so flat they were nearly unusable. One patio door could not be used - it was broken and the furniture was too large and cheap for the patio - hard to move around without moving the furniture out of the way and it was not comfortable. This would be a place one would want to go back to if these changes were made.

The condo had not been cleaned well, we found the previous guests swimsuits in the dresser drawer, and also their prescription pills in the nightstand drawers. Ther were coffee cups in the cabinets that had black stuff in them and silverware in the drawers with food on it. We did love the condo but I had to clean the entire thing when we first got ther,

Simply go down the elevator and you are at the pool, and a few steps further and you are at the beach! We were a group of three couples so the three bedrooms/3 bathroom setup was great. Check in and out was very easy. Cons: There were no sharp knives in the kitchen. And, the washer/dryers are out in the hallways and you have to pay to use them. I was charged ore than once each time I used them.

Nice condo well equipped! Everything we needed was there!

Everything in the condo was is perfect working order. The views are beautiful on the spacious balcony. Plenty of clean towels and starter supplies. Only negative is that the floors could use a better mopping between guests. Overall perfect stay.

Furniture needs cleaned. Kitchen sink doesn’t hold water. No dish cloths to wash dishes. Beach towels would be helpful. Flooring and countertops in bathrooms in rough shape. Back bathroom sink plug will not stay open, had to use a spoon to prop it open. Set up of unit is great, just needs freshening upgrades and repairs.

Great walking beach! The condo was a perfect fit for our group and had everything we needed. Having a private bathroom for each bedroom was also a plus! There are many really good restaurants, not chain or fast food, within a short drive. We had a wonderful time and would return for another visit!

The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed for a week at the beach. We spent a lot of time enjoying the great weather at the beach, in the pool and the hot tub. Each suite has great views of the beach. Check in and out were very easy even though the condo was managed by a different company in a separate building,. The staff at Angler's Cove were very friendly and helpful even though this suite wasn't managed by them. That was the only difference from previous stays at Angler's Cove.
