Superb facilities, stunning views in a tranquil setting. The home was amazing & well set out making an enjoyable & comfortable stay for the 9 of us. Great outdoor & indoor sitting areas. Gardens amazing & the chiminea perfect for a gathering around the fire. I’m sure we will be back!

Our group just loved our weekend away, Murray went the extra mile to ensure we had a great weekend. We had all we needed and more in the house and was a great place to stay in and relax but close to the village for a visit as well.

Cloud 9 is just magical. Murray made our stay so easy and stress free with excellent communication before our arrival. The house is just lovely and so very comfortable. We loved every little touch, and there were many. The art works were fabulous, the gardens gorgeous, the set up fantastic for our needs. We had our family and two teenage friends for a visit to the Gold Coast for my daughter's birthday, plenty of beds and baths for all and so very well appointed. Location is fantastic, views are incredible from the dawn to the evening. If you are considering a stay here, do it, it is just the most lovely, quiet and perfect home. Thank you Murray and Janelle!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 days at Cloud 9, we were so impressed by the touches that Murray and Janelle, thought about for us, from the amazing French Champagne and local Fudge to the lovely letter on arrival, letting us know when sunrise would be the next morning. They certainly make you special. The views from Cloud 9 are awesome, sunrise was spectacular. Their was enough space for all our guests and the property is only 5 minutes from the centre of Mt Tamborine. Our wedding venue Cedar Creek Winery was just another 5 minutes down the road. Finally the "Alice in Wonderland" display blew us away, a special place to see. Thanks so much Murray and Janelle for making our stay so welcoming. Regards Andrew, Fiona and family

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Cloud 9. It was a beautiful house, spacious and clean. The garden is pure delight for the children while the veranda is the perfect place to enjoy a drink and watch the sunset! It was clearly very much loved and cared for by the owner. It definitely felt like home! Thank you for the lovely time!

From the get go Murray was great. The property was perfect and exactly as listed. It was the perfect spot for my groomsmen and I to get ready for the big day. Would definitely recommend to everyone looking for a quiet spot to relax. Thank you Murray.

Wonderfully positioned and presented property. Our kids absolutely loved the themed garden and play area. The house has all of the amenities needed for a great holiday, including the small touches like a well stocked pantry of simple items, two fridges, a great oven, gas fireplace (no need to constantly feed it firewood!) and bags of ice in the freezers. We'll be back!

Cloud 9 is a very spacious house and garden for a large family gathering, but with cosy living rooms making for easy conversations or quiet tv watching. A large dining table enabled us all to enjoy a cooked breakfast together each morning. The bedrooms are spread out so privacy is assured. Excellent hot showers and very comfortable beds. The views are to die for and we slept with the curtains open to capture the glorious orange sunrises when we opened our eyes. Beautiful birdsong as well. Sad to leave.

The house was very comfortable. The owner was very helpful. The views from the balcony are spectacular day and night. Bi-fold door in the main en-suite needs the top hinge tightened as it was loose on arrival which meant the door would not close. I did my best to tighten it so it was working on departure but would suggest a good screw driver would do the trick. We had a lovely time thanks very much.

We are a family of 7 and stayed at Cloud 9 - Eagle Heights, for the last few days of our month long getaway. We found the views breathtaking and the overall experience very relaxing. It was only a 40 minute drive to take the kids shopping and surfing at Surfers Paradise and it was great to be able to do rain forest walks and swimming in waterfalls just around the corner. The home had everything you could want and we loved cooking the BBQ and eating out on the decking listening to the kookaburras and other birds sing and seeing the large colourful butterflies flying around the garden. We were also lucky enough to see the resident wedged tail eagle souring around the trees nearby. Highly recommend this home as a great place to stay.

Honestly, one of the best places I've been to on Tamborine Mountain. Well kept and extremely spacious. 10/10 :)

Cloud 9 was the perfect home for our family gathering for our son's wedding. We had 5 nights and felt so relaxed, cosy and warm! The kitchen is very well equiped, beds very comfortable with beautiful linen. Three bathrooms were a luxuary! Very well situated for the town, and the view from the large balcony was so wonderful to look at, any time of the day or night. We highly recommend staying at Cloud 9, and Murray is a great host.

The house was exactly as described, it was clean and well maintained,. Murray provided excellent customer service and we loved our gift of fudge and wine. I would recommend this property especially for large families or groups. We had an awesome weekend and would stay there again.

CLOUD 9 exceeded our expectations, which were already high after reading the online guestbook! Our family (mostly from Sydney), stayed in CLOUD 9 while attending our niece’s wedding on the Mountain. We agree wholeheartedly with previous reviews; great location/views; spacious, clean, well appointed/stocked home with lovely gardens and a very helpful owner who returned our bond promptly! The sunrises were breathtakingly beautiful and I recommend to future guests that at least one morning, they wake up an hour before sunrise to watch it arrive! An early morning walk is also a must, to hear the wonderful bird calls/songs. We loved the chess set, cards/board games and using the telescope. It was especially nice to see the Cheshire Cat through the telescope! The gardens were lovely/fun to explore & the fluffy toy birds inside CLOUD 9 that made their bird sounds when squeezed were a delightful surprise lol :))? We would love to return to CLOUD 9 for another holiday! THANKS Murray & family, Anne.
