Our family of 10 gathered at this fabulous home for a five night reunion. My husband and I, along with our two grown children, their spouses and children had a most relaxing time together. The grand kids stayed entertained with the pool table, games and hot tub while the adults relaxed in the large living room in front of the fireplace while gazing at the panoramic view of the mountain. My son and I like to cook and were blown away at the kitchen set up and how well equipped it was. We only ate out one night. A bonus was each couple having their own king bed and private bath. Our teen grand even got her own room while the others shared the bunk room. The house is perfect for a family or group of friends.

The views are stunning! This was a great house for our family vacation, more than enough room for all of us. We stayed middle of June, and there were lots of activities for the kiddos. The location was great. It’s a quiet street and only 10-15 min walk to trails and the Breckenridge Troll. You can also walk to anything in town, but the walk back is uphill, so it’s a bit harder. We all loved it - and hope to go back again soon!

What to say about this gorgeous home, and our wonderful vacation? This beautiful home met all our expectations, and then some. The views, from (and inside) this home are nothing short of stunning! This perfect home was a few short blocks from Main Street, with a walking path right next to this home. We all walked into town numerous times. The home itself was well stocked, had 2 large living rooms, an extra large dining room table (perfect for meals and family games) and a hot tub, with same beautiful views. As far as the management company? They were spot on with reaching out, staying in touch and communicating any, and all needs. I highly recommend this home to anyone planning a vacation to Breckenridge!

Wonderful stay but some of the amenities had issues (treadmill). Also, there was a "sauna" listed but there is no sauna in the house. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

The property is amazing, well located and in good condition. The only thing is that the listing has a big woody-room picture that says is a sauna. Long story short, the pictures are of a different room. There is no sauna, there are steamy rooms integrated in both master bedrooms.
I called the property manager at the check in and he swore there was no sauna picture in the listing, they should check again the listing, I have a screenshot for reference.
It bothered me because that amenity was the motive we chose the property. I expect more from a Vrbo experience.

We stayed at this beautiful home for a week with 5 couples + our young kids (3 and under). Two of the closets were able to fit pack n plays for the kids to sleep and one of the kids comfortably slept in a pack n play in the exercise room. Although we brought our own, the house did have 2 pack n plays and there also was a high chair for use. The main living/kitchen area is super spacious and the view is amazing! We ended up walking into town a couple times on the hiking trail. It was a little tricky to walk through right after a lot of snow, but became easier as the snow got packed down, and was so nice to be so close to town! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and we also really enjoyed using the hot tub! I would highly recommend this place for a group of friends or families!

This place was absolutely stunning. Plenty of beds including a massive master bedroom upstairs, a huge kitchen with multiple dishwashers and great stove, wine fridge, absolutely beautiful views, an awesome hot tub, saunas, multiple laundry machines, great TV and sound systems.... everything in great condition and clean. It was well stocked with spices, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, appliances, plus paper towels, soap, dishwasher and laundry detergent. The host was very easy to contact for anything we needed. We had an amazing time here and would love to come back next year!

The house was perfect! Plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 children 10,11,13. Great location. We were able to walk to town or take the Free ride bus. The kitchen has everything one would need. We all enjoyed our stay. The only glitch were the TV’s but the management company came right out and explained how they worked.

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this beautiful home in Brekenridge. The home was perfect for our multi-family trip, giving each family privacy with en-suite rooms and a comfortable gathering space with breathtaking views. The walk to town on the nature trail and the short drive to skiing was easy. The kitchen was very well stocked. The owners left a very thorough “how to operate the house” manual, as well as a suggestions for local entertainment. We would be happy to stay here, again.

We cannot say enough about this home. The location was perfect. So close to town and skiing. The house is beautiful. Excellent layout. Everything is high end. Highly recommend. My family and I stayed here for 4 nights in mid-October and absolutely loved it! The location was extremely convenient within walking distance of Main street Breckenridge. There is also a great hiking trail that starts right next to the property and goes up and around the mountainside.
It was not ski season but the drive over to the ski resort area and parking was simple and quick.
The property itself was extremely clean, well appointed, and updated. The kitchen was huge, well stocked, and has high end appliances and cookware. The two master steam showers were awesome, and the pool table was fun. The layout is perfect for a large group with adults and children.
We would definitely book here again and would recommend it. We even saw two moose in the front yard and another on our hike.

Property was exactly what our family needed. Beautiful views, quiet location, spotless. The kitchen was equipped with nice pots, utensils, dishes. Everything in working order. There was even a pack and play and a highchair which we used! Nice to have a big garage and easy access to town. Easy communication with property manager-would definitely stay here again!

Our family of 10 adults had a fabulous time staying in this beautiful home. It was incredibly spacious, and in close proximity to a trail that led directly into town. The grocery store was less than 5 minutes by car, as was the ski lift. We did all of our own cooking and this was one of the best stocked kitchens (with one of the best views), we have experienced in a home! Thank you for such an amazing stay!

This house is everything the listing promised it would be and more! It was so spacious for our family and the kitchen was the best stocked I have seen in a rental. From the hot tub under the stars to the bidets and steam saunas in the bathrooms and gas fire places, this property was an amazing value for the money and definitely felt like a five star vacation. It was a super close walk to town and less than a 10 minute drive anywhere we wanted to go. What I loved most aside from the location and amenities was the layout. Even though our large family was there, it never felt crowded. Everyone had space to spread out and relax. The vision of the mountains on the porch with my coffee each morning will live rent free in my head for a lifetime. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

This house in incredible and has everything you need for a large group. The view alone is worth it. Very close to Main Street but not walkable, especially in Winter. Uber rides vary from $20-$25 to get from house to Main Street so consider that when you are deciding whether or not to rent a car and/or pay for parking. Would absolutely recommend this house!

Our family of 12 had the best week at this home. The layout could not be more perfect for adults and children. It is more spacious that the pictures show - close to town and beautiful views from the living areas.

Overall, our family loved the house and all about it. A few very minor issues -- several humidifiers in the house, some broken or otherwise didn't work. Refrigerator had several broken parts issues: Produce drawer hung down on broken track. Crisper drawer gone (possibly something to do with adjacent Produce drawer issue); another cracked drawer in the refrigerator side. Ice drawer in freezer also broken (front handle gone, so hard to open). We don't know if the icemaker was broken, turned off, or is non-existent -- we filled ice trays.
We requested a 1- or 2- hour extension on check out time which was not accommodated -- but understandable, as this is a large house which would take much time to prepare for next guests.

Just could not have worked out any better. We had a group of between 10 and 12 people every day and place was so comfortable. Highly recommended and I expect we will be back! We have stayed at many five star places and this is right up there with them all. The owners have done a fantastic job.

Our family had such a great time! The location is great. It was very clean. Loved that every room had its own bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay here, there was so much to do from the games, hot tub and high end everything. Definitely will be back for our next family getaway. FYI the supermarket in town has everything you need, don’t worry about stopping on the way in a different town.

We stayed at the home for 7 nights & could not get enough of the views. The home has great amenities and we loved cooking in the kitchen. The only downside was discovering that there was no heated patio as described in the listing. We were looking forward to a glass of wine on the patio in the evening while watching the sunset. Being December it was too cold in the evening without the heat.

House was great for our group of friends. House was pretty much as described. Seemed bigger in pics, but was still very spacious. Spent most the time in the awesome open kitchen/living area. The mud room really comes in handy. I was under the impression the house was a bit closer to walk to the slopes, but, it was just a few minute drive. . Only issue/complaint from folks seemed to be the hot water. If people were showering at the same time, water would go cold. Management was responsive and readily available. Everyone has a blast.

The house had plenty of room for the 7 of us girlfriends to enjoy our time together. There are plenty of sleeping space, bathrooms, and a large table that comfortably sat 8 people, which was important to us since we hired a private chef to come to cook for us one night. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals at home. The best part was the location. It had a gorgeous view plus the walking trail that goes directly into town was right next to the house. We had a great experience with all the wildlife in the area, with moose in the front yard and a neighborhood fox that liked to pay us a visit quite often. The house really made our stay in Breckenridge one of the best girls' trips ever!

We loved our time in this beautiful home and location. There were 9 of us (family members) and we could not have enjoyed a home more. Since the view was unsurpassed and the layout of space was conducive to conversation and time together, we found we ate all of our meals at home.
The kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans so food preparation was simple. Everything was spotlessly clean.
When we had issues with WIFI, they quickly responded and were so kind and personable. Could not have had a better experience. Grateful that we were able to spend our 8 nights in Breck at this home.
