We had a large group for a family reunion. The house is a short walk to the beach and close to places to eat, get groceries, and find entertainment. The house never felt crowded even though we were at the maximum number of people. We enjoyed having the option of beach or pool.

The property was exactly as listed and very spacious for my family of 15. My only suggestion would be to provide one additional bathroom towel per person and 3-4 extra kitchen towels. I would definitely return to this property -just across Ocean Blvd from the beach with a great pool to cool off, hot tub if desired and a wonderful outdoor conversation area below the house. Thank you for allowing us to utilize your home!!

Great vacation property for large families! The home was spacious, clean and included many amenities that entertained our large family with multi-aged children. The owner was quick to respond to any question or concern we had prior to and during our stay making sure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The property looked great in pictures- but; in person, it was perfection! It was spotless! It was beautiful and plenty of seating for conversations. We loved the indoor AND outdoor spaces! The owners were the BEST to work with. Responded within a few minutes with questions. The kitchen was stocked better than mine at home! This place is definitely 5 stars!

Our group of 8 golfers really enjoyed our weekend. The house is well-appointed and clean. Several great golf courses are nearby, and it’s less than 100 yards to the beach for some post-round relaxation. The area under the house doesn’t look all that special in the pictures, but it was one of our favorite spots to congregate.

We had a family wedding in NMB and the house was just perfect. Susan, host, was fantastic with communication, check in, check out process etc.. Everyone loved the hot tub and pool. All bedrooms were clean, and spacious. Kitchen was great. Two refrigerators was a plus. I would highly recommend any large family, friend group to stay here!

Susan was easy to reach and very responsive both before and during our stay. The home was reflective of the pictures. The proximity to the beach is perfect and within eye view of the front balcony. The only things that could have been better is that we experienced internet outage for a day of our trip. Susan did communicate with us about it and worked to get it resolved. The location is a little bit further from the "city center" and the neighborhood was a bit quiet during our trip. Overall, I would recommend staying at this property, and would also consider staying again.

Our family group loved the house. We took full advantage of everything available. We cooked all meals in for 13 people. The kitchen is well equipped but showing considerable wear and tear. The pots and pans could use some updating. We would definitely come back and highly recommend the property. Pool table, Hot tub and pool used daily by entire group. Furniture in excellent condition and we loved the fact that the living area was all on on main floor and bedrooms on floors 2 and 3. Communication with property manager was excellent. Keyless check in a plus.

Nice, convenient location. Room for everyone.
We enjoyed a great week with family.
Only hiccups were the battery on the keyless door died, and we had to wait to get in, and the oven cooked really slowly .

Great home for a large group
We had 16 people in our group. The house was accurate to the online pics and description. The house had ample space for everyone to enjoy themselves. We were a 2 minute walk from the beach.

Great house for large group
Our family plus 3 others (8 adults, 9 kids) spent 4 nights over New Years holiday. Everyone enjoyed the house. Plenty of room. The first level was the kitchen, Main living room and game room. This was very nice having that all together. Location was awesome. Quick minute walk to the beach. Kids loved the hot tub. This would be a great house to rent during summer as well

Guys Golf Trip
The house was perfect for our 16 person group. Setup was great with plenty of beds (swing kings were nice) and all the living space on the 1st floor with bedrooms on 2nd & 3rd floors. Downstairs with the hot tub, pool and sitting area was a great spot to relax after the rounds. Proximity to walkable bars and restaurants was excellent and Susans recommendations of places to eat was spot on. We will be back!

Cousins Beach Getaway
Twelve cousins reunited for a great stay. The house was perfect for us in terms of the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and parking. We took advantage of the pool, hot tub and close beach access. The house manager provided excellent instructions and very prompt assistance when needed. This was our first beach house vacation and it will not be our last!

Spacious house. Location was key. Communication with the owner was immediate and helpful. Pool table and games for a rainy day was appreciated. Good size outdoor pool and accomodations. Would recommend bringing beach chairs as they are not supplied. Number of towels are minimal. A more detailed cleaning would be appreciated. Overall, a great house and gave it a 5 star rating.

We had a great time. House was plenty big for our whole family!! 9 adults and 6 kids under 3. Had some cleaning issues however when I got in touch with the owner she quickly got everything taken care of. Would stay here again!!

Awesome Place To Stay
Abaco Sands was a wonderful! We were a group of 14 (11 adults, 2 teens, and 1 toddler) -- and the property was perfect for us. Just steps from the beach and 4 blocks from the grocery, the location was phenomenal. And the large, fully-equipped kitchen, pool table, hot tub, and backyard pool were greatly appreciated. Thank you for helping to make this a vacation full of joyful memories.

Wonderful Family vacation
My family and I had a beautiful vacation in N. Myrtle Beach. The home was very accommodating, large bedrooms, bathrrooms, and living space, the 2 refrigerators were great. The pool and hot tub are an extra bonus, as with the outdoor living space. We had a wonderful vacation, with lots to do and see, as with the very close proximity to the beach. I would highly recommend! Sue the landlord, communicated very well and answered all my questions in a timely manner. Thank you!

Great House!
We had a family gathering with 13 people and the house laid out very well for that. Make sure you bring beach towels and be prepared to purchase some items for the home (hand soaps, toilet paper, etc.). We had a few minor issues and Susan was incredibly quick to respond and resolve them. The house itself has a well equipped kitchen, but could have been a little cleaner. The house location is fantastic—right across from the beach and around the corner from a grocery store. Overall we had a good experience and would recommend for a large group looking to gather and make some memories.

Amazing vacation and host
Property was spotless and roomy. Every room had a bathroom attached or nearby so every guest had their own space. The owner could not have been more accommodating to any questions or varied check-in times. The outdoor space was new and beautiful great for hanging out by the pool and hot tub. The grill worked great as well. Overall there were 0 complaints or issues. Property was 3 streets down (5 minute or less walk) from a grocery store restaurant bar and eatery. Couldn’t be a better location. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Peaceful getaway
My family got together for a last minute long weekend and Mrs. Susan is the absolute best property manager. She made sure we had everything we needed and is available to contact 24/7. We had a minor issue with the downstairs tv system and she called at 10pm just to walk us through how it worked. The beds are super comfortable, bathrooms were clean and extra spacious for large families. The view was a little disappointing just due to a larger home going home in front of it, however no worries, there is a walking beach access literally across the street. The 6 balconies are spectacular as there is access to them from each bedroom. The kitchen is super spacious with plenty of room to sit and very convenient with having two large refrigerators!! The hot tub is large and clean. The pool area has plenty of room to sit and hang out. Plenty of parking, we were able to park three SUV’s and two cars comfortable. Definitely recommend staying here and look forward to booking this beautiful property again!

Our stay was good. However, 10 days after departure the Property Owner Fraudently charged my card $300 for Absolute BS. Mrs. Ackerman was a Constant communicator from the day I booked her house. Including texting me the day before departure and asking if i thought we would be out early. Ever since i was contacted about her charging my credit card $300, which i responded to immediately over a week ago. She refuse to respond. It is my opinion that this property Owner is nothing more than a scam artist and a Petty Thief!
