Totally perfect and in a fabulous location. Close to everything but in s really peaceful setting. I could not fault anything and Maika was so accommodating. We could not have asked for more and I would definitely stay again and recommend this apartment without hesitation. Thank you for a fabulous stay in your wonderful property.

Really enjoyed our stay in Antibes. The apartment has 2 levels and the bedrooms are roomy and well decorated. The kitchen & living area is open plan and is well equipped. We loved that there are local beaches in walking distance. We did not have a car, so either walked or used the bus service to Antibes town. There are 2 little supermarkets close to the Apartment. The communal pool is lovely and was mostly used by us. The apartment complex is relatively small and very quiet, which we liked. Would highly recommend this apartment and we found our stay very relaxing. Would love to go back!

It offers every comfort you need - 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, sitting and dining area, all the utilities, large and very clean communal pool with no people in it, beautiful views from the two large terraces. Walking distance to the beach, santier litoral. It feels like visiting a good family friend vs. rental. Highly recommended - little oasis in a busy area of Côte d'Azur - we will be back.

The apartment is brand new and beautiful. Everything you could possibly need is provided, and if you are still missing something - the very helpful Maaike will arrange it for you. We were staying with a 5 month old baby and it was perfect. The most beautiful beach of Antibes - le Garoupe - is just 10 min by foot, as is the famous Hotel du Cap Eden Roc. In short, amazing stay at an amazing apartment!

The property has clearly been done to the highest quality finish. We stayed as a group of 6 friends and had a wonderful time. We practically had the pool to ourselves for the whole week and there are two nice beaches within 5 minutes walk. A supermarket 5 minutes walk away was also very handy. The lady who checked us in was very thorough in showing us how everything worked and I have held good communication with the owner since the day I booked. If travelling to Cannes, Nice or Monaco I recommend getting the train, quite cheap although it can be difficult to get seats. Overall a fantastic week at a great property and I highly recommend to families or large groups.

The apartment is spacious, providing everything you could want, it is fitted out to the highest standards, this apartment has a huge balcony off the living room area and a second one off the main bedroom which has a lovely view. We could not fault this apparment. There are two local beaches about 10 minutes walk . one has lots of restaurants and sun loungers and the other seems more like a small local one with a nice atmosphere early evening when people take a BBQ and have their family dinner there. There is a local bus which was great but it does stop running very early about 7pm. We did not have a car and found it great getting around during the day. You can get anywhere from Antibes bus station even from the airport. For car users there is garage. Eden ROC restaurant is a 10 min walk , we booked the the grill section which was amazing but a little pricey . A trip to St Paul De Vence is a lovely day out and worth a look . Also very easy to visit Monaco , we recommend the hop on hop off sight seeing bus. We would really recommend the garden restaurant which is 7 mins walk, turn right from the apartment. We had a fantastic week here and can't wait to go back. We would highly recommend this apparment and the Du Cap area.

What a great stay we had in this lovely flat! First, the person waiting for us with the keys was lovely and showed up at the time we expected. She showed us how everything worked , including the air conditioning, TV and electronics, and gave us her contact number - it's a must. The space was very clean and welcoming. With what seemed brand new and very tasteful furniture, comfortable mattresses (pillows were ok, clean and new, but not the best quality - there were plenty of them if we needed more than one) and white linens in every room, my family and I felt relaxed right at the beginning. The view was beautiful to look at and although not at the beach, it took us literally five minutes to reach the sand and everything else we needed - restaurants, shops, etc.. There was a supermarket in walkable distance, which was fantastic for everyday fresh food and little things, and a farmacy nearby. The whole premises was clean and pleasant, with a well kept garden and quiet neighbours. The swimming pool was spotless, with sun during the whole day and chairs to relax. My kids really enjoyed it as half of the pool was of a reaching high for them. Kitchen with pretty much everything we needed to cook a good meal, and a very easy flat to keep it throughout - ceramic tiles, easy to mop. The biggest plus was the washing and drier downstairs - with kids, it really made my life easier during this vacation. Showers were delicious after coming from the beach - big and with lots of water pressure - felt like a spa. Best feature was the varanda in the late afternoons, with good sitting area - perfect place to read a book. The garage was very big and covered. The location was close to so many things and cities - we ended up knowing much more of the South of France than we expected. I would definitely stay in this flat again and recommend it to a family on vacation. I am usually a picky person, but I don't have any major bad comments about this place.It was a problem free stay, with good memories to keep forever.

The property is superb in every respect. We were a group of 6 with 2 15 year olds and all were accommodated. We had no transport and our parents had mobility issues and cannot walk far but with the no. 2 bus route 2 minutes walk away and the little supermarket 200 yards away it was all good. There are 2 restaurants for evening meals within a 10 minute walk - Plage Keller ( very busy so book ) and Le Jardin which is more informal. We also used Allo Taxis who were awesome. 25-30 euros into or back from Antibes and 65 each way from Cannes. we would definitely stay again :-)
