The house is perfectly positioned on the hilltop to enjoy the panoramic coastal views from the balcony. We had a lovely time away and enjoyed being close by to the beaches and cafes at Coolum. We’d be more than happy to stay with our friends and dogs again!

The property was well appointed and instructions provided in clear form. Lindsay was very responsive to issues that were beyond his control but he made a superlative effort and helped to ensure our last morning did include the spa which is really worth getting into! Thank you Lindsay and for the special offer you provided us, it was so much appreciated. We hope to come back and we were really impressed with the natural beauty of Coolum Beach. A visit to Noosa was too easy, lovely to visit but just as good to leave for Coolum Beach. A must, is a visit to Montville to browse the art work and have a lovely breakfast whilst enjoying the most amazing natural views that Montville offers. The group I was as well as myself with really enjoyed our stay and were welcomed with some nice treats on our first day which was so very lovely. As well as being bought pizzas for a last night as a thank you was so amazing. We all really appreciated the stay, the house was better then we could’ve imagined and the community was lovely

This house was everything myself and 4 girlfriends needed to do absolutely nothing, but relax and enjoy each others company, We loved having our own rooms to hideaway in if we wanted alone time but there was also beautiful communal areas we could come together to eat and chat. The two big fridges in the kitchen gave us enough space to keep our food and drinks which meant we could enjoy home cooked meals anytime of the day - and we did!! We loved our day trips to Eumundi markets, Noosa and daily beach walks with the dogs. The views around the property are amazing and sets the scene for a peaceful and relaxing time. Communication with the owner was easy, he responded to everything and made great recommendations. Thank-you Lindsay and Lynne. I will be back!

Really enjoyed the amazing location and view. The decor and China were a bit tired looking and the sliding screen doors on the verandah were a bit rickety. The beds and bedrooms were lovely however.

Lovely breezy house, well appointed and exceptionally clean. Lovely big jacuzzi a plus and a must for guests!

Suited all our requirements. Lindsay the owner was very helpful. A clothes dryer and bathroom hand towels would have been an asset for this property.

Loved being able to stay here. The views were amazing, and gave us the perfect space to do what we wanted for the weekend. Owner was incredibly responsive when we had a maintenance issue that needed some attention during our stay, which was just perfect. Be aware you take steps down to the entrance (the floor where most of the bedrooms are), and another flight upstairs to the kitchen and main bedroom. Perfectly safe, etc, but could be a challenge for those with any mobility issues.

We loved everything about our stay. Lindsay’s communication was excellent and very helpful. Super kind host! The pics are a true representation of the house. Clean, spacious and has all the necessities. The spa is also a great addition, especially as the weather was quite cool. We definitely didn’t attempt the walk to the beach as it’s quite steep, however it meant we had amazing views of the beach. Thanks for having us, hopefully we’ll be back soon!

It was blowing a hurricane when we checked into the home and we were very glad to shut the wind and rain out - the house is warm and cosy and the rooms are really well set out and furnished beautifully. We had a 360 view of the storm - the sea was wild! Three of the bedrooms open up onto the deck (life goals!!) and so we were really pleased when the sun finally came out and we could enjoy the breeze and warmth from the upper and lower decks. We even walked down to the beach to see the sun rise. A very special place and we can't wait to come back. Thank you Lindsay!

We stayed here in April 2022. The good...Lindsay the owner was friendly and helpful. She responded to our email inquiries, the key to get in was right where she suggested, etc. All good. And most of the house has been renovated, is in good shape, etc. Again fine. And the beaches in this area are AWESOME! You will enjoy that for sure! The bad...this property is not what is advertised. The most important parts are this. The photos you see looking out on to the ocean? That’s not what you’ll see. They were taken many years ago before the trees grew up and blocked most of the ocean view. You will also not “walk to the beach”. I live in Mount Crosby outside of Brisbane and run 7km a few times a week on (as the suburb name would suggest) very hilly ground. You’ll *drive* to the beach from this property, not *walk*. Last...this property is OK but there is no getting around the fact that it is an old (1970s/1980s) house. That’s why the photos show no shots of the house from the front. It’s an old house with 1970s/1980s “bones”, original rusting out doors and windows, weathered decks, etc. Many of the houses on this street have been torn down and re-built. This one remains. So, all in all, an OK place and responsive owner. Just know what you are getting.

The views from the house were spectacular on a quiet street that made you feel like you were a million miles away from everyone. The house was a lovely place to stay, very rare to find a place where everyone gets their own room with a queen bed. The dogs also loved their stay. Wonderful that it was a truly dog friendly property and they could be inside with us. Lindsay made everything about our stay easy - great communication and beyond helpful with an easy check in process. Lindsay was also super accommodating and looked after us when we couldn’t return to Brisbane because of the flooding. Highly recommend staying here. Thanks for everything Lindsay.

Nice house however we had to clean dishes, cutlery and glasses before use. Sand in some of the sheets ,floor needed a clean also

Our stay at Lindsay's was unfortunately cut short due to one of the party testing positive for COVID. Lindsay was kind, understanding and flexible throughout. We can't thank him enough and would 100% recommend this property to others.

Perfect house for large families. Short drive to the beach, pretty outlook, fabulous huge spa, quiet street and well appointed.

We loved visiting this home in a spectacular hilltop location. Amazing views. Quiet with abundant wildlife. Nicely styled spacious home with some rustic features. Ample parking for 3 cars. Big kitchen with plenty of equipment including a Nespresso pod machine and frothing machine (coffee is essential!) Be prepared for unhelpful emails from Stayz between the time you book and time you arrive. Also be prepared for steep winding roads leading to the property. We brought a boat to the house and fortunately had a strong SUV to drag everything up the hill.

This was a stunning property and was beautifully well kept. We were a group of 10, 5 couples, and were all able to do our own separate thing or come together and hang out when needed. The 10 person spa was an absolute treat and the beds were super comfy. The host, Lindsay was super easy to get in touch with and provided some great suggestions for eating out or activities around the house. We all had a fab time! Would recommend!

This house was easy to do self check in, has 4 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spa bath and is pet friendly. Highly recommend.

The Coolum Beach house was an excellent place to stay with friends and family with enough room for everyone and magic views.

We enjoyed a family weekend away and it was a great location near restaurants and the beach.

Great house and location. Perfect house for large families wishing to get away. ( 10 pers spa was a hit) Nothing better than enjoying a morning coffee watching the sunrise from the deck. Decor in house is beautiful and modern. Host was warm, friendly and available when required. Only negative, bedrooms down stairs would benefit with some blinds and downstairs lounge was dated and uncomfortable. Overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Coolum.

This property is the best by far of any Air BnB we have stayed in. Beautiful spacious house perfect for our fur babies and every comfort you could possibly want. Secluded quiet location with views that will take your breath away. From the beautiul spa to the most amazing stone bathtub you will have no stress staying here but be totally rejuvenated. A big thank you to Lindsay for looking after us the most friendly owner you could ever meet. Thank you so much for looking after us so well. Lovely house in a great location. Was perfect for a getaway with friends.

Beautiful home with panoramic ocean views. We stayed with extended family and it was perfect- big enough to not always be in each others pockets. The home is light, bright and kept nice and clean. Great that we could also bring our dog and there’s a nice off leash beach nearby. Check-in and check-out was straight forward and Lindsay was great and very quick to respond. Would stay again and would recommend.
