Although there’s room for improvement with the cleaning crew, our stay was wonderful. The patio is AMAZING!! It’s shaded until about 1:00 PM, so we spent every morning our there, eating breakfast and playing cards. Getting ready to book again for next year.

Wonderful extra large balcony with direct ocean view. Very comfortable condo with everything you need even if your flying in. Just bring clothes and get food when you get there. Nice pool and beach access. . Management company easy to access via message or phone for questions. It was a great vacation

The condo is well equipped and in a great position on the beach with a pool. It has everything you’d want to have a self catering holiday. The outside patio is the best feature and allows you eat al fresco and enjoy the sunsets. A great place to stay

We were thrilled on our how comfortable the condo was. It had everything we needed to cook our meals and relax at the beach. We saw dolphins playing every day from the amazing balcony and sunset that were breathe takings. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay for two weeks.

Absolutely loved our stay at Ocean Sands 306. It was clean. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for our 3 week stay. We didn’t rent a car and loved that we had so many options within walking distance. Winn Dixie grocery store and liquor store was a block away. Great restaurant and bar choices right across the street. Spent a lot of time on the amazing deck with beautiful views of the Gulf from the living room and master bedroom. I couldn’t have been happier with the condo and location.

Property location was right on beach. The large patio was the best part of the condo. Spent most of our day enjoying the view from the patio. Some of the inside furniture could use some refreshing. A few maintenance issues upon arrival were quickly resolved by iTrip rental company. Enjoyed the various seafood restaurants in walking distance from condo.

We truly enjoyed ourselves. The balcony at this property is the best we could ask for. Nice and large perfect for entertaining an spectacular sunsets. Convenient to several restaurants

The three of us selected this nice condo because of the huge deck overlooking the ocean. We chose to book three weeks, ending with just over a week of vacation for one of us. Everything was as advertised. The first week and a half were delightful, with breakfast on the deck and sunsets in the evening, but we observed that part of the building was being painted, with scaffolding hanging from the roof. On Thursday of the second week (the day before the vacation began) we were told that we would have to remove all of the furniture (a lot) from the deck. Some of it had to come into our unit, so we had less room, and no longer had access to the deck. In addition, a scaffold was delivered to the deck, spanning its entire width, and plastic wrap was taped over all of the windows with ocean views. (The painting crew did cut out an opening across the living room door, which allowed us to see out, but the view was blocked by the scaffold!) We were told that the work should take two or three days, but was finished in about a week. That left a few days for us to enjoy the vacation time, except that in the interim, the air conditioning failed! That meant trying to live, sleep and work with temperatures in the eighties, open windows and doors (without screens), and traffic noise. When we informed iTrip of the problems, the response was timely. In fact, we were visited by several people who tried to determine the cause of the air conditioning failure. Of course, the painting could not be changed, and unfortunately the air conditioning problem was a bad compressor. iTrip offered us the option of a week’s extension at no additional cost, which we considered to be reasonable and relatively simple for all involved. We hadn’t anticipated that the entire week would be without air conditioning because the compressor was not available because of the Virus. We found this out the day we left. None of this was within the control of either the owner or iTrip, and although the timely responses were appreciated, we weren’t kept informed of progress or lack thereof, daily expecting a knock at the door to tell us that the air conditioning was being fixed. All in all, we felt that the owner and iTrip were cooperative, but that communication could have been much better. Assuming that things are now functioning properly, this is a super nice place to stay.

Can’t say enough about the beauty of this place. It is our favorite in the area and we have come for several years. The location is wonderful; simple access to trolley but also close enough to walk to a few restaurants. The facility is well maintained and never disappoints. Maintenance and management personnel were friendly.

Unit needs updating, repairs, good cleaning. Dishwasher broken, not fixed during our stay. All dishes, pans, silverware dirty, had to be hand washed. Ice dispenser broken, fridge not clean, outdoor furniture rusted, broken, stained. Unit was spacious, great location, lots of towels, well equipped, just needs repairs and/or replacement of appliances, furniture (especially outdoor), and some deep cleaning. Spent a lot of our vacation time doing dishes, cleaning.

The condo was great and in a wonderful location.It provides access to the beach and a pol as well as a hot tub!

I have been traveling to Madeira Beach for over 40 years and this was my first time staying at the Ocean Sands. We loved it and loved dealing with itrip! The unit we rented was beautiful and clean and just like the pictures! We will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and well appointed. Linens were plentiful and comfortable. Appliances worked well. Condo is located on the third floor of a 12 floor tower one with only one functioning elevator. Plumbing fixtures in the tub (master bath) were loose and those in the shower (hall bath) were difficult to use. The vacuum cleaner was full and non functional when we arrived. With proper tools it could be fixed, but we were only able to clean it out unfortunately. Trying to use it only resulted in spreading more dirt around. The condo has access to the beach pool, and spa. Many good restaurants, a CVS, and a Publix supermarket are a short drive away. All in all an excellent choice for a comfortable stay.

The pictures of this condo on their web page were right on, exactly as advertised.The views from the deck were magnificent and the sunsets were amazing. Had a few small problem however they were taken care of immediatiley.

Beautiful, roomy condo with a phenomenal balcony. My family - wife, 16yr old boy and 13yr old boy enjoyed our vacation tremendously staying at Ocean Sands. Only little complaint was that the pool was always busy and there are a lot of rules that are suppose to be followed while at the pool. We were not even allowed to throw a football around in the pool when no one was around. A place we will consider in the future. I kept my review at 5 stars because I understand why there are so many rules at the pool, but the place was gorgeous and a couple of steps away from the beach.

The layout of the room was great and the balcony was to die for. However i have definitely stayed in cleaner condos. Some kitchen essentials like salt and pepper would have been nice-just bare minimals as far as day to day essentials. The gated entries to everything is nice but a tad cumbersome as well. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We found everything as shown on the website. Great beach condo with lots of room and a kitchen with all the equipment you need to make meals. Location is at the beach, close to restaurants , grocery and pharmacy. We had one issue when we were there but itrip took care of it immediately. We were impressed. Even better, no pets are allowed which is great for those of us with allergies or who just don't love fluffy.

Once again we enjoyed our stay at this condo. However, when we inquired on booking again for next year we were greeted with yet another hugh increase in the rental fee. This is the second large jump in two years. While it is a nice condo, it does not warrant such a high rental charge. We are staying at a similar, but more reasonably priced condo in 2019.

Absolutely amazing condo with one of the best sunset views we've seen. With an incredible oversized patio, you just can't beat it. It was such a perfect trip, we felt right at home. Great Communication throughout the process. We had booked this condo many, many months in advance. the check in process was so easy and we didn't have a single issue that required contacting the owners. this place had everything you could possibly want on a daily basis. The location was excellent. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants, bars etc, but when on the beach, you felt like you were in your own personal slice of paradise. Very clean and quiet building. We spent time at the pool and beach which were pretty quiet and relaxing. Great sized pool and Hot Tub. All the people that we came across in the building communities were very friendly! We would highly recommend This condo and Liz and Charles. 5 Star experience for us! Thank You Brett & Courtney

Well appointed condo with everything you need. Great oversized terrace overlooking BBQ and Gulf of Mexico. TV with extra cable box was added bonus. Enabled us to use comprehensive guide and made for better watching. Terrace is raw concrete and could use a tile covering. Could not walk with bare feet without getting quite dirty feet. Within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. Overall, one of the best units we have stayed in at Ocean Sands. Itrip staff were excellent and we rate as 5 star.

We had a wonderful vacation. iTrip has very simple procedures and getting into the place was a snap! Once in, we were greeted with a 32' wall of windows overlooking BEAUTIFUL Madiera Beach. The unit was well appointed and our family was very comfortable. Ocean Sands is a very nice place with a good pool, massive community grill and easy access to the beach. Shopping and dining are very close and convenient as well. And, OMG - that BALCONY! It is bigger than our first house!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It had everything we needed to feel welcome and comfortable, including updated cable tv's. The condo was very clean and the large balcony was a nice bonus. There was an issue with the pool not being heated on a 74 degree day (just one day). Some of the nights were quite cold, so the pool needs to be heated in order to enjoy it this time of year. One of the full time residents said it was because they were down to one maintenance guy and he did not have time to put the cover on at night. With that exception, the common areas were well maintained. The complex has a large charcoal grill which is almost worthless and seldom used. A couple of gas units would be much more useful. Anyway, the condo itself was great and we already booked for next year. Lots to do within walking distance, even more to do if you have a car.

Oceans Sands 306 was AWESOME!! Definitely 5 stars! Great balcony, comfy bed, and great location. Would come back again!

Ocean Sands Tower One #306 is a very open and spacious Gulf Front Condo. There are many good restaurants (Ocean Breeze/Off The Hook) is a must choice for your 1st night stay because you will keep going back for more, the Clam Chowder was the best we've ever had, CVS, Convenience Store, within walking distance of the condo. The large balcony is awesome for dolphin watching to star gazing at night. We have been to Madeira Beach 5 different times and this was the most enjoyable stay mainly because of this beautiful space. We would definitely choose this condo on our next visit.
