This is the perfect spot to treat yourself to a luxury but welcoming staycation. The property is beautiful with sweeping views of the ocean, a lovingly manicured yard, clean rooms, and all the amenities needed and then some. The kids swam everyday followed by some intense table tennis tournaments in the garage game room. The host was accommodating and a pleasure to work with. All in all, a magical week!

We stayed at the house to celebrate a family wedding at the Poppy Inn. The house was welcoming and very comfortable. Enjoyed to backyard area with the pool. had a great stay there

The house was perfect for our party of 11. The kids enjoyed the game room, foosball table and pool. The view of the Atlantic from the front porch was a nice way to greet each day and we enjoyed the “full strawberry moon” from that same deck on our last night there. Easily driveable to a variety of great restaurants and shopping. J was very responsive to an issue I emailed about. Hope to make the trip back again some time soon.

We had an amazing weekend staying here. From the ocean views, the cleanliness, the amount of space and things to do, to the comfortable beds and more I already can’t wait to come back! Jay was a wonderful host. He was very responsive and supplied the house with everything that you could possibly need. Highly recommend in any season of the year!

Very easy

Wonderful house, lots of rooms and bathrooms. We had 3 families and we were very comfortable and had our own spaces. The pool and property were super. Very walkable to the little town which was great for the kids. Great location on the Cape, close to Falmouth and Hyannis and Mashpee Commons was a quick car ride away. Owners are remarkable, quick to respond to any questions. We would 100% rent this house again!

Great experience from start to finish. Pictures do not adequately describe how wonderful the home is. Jay is incredibly attentive. Immediately fixed a WiFi problem. Perfect location. Quiet but near everything. Great restaurants nearby. The house also has great views.

Beautiful, spacious, clean— the perfect weekend getaway.

This house met all of our needs beautifully--we had all six of our kids and their respective partners and fiancees, and everyone had their own lovely bedroom--there were spaces to gather in small groups (the front deck! the back deck! the pool! the basement and bar area (comfy couch!), and spaces for all of us to gather together. We especially loved outdoor eating on the back deck. The pool was warm, and the extras for the kids: arcade games. air hockey, basketball, foosball made rainy days easy. Easy drive to the beach, easy walk to the market where you can get the best lobster roll I've ever had. We already booked for next year.

We had a great time in this vacation home. The house was well ventilated with the high ceilings in the common space and ceiling fans. A/C is available, but it was cooler when we went, so open windows worked perfectly fine with the fresh air. We had a lot of space to spread out and the pool was amazing. The kids couldn’t get enough of it. The property manager was super attentive and responsive to our every need. Would definitely consider renting again!

This was a perfect place for our family vacation. The house is beautiful with gorgeous landscaping and a lovely pool that my granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed. My single son had the lower level to himself and having two bedrooms with king size beds fit our needs perfectly. An added bonus was the game room in the garage. We had two initial issues with the smoke detector going off and a problem with the internet (as my daughter-in-law was working remotely) and Justin saw to them immediately. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time, the owners were extremely accommodating and responsive. The property definitely lived up to it's expectations. The backyard was incredible!

The house is large and spread out so excellent for large gatherings so everyone can be together but it doesn’t feel crowded. Justin is an excellent communicator and very responsive. The pool was the hit of the week and perfectly maintained.

This house was all that was advertised and more. The pool was gorgeous, the landscaping, etc. I was lucky enough to stay in the Master bedroom with the ocean view - amazing. It accommodated all 13 of us comfortably. Justin was available for any questions we had. It's within walking distance of the beach and Popponessett marketplace. I'd definitely recommend this property. We had a blast.

Wonderful home. Beautiful yard. Nice pool. As others have commented the wifi is slow, but it was nice to be off grid. BYO beach towels. Justin responds quickly to any inquiry. I would highly recommend 35 Triton. We had 8 adults & 4 children & could have accommodated more. The game room in the garage was a big hit with the kids.

Wow! A family reunion that we will never forget. The house is very large with plenty of space for our family of 13. The great room was a perfect spot for all of us to hang out but the sleeping spaces are spread out so you get plenty of privacy and alone time when you need it. The home is located on a street that runs along the water and lined by beautiful multi-million dollar homes. We could walk to everything, the beaches were great and we spent a lot of time at Mashpee Commons which is only about 2 miles away. This is a great spot with fun restaurants and great local shops. This was a special event for us, I wish I could afford to rent this house every summer :( I can't but we will definitely be back. I highly recommend this amazing home. Ginny

This place is stunning! The house is HUGE and upscale, landscaping is similar to a high end luxury hotel. The neighborhood is even better if that's possible. Great views of the ocean with a short walk to beaches and everything else.

This property had the perfect mix of spaciousness, great location, and amenities. There were several areas throughout the house for our family to spend time - the large kitchen/living room area, outdoor back deck, front deck overlooking the ocean, and beautiful pool area. While we didn't need to leave the house to enjoy our vacation, it was also very well-located so we could easily walk to the beach or Popponesset Marketplace. The owners went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay - they provided detailed information on the area (restaurant recommendations, beach access, etc.) and the house was well-stocked with everything needed (grill/extra propane, beach chairs, etc.). In the evening, we enjoyed the game room with air hockey, ping pong, and other fun games. The owners were also quickly responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We would love to return!

This home is very nice with a large open living area that our family used to spend time together. The pool is very private and shaded for much of the hot afternoon. Bedrooms are good, especially the large master suite. Game room in the garage is lots of fun, but is a little cluttered. The bath towels were too small for a home of this stature. We found the dishes and utensils to be dirty when we arrived and needed to clean them. The internet service is awful. It was off completely for large portions of our stay, and when it was on, it was too slow to be at all productive. This was tough for our older kids who were trying to stay in touch with their work during the week. Jason worked very hard to reboot the system often, but this problem really frustrated us. The beach was rather small, but nice. Unfortunately, the water was completely full of seaweed for much of the week and we were unable to swim in the ocean. Overall a very nice home, but lots of issues that kept it from being a great week.

The property is absolutely beautiful. What a great place for a family gathering! We spent lots of time around the pool with children and grandchildren. The kitchen is perfect; all accommodations are a delight. And if that does not sound like enough the game room provided us with an additional treat; Grammy could hold her own with her grandsons there. The owner was solicitous of our every need. I highly recommend this property and wish I could just move it all over the country for future family reunions.

This was a family vacation for 14 people. The house was perfect for all of us. Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, and living space. Lovely dinners out of the deck, swimming in the pool, and days spent at the beach. We loved South Cape Beach, perfect for little ones. In the evening, there were ping pong tournaments in the garage. We would definitely go back.

Each year I take my son and daughter's family on a summer vacation to a new destination. We had never stayed in Cape Cod and this house was big enough to fit our group of 10 very comfortably and had numerous amenities that we loved. Beach in the morning, lunch on the deck and then a swim in the beautiful pool. The location of the house allowed us to walk to the beach and the Marketplace, where we discovered the best lobster rolls and fried clams! Justin provided us with all the information about the house and the best places to visit - especially the ice cream shops!! We also happened to be there for the final game of the Cape Cod Baseball League World Series which was a bonus for my grandsons. This well-appointed house had more than we could have asked for and the entire family agreed that it was one of the best vacations we shared together. No one wanted to go home!!

We were so impressed by the quality of the property and location. We had a family wedding at New Seabury and it was a great meeting place were everyone was more than comfortable and had their own space. There were few minor issues and we called Justin and Danielle and they took care of it in record time. They are very nice to work with! Thank you!

Everything was wonderful! This home is a happy place and was just the spot to build family wedding memories that will last a lifetime! The layout of the house is perfect for family fun and conversation with little spots to gather and talk everywhere! The pool was clean and sparkling and refreshing. Our family and friends stayed at this house for the week of 4th of July. This was a reunion of 3 old law school friends and their families. It was a fantastic house and great stay overall. This was our second year visiting Mashpee (before, we stayed in Popponesset). This house is in a beautiful, quiet street in New Seabury. The house is big enough to fit our group, and never feel too cramped. Some of us are soccer fans, and the TVs were great to come together to watch the World Cup. The pool was great during a hot July week. The lawn was in excellent condition for lawn activities, and both kids/grownups enjoyed the game room. Our group had a lot of fun paddle boarding near popponesset island. The distance to the Marketplace was great and the proximity to the Falmouth marina was also convenient. The owner, Justin, was very friendly and responsive to any questions, no matter often or how small the detail. Justin was always looking to provide us with all the information we needed about the property and the neighborhood to make the most of our stay: we felt very welcome and appreciated it. I think the house and the neighborhood was a great setting for our group to catch-up. Most of all, it was great seeing the kids deepen their friendships and enjoy a week of summer vacation.

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary by hosting our children, daughters-in-law and grandchildren to a 6 day vacation. We had a total of 7 adults and 4 children. The beautiful and very spacious home was perfect for our needs plus the New Seabury area had everything we could have wanted....beaches close by, golf, restaurants, shopping etc. The beautiful swimming pool and grounds of the house were especially a big hit with everyone and our grandkids loved the game room as well. Highly recommended !
