The layout is nice. The screened porch was nice. The place could have been a little cleaner as in the living room rug, the upper windows in the living room and cobwebs in a few places. The bathroom sink in the lower right bedroom from the living area drains slow. Overall it was a nice place to visit.

I called the manager to lite the fireplace. They never came, toaster didn't work, we fixed the upstairs toilet, and the drain to the downstairs tub would not close.

The property is in need of a more thorough cleaning in the bathrooms. The coffee pot is not working properly, takes 30 min. to perc. The sink in one of the downstairs bathrooms is a trickle out of the faucet, and the shower doors will not stay open long enough to get out of the shower. The door to one shower was installed over the tub faucet which made it difficult to get in and out. The tv in one room would suddenly go off after being on a minute or 2. The room i was in upstairs was cooled by a window ac, it worked fine but noisy. Just not a high end place for a pretty high price. It also had a very costly cleaning fee which left something to be desired. The worst thing was the fire alarm that went off in my room at 5am waking me and my 3 kids under three years old. To turn it off we had to stack a chair on top of and end table to remove it. The ceiling was at least 10' tall. Not easy and quite dangerous but it had to be done. The good things are the location, the pool, and the floor plan. The home needs TLC and it's not up to the standard i felt that we paid for. I wouldn't recommend the home.

We had a fantastic time with our adult children and one daughter in law. Facility was a great size. Convenient to Branson and to Table Rock. Great place to kick back and relax after a day on the lake or shopping.

We loved the house and especially breakfast on the screened in porch! There were a few issues; upstairs bedroom at top of stairs a/c does not work and window unit did not keep up with the heat.

The house was great for 4 couples. You can't beat four master suites. The screened in porch was a favorite of ours. We enjoyed the bird song in the mornings and the frogs singing in the evening. The kitchen is well laid out and had what we needed. The location was good too. Dogwood Canyon was a favorite, book a tram ride. We look forward to coming back.

Overall we had a nice stay in this home, it would have been nice to have some printed instructions of things and maybe some different ideas on restaurants, attractions, etc. Clean and was very similar to listing.

Great house with four master suites. Out favorite was the screened in porch. We had breakfast out there (enjoyed the birdsong)and would settle out there after dinner ( enjoyed the frog song). Close to everything you might want to do in Branson. We loved Dogwood Canyon (book the tram) and the Sight and Sound theatre (Esther was showing).

The best things about this property are location, lots of beds to accommodate many people and a well equipped kitchen. However the house is very outdated with rickety bar stools and couches that are about to fall apart, literally. It desperately needs remodeled and thoroughly cleaned. There were tons of cobwebs over doorways, etc. Despite these things our family enjoyed being able to be together in the same home to enjoy Christmas together.

Convenient place to stay. Helpful and responsive host if you have an issue. The cabin sleeps 12, but the kitchen table seats 6 and there is lounging for 6 by the tv, not as much common space as you would think for so much sleeping space.

Gas fireplace was not working. Shower doors would not close all the way. Bath towels were a little worn and faded.

Golf weekend

House is big and in a good location if you are going to Silver Dollar City. Very spacious! And was clean. We enjoyed that we all had our own bathrooms. Loved the screened in back porch. Quiet neighborhood. Very pretty outside. House is dated some inside , did not have enough baking glassware (1 glass bowl), chair in living room is nasty needs rid of that chair, beds are not comfortable at all, and no dumpster or instructions where the dumpster is for trash. Not sure would rent again. Was disappointed.

Our family had a great stay. We were going to enjoy the gas logs after dinner and they didn’t work.

Overall the house was great. We enjoyed our stay, loved how close it is to Silver Dollar City. I have cleaned cabins for the last 19 years, so I am extremely aware of the cleanliness of places I stay. Other than a few minor things I was satisfied. The new flooring downstairs and new furniture was great. The tiny washer and dryer was aggravating, two towels and a few wash clothes was max capacity. We would stay again. We did not communicate with the property manager but the system would not allow me to leave it blank.

This was the perfect place to stay while on my bachelorette trip!! The property was nice, the only issue we had was not being able to find the dumpster but that’s no big deal! I highly reccomend staying here!

Marshmallow mattresses, threadbare bedding, mildew smelling home, living room leather furniture finish worn off, washer broken parts, pots and pans so worn and missing parts were disgraceful, walls very dirty, outdoor furniture cushions dirty and coming apart. We rented this for extended family and we were embarrased. This place need a total renovation.

The place had a mildew smell when entering. Bathrooms smelled strongly of mildew. Mattresses were so old and soft that my sciatica returned due to lack of support. The pots and pans were mismatched and worn out. The washer was missing the top apparatus to add detergent. The cushions on front and screen in porch chairs were dirty and faded. The crock pot was missing the interior. The dining table finish was very worn. The carpets were a shag ans so worn that they were mashed down. The walls were dirty especially near trash cans. Sheets and towels were threadbare and worn out. The leather chairs and couch were so worn that the leather was worn off. We rented this for our extended family vacation. We were embarrassed by the condition of the place despite the high cost. This place needs to be completely remodeled.

Furnishings are old and need updated. “Leather” is peeling off the chair and sofa, coffee maker doesn’t work, screen on the back porch is torn and duct taped, appliances and all furniture are old and need updated. No DVD player so the owner bought one and brought it over when we were gone but there was no HDMI cable so we couldn’t use it. LP BBQ pit was nice and useful. Big house with nice space but everything is old. Need to update this house before we come back. Pool is nice with hot tub and kids area.

Very spacious and cozy. Pretty well equipped, linens, bedding, kitchen utensils, dishes pots n pans. We suggest taking with you ziplock bags, plastic wrap. Downstairs bathrooms have step in showers. The upstairs showers are in the jetted tub and is difficult to navigate in and out. Knowing these things we would rent this again.

Our fishing group enjoyed they're stay at Frog's Hollow. Plenty of room for 10 adults to relax and enjoy themselves after a day of fishing. Kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Broken board in bathroom upstairs and nails exposed. Broken leg on chair in kitchen. Stove and oven didn’t work properly. Living room furniture very worn and flaking! Very small non smart TV in living room and OLD HUGE TV’s in bedrooms. Fireplace smelled like it was leaking gas. Serious work needs done to update this property.

Frog Hollow was charming and our family enjoyed staying there! When we arrived the heat wouldn't turn on, so they sent a repair man to fix it and it began working after he came. The gas fireplace was also not working and they never sent anyone back to fix that, so that was disappointing for us. The house also needed a little TLC in paint touch ups and some of the leather furniture was peeling and one chair was quite faded. Otherwise, we had a great time here and would stay here again in spite of the issues.

We enjoyed our relaxing weekend away of playing games and enjoying time with friends. It snowed while we were there and it was beautiful. Only complaint is the gas fireplace wasn’t working but we didn’t take the time to call property manager, maybe it was an easy fix. We still highly enjoyed our time and will be back.

We were pleased with the overall layout and cleanliness of the property. We had two problems that disappointed us with the property management. First, the grill that we hoped to use was filthy and did not have any burners. Secondly, when we turned on the fireplace we later began to smell gas. We turned off the fireplace and called our contact person to report it. He said he would send someone out the next day to check it out. Nobody showed up the next day or anytime time during our 3 day stay. If it weren't for these 2 incidents we would have given our stay a higher grade.

I brought my Mom both of my sons and their family. My two grandkids loved it so much. They have never been and this was a vacation we will always cherish. The cabin was so nice and location was great. Very relaxing. We will be back.

Nice house needs few updates

Had a wonderful stay. Everything was just lovely..

Just had a couple minor issues with the doorhandle and a couple other things within the property other than that it was a perfect place to relax and enjoy! We would come back!

Terrible time getting a hold of anyone other than guest contact.The cabin needs new furniture,beds very uncomfortable,and couch worn out.

We had so much fun at Frog Hollow. AC was cold,ceiling fans were cool great location. If I would have any suggestions , it would be update the televisions.
