Two of us and our dogs stayed at this home and thoroughly enjoyed it. My favorite features were: Location- great neighborhood, close to hiking trails, restaurants and skiing. Deck -it was nice to be able to relax on the deck by the creek. The home was clean and very cozy. I plan to stay there again! .

The property was very close to Winter Park Resort and downtown which made it very convenient. The amenities were great. We enjoyed the space of the house and would definitely stay here again!

We just returned from a week at Winter Park with our pups and had a great time. We spend a good bit of time in WP and love that we bring our pups when we stay for longer periods. Can't beat the location with a quick walk to downtown and Big Trout brewery or any of the other local spots.

We had a wonderful stay at this location! Just up from Main Street on a quiet road. The cabin is surrounded by evergreens that you can see through the many windows in the unit. There’s a creek running behind the cabin which is so relaxing to listen to. We so appreciate that you allow dogs. Our little guy did very well, and enjoyed his walks. One suggestion would be to see if you could get bunks with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. It would probably be tight but the adults would appreciate the extra room. We would definitely come up here again! Thanks for providing us a nice place to stay!

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at the Winter Park Cabin & it was amazing again! The house is so clean, has everything you need. The house feels like our own home. Location is perfect to Winter Park resort, downtown shops, dining & back country trails. You will not be disappointed when staying here. We hope to stay here again in the near future!!!

The location and getting into the cabin was very easy but we were very disappointed there was only one small TV in the loft area, and no TV in the family room - where we pretty much spent most of our time ! Bummer ! The fireplace was great, and I noted on other reviews - the lack of stuff in the kitchen - like only 4 coffee mugs ??? and not enough glasses unless you ran the dishwasher. Our main issue - were the bunk beds - they were very uncomfortable - the mattresses had to be years old.. The master bedroom mattress was great ! While we were there, the maintenance people came to shovel the snow of the roof which created a huge disturbance in the cabin - you couldn't relax for the noise !

We've stayed here twice and really enjoyed it. Its an incredible location and a cozy mountain feel - with everything you need.

The condo was nice, great views through the high windows. Fireplace was wonderful, we used it every day. There could be more dishes like bowls glasses and cups and the pots and pans where not great (cheap, incomplete and old). We stayed with 8 people and it seemed like the kitchen was not set up for that many guests. The master bed was comfortable (our 6 children did not complain)

We really enjoyed this place. Only little issue was master bed collapsed first night but we put it back together. Owner might want to have it looked at. We will be back!! Two days of fresh powder at Mary Jane!

We enjoyed our time in this cozy cabin! Heated bathroom floors are a nice touch and the living areas are nice and comfortable. Cabin could use a bigger TV and we felt like the beds were somewhat uncomfortable other than that it was a great place to stay. Would of been nice if the deck was shoveled. All in all I would stay here again!

This place is great for East access to the Mountain for skiing! Cozy, close to the free bus stop, but has a private and remote feel.

We had two families there and really enjoyed our stay - very comfortable, and very convenient location to town.

"Even the most discerning chefs will enjoy preparing culinary masterpieces in the cabin's bright fully equipped kitchen" is an overstatement - the kitchen is small & not well lit. There was old food crusted on one of the pans in the cupboard. The glass on the table was broken, which the property managers knew about but didn't inform us of. The wifi didn't work for the majority of our stay. The toilet leaked on the first floor, and the toilet paper holder came off the wall after first use. You could tell it had pulled out of the wall before and wasn't properly reattached. The property managers were responsive, and overall the condo served our needs for the week. The location is convenient to most places in Winter Park. Overall, I would say it was overpriced during the holidays and I would not stay here again.

We stayed in three VRBO properties on our 2019 Colorado vacation, and this was our favorite. To be fair, it was the most expensive as well. The cabin was quaint and cozy with a wood everywhere. The decor was mountain/Winter Park themed. The kitchen was nice and had most things needed to make simple meals. The loft amd living room were super comfy. The master bed was comfortable too. My favorite thing about the cabin was the deck. We sat out there for hours and enjoyed the sounds of the rushing creek, the beauty of nature, and the cute little birds and squirrels that hung out nearby. I even saw a fox! That was my first time seeing a fox in nature. The other cool thing about this cabin is the location. It is close to town, but far enough away that it doesn't have a town feel. Every morning, I took my dog on a walk. We discovered many trails nearby. If you continue on Araphoe until the end, you will find several trails. One trail leads to the "Enchanted Forest" as we called it. It was so beautiful, it looked like a fairy land in there. We did not want to live this cabin and hope to return someday.

The cabin was very clean and well stocked. It had plenty of dishes, cookware, towels, soap/shampoo, hair dryer, garbage bags, w/d, laundry detergent, dishwasher pellets, and even spices. The furnishings were very nice and comfortable. The location was so nice. woodsy, and private with access to hiking trails right up the road. We'd stay there again!

Great cabin near town. Only 10 minutes to lifts. Enjoyed it!

My boys and I really enjoyed our stay. It was an easy location to the slopes and to town. We enjoyed the fireplace and log home feel.

The property location is good as it relates to Winter Park Ski resort and the town of WP. However, there isn’t much room around the property if you bring a dog of any size along for the stay, so do your homework about areas in WP to run your dog ahead of time. Many details like shoveling ahead of arrival, electrical issues with the range top, shower not fully functional all need to be addressed. For the money I expect the place to be pretty spotless upon arrival, small amenities like tissues should be available and any ancillary bedding should actually fit the beds.

Wonderful place for us...the kids loved playing in the snowy bank outside. And it's proximity to Winter Park made going snow-tubing so easy. Loved it.

This cabin was overall a nice experience! The photos on the rental site are up to date which is a major plus. Decor was perfectly placed. It has this comfy-warm-cabin vibe like you'd see in the movies. When we got there, the carbon monoxide alarm was beeping because the battery was low, so we took it out & I emailed Evolve and they got right back to me. Not something that would bump down a star. The binder on the peninsula was a nice addition if we needed to read up on the place. One amenity I think would’ve been great as a freebie are some new oxygen cans since Winter Park is located in a higher altitude. Our favorite feature of the house was the fireplace! It was on for a majority of the time we were in the cabin to keep us warm, so we hung out there a lot. It might be smarter to get smaller couches in order to maximize space on the main level though, but for the two of us that stayed there it was fine. We agreed that 7 people or less would be a more reasonable number of guests. Bathrooms were clean and we loved the heated floors! A perfect feature for when it gets cold. The master bedroom was comfortable, but I was shocked one time so I got a dryer sheet and wiped it down. Another cool feature we liked was the loft! We would've liked to see a TV on the main level, but the TV in the loft was fine as is; we didn’t use it a whole lot though, so not a deal-breaker. We were glad the loft is carpeted. Couches were clean and comfy. The only negative impression I got is that since this place is animal friendly, I thought I saw some stains in a few carpeted areas of the loft and bedroom, but this doesn’t bump it down a star. Finally, the cabin is in a great location in Winter Park!! Far enough from the main street, but still very close if you want to drive to the restaurants & shops.

Super location and comfortable property that sleeps several. Set up good for groups. We needed some space for a small family gathering one of the days of our stay, so it worked well for us. There were a few things that could use some attention. There was no coffee, there's a pot and filters, but no coffee. Also, the sheets are microfiber which I consider to be cheap sheets. I expected better bedding for the price of the cabin. Towels and bath supplies were clean and plentiful, but there were no garbage bags at all in the cabin and the wifi never did work. I contacted the management and they did bring the bags in a timely manner. Overall it was good, furniture and beds were comfortable and location is close to everything without being on top of everyone.
