This is such a cute little house directly across from the harbor. We enjoyed our beach walks on both the harbor as well as the harbor which included lots of seal sightings. The house is cheerful with comfortable beds and furniture. There are tons of channels to watch on the rainy days as well. We enjoyed our week in Wellfleet!

Tiny but plenty of room for two adults and one teenager, and the beach could not have been closer or more beautiful!

We came to Wellfleet for a wedding and stayed for the weekend. The cottage is as described and is located right on Mayo beach within walking distance to many restaurants and the harbor. The property management team makes sure that you have everything you need and maintains very thorough communication.

As someone that owns property and businesses, I do not like leaving negative reviews. But given we stayed here for two weeks, it was too infuriating to not leave an honest assessment… Good stuff - Location next to the beach. Access to local parks, restaurants, cafes etc. Really excellent. - Beach is lovey when the tide is high. Not too busy either. - Bathroom and shower are ok - Nice people nearby - locals and tourists Not good stuff… - This place is tiny. Far too small for a family with three small kids. 1-2 kids or a couple max. - No black out blinds means everyone is awake at 5am. The family in the cottage next to us left a day early as none of them could sleep. - Not clean at all on arrival. They did resolve this after week one. - Given we stayed two weeks, we requested a vacuum that never materialised until day 12. - Cable and fireplace not working - not resolved in TWO weeks!! - The kitchen is old and the stove wasn’t working. It was fixed. Then someone randomly turned up two days later to replace it without anyone telling us 🤷🏽‍♂️ - The managing agent is polite but a nightmare to get a hold of. I got the sense they just can’t cope with the amount of properties they manage meaning customers are annoyed all of the time. In summary, fine for a weekend or maybe 5 days. Any more then you’ll experience what we did. Given the insane cost for two weeks, the service was pretty terrible. They say you get what you pay for… but we certainly didn’t. Would return to Wellfleet no doubt but not this place. If you have money to burn, like the black and are not claustrophobic… this could be a good shout.

Such potential for an absolutely amazing cottage! Sadly, kitchen not up to par (needs updates), closets full of junk, etc….just expected a little more. Bring your own linens for peace of mind. Also bring your own plates, cutlery, cookware if dining in.

Our group enjoyed the cozy cottage and closeness to restaurants and things to do. The check in was super easy and keyless, which was appreciated after a long trip. We had a blast and can’t wait to visit Cape Cod again soon.

We loved the location of this property—it’s so close to the pier, downtown restaurants, the playground and skate park, and the beach. It was a great fit for our young kids (2.5 and 5) especially as one was apt to nap and the location made it easy to find something fun for one of us to do with our older kiddo.

This cottage is in the perfect spot however it needs quite a bit of updating. Do not know if we will return.

House was very clean and the area was beautiful, as expected.

This beach house is wonderful! Just as advertised. Del Mar was wonderful to work with, we would definitely rent this house again.

This cottage was immaculate and well-appointed with everything we needed for our stay. So nice to have the beds made and towels available when we arrived--so many places require you bring your own. Loved being directly across from Mayo Beach and within walking distance of Mac's and The Bookstore Restaurant!

Pictures are exactly what you get — clean, comfortable, well kept, nice grounds. Location can’t be beat. We had the best beach days and enjoyed walking to the harbor and into town. I look forward to another stay there!

I stayed in this cottage with 3 of my law school classmates and we had the best time! We had 2 amazing days on the beach and loved how close it was. Mayo Beach is only 5 steps from the cottage! The cottage was clean and Del Mar was very responsive and provided us with everything we needed. Access to an outdoor shower and laundry was also nice. Wonderful restaurants in walking distance and others only a short drive. We loved Wellfleet because it was quieter than other towns on the Cape. We will definitely be back!

Cute, Cozy, and quaint... Perfect location across from the beach. Very quiet. Close parking, just outside the door. Only complaint the sheets didn't appear clean but offered to fix forward thing in am.

Exactly what we needed and expected. We were there for the Oysterfest. Amazing views of the sound, very charming.

Close to several public beaches. Beautiful sunrises. Cottage was clean and had everything you need for cooking. Nice area to walk around and shop or eat.

Quaint summer cottage. Probably built in the 50's. Very little closet space and they were full of stuff. Close to the beach so could hear the waves. Things like coffee pot, toaster, microwave all provided and worked well. One bedroom with Queen bed and another with two twins. Internet worked will. Cozy gas fireplace. Enjoyed our time there.

Gorgeous spot. Quiet. Perfect beach. Clean accommodations. Great to walk to restaurants! We will be back!!! For sure! Just lovely!

The cottage was excellent. Just the right size for the two of us. The walk to the beach was so easy and quick - just across the street. We would recommend this property to anyone and would use this one again on our next stay.

We stayed at this adorable home for three nights. The location was AMZING! We were right across the street from the beach. Having a grill and patio area was a great spot to relax and have a drink. The layout worked well for two people - two bedrooms, family room, and small kitchen. Overall, the house was chariming and we can't wait to come back soon!!!!

Couldn't have asked for a better location - right across the street from the beach! The cottage was very clean and well maintained, and within walking distance to the Bookstore Restaurant, The Pearl, and plenty of other great spots downtown. The rental company was amazing every step of the way - I look forward to using them again soon!

Located across the street from Mayo beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Everything we needed was provided...towels,sheets, gas grill, laundry facility etc. it was a particularly hot week so the air conditioners were a nice treat! Would definitely stay there again!,

Great location right across the road from the Wellfleet Bay where oysters are harvested at low tide. Near Mayo Beach and recreation area. Easy walk to the harbor area eateries (Bookstore & Restaurant, Pearl, Mac's on Pier.) Longish walk to town. Beachfront 4 is modest, but clean and comfortable. Grounds are well kept.
