We have a lovely time at The Manor Estate! In fact, we enjoyed the house so much we didn't make it to as many wineries as planned. The house is well appropriated, clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and all had a good night sleep. The hot tub was a hit as well as the games in the fun bar area of the basement.

Great weekend at an "as-advertised" place-- no unpleasant surprises! The hosts were immediately responsive to a couple of minor glitches, the accommodations were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The only possible complaint I could make is that the knives need sharpening and I wished I had a pair of binoculars for the spectacular view! Thank you for allowing us to walk in to a small piece of paradise.

I never write reviews but this house was just so beautiful I felt like I had to. The house was so comfortable and perfect for a friends 40Th birthday and wine tasting week. The owner was amazing and got back to us extremely fast whenever we had a question. I cannot wait to stay on this beautiful property again!

Every February 5 couples rent a place on one of the Finger Lakes for a few days. This place was perfect! It was big enough that we could all be together when we wanted but there were different "living" spaces to separate and do music, games etc. The hot tub, in the snow, looking out over the lake was everything! The kitchen and dining room were the perfect size to accommodate our size group which can be difficult. The Estate was so close to so many wineries and breweries which is my favorite part. All in all, a wonderful place!!

We had a great time at this property! We are a group of moms who took a weekend away from our families to lounge at the house. We had originally intended to go to some wineries nearby, but ended up doing our own wine and food tasting in. There were plenty of beds for all of us to sleep alone, and everything was clean and nicely maintained. Huge table for all of us to sit at for meals. The hot tub was a really nice touch too. And we were able to use the fireplace one day to make it cozy!
The only thing I would recommend is that there be some cleaning products provided, we didn’t bring any Clorox wipes or spray with us and wished we had it a few times as we did a lot of cooking.
Would definitely recommend this place for a larger group of people visiting Keuka Lake area. Thank you for a nice stay!

Surprised my spouse with a getaway 50th birthday surprise. Dinner, Wine tour, hot tub, boating, night fire in the firepit under the stars with the ones you love. The house and venue was great! The host was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Views were spectacular! Estate was more then enough space to fit us all comfortably. More amenities/space then seen in pictures. Art was great! We will be back!

A group of us stayed for a long weekend in the Finger Lakes- the view was absolutely beautiful with a wonderful location. The home had all the amenities you could hope for and slept 12 of us very comfortably. Thanks again for the wonderful stay!

Great venue for large family gathering
We had a great stay at this property. The house easily accommodated our extended family for a long weekend. The setting is beautiful and provided a great venue for a relaxing weekend. The host was very communicative and attentive for needs that arose. I would not hesitate to book it again.

Great place to stay with incredible views!
The owner of this home was super responsive anytime there were questions and even brought a replacement coffee pot when we discovered the one at the house wasn’t working properly. There are so many fun places to go in the area!! Highly recommend this place if you’re ever headed to Hammondsport!

Some problems
The mansion has a spectacular view. The house is large and could easily accommodate at least 12-14 people. We had a few hiccups with the WIFI, TV and the cleaning crew could do a much better job. None of these issues took away from vacation but some things should be addressed.

What a beautiful place to have a wedding. We loved every minute of our time at the Manor House
We will for sure be back for a stay at the Manor House. Everything was perfect. It had everything you needed. The location is outstanding and the views are out of this world. We are so happy that we chose the Manor House for our wedding. It was the perfect day and we had a blast. I highly reccommmend the Manor House to anyone

Great house and amazing views!!
This was our 2nd time staying at Manor House. We have the best time every year. 16 ladies celebrating a "Girlfriend's Getaway " The house is beautiful and we had the pleasure of meeting the owner Art and his wife Melissa. Definitely a great place for a large group to hang, play games, and just relax and enjoy. Thanks Art!!

Wonderful stay in Keuka lake wine country
Our group of 8 long time friends really enjoyed our stay at Manor House. The owner could not have been more accommodating. He answered every question promptly including advice re pizza delivery. The house was as described in the listing and pictures. Very spacious, huge bathrooms and a lovely well functioning kitchen. You can not beat the view of bluff point. Sipping coffee and watching the mist lift off the lake, was a wonderful way to start the day. There are at least 4 wineries within a short distance of the house. The town of Hammondsport with its quaint shops and several nice restaurants is a short 3 miles away. Although we were a group of 8 the house can easily accommodate 12 or more in comfort.

Beautiful wedding venue!
My husband and I got married here in July and we had the most beautiful wedding! Art and Melissa were a pleasure to work with and they have a beautiful home! This is the perfect place for a family getaway or a girls weekend! Conveniently located right across the street from heron hill winery! They recently flattened the land next to the house which allowed for us to have a large tent for our wedding and the lake makes for the best backdrop! Thanks to the Sable family for everything you do for us!

Absolutely stunning home and property. We had a small outdoor wedding here and Art was extremely accommodating. All of our guests could not get over the breath taking views of Keuka lake. Wonderful property and definitely worth a trip!

Beautiful location for our wedding!
The manor house couldn't have been more perfect for us. The view is unparalleled and made a gorgeous backdrop for our wedding! The house was a great home base for my out of town family and friends! Amazing memories were made here.

The Manor is a beautiful home and the view is magnificant of the lake.
The facility was lovely and very much accommodated our large family gathering. Any issues that arose were attended to quickly and did not cause any interruption to our stay.

Beautiful home
This beautiful English tutor situated on Keuka Lake was perfect for our group of mothers and daughters. The view of the the lake is incredible, even in the snow. The open floor plan, which included a balcony, added to the fun of being together. The third floor bedroom provided quiet for anyone who needs some time away. Also, the basement bar and game room are perfect for those who are interested in cards, shuffle board, etc. I highly recommend this stunning home!

Exquisite!
We stayed for a girls' getaway weekend ... the estate house was perfectly appointed right down to the leaded glass and antique door hinges! Every aspect of the home was cozy and welcoming ... daybeds in the windows afforded a spectacular view of the sunrise across the lake. Beautiful wedding retreat
We stayed a week at the Manor house, it was very relaxing and beautiful. Keuka lake was lovely and we could see it from the lake house. House was very clean and furnished with everything we needed.

Perfect outdoor wedding spot
We really appreciate the opportunity to have our wedding preparations and reception at the Manor House on Keuka Lake. The site was perfect for an outdoor tent reception with views of the lake for all our guests to enjoy. Fantastic background for wedding photos! The house itself was spacious so our wedding party could comfortably spend several days before and after the wedding without having to drive to another spot. We were able to use a second refrigerator to store our wedding cake and other items. We had access to a large parking area for all the wedding guests. The caterer had plenty of room to operate without interfering with the guests. Our host was very easygoing. All in all, a great wedding spot.

Great Location, Nice Venue for Large Groups
The grounds and view were gorgeous. The house was comfortable although we didn't have wi-fi as advertised and there was a limited supply of towels. Some amenities, furnishings, and finishes should be improved over time. However, the overall weekend was spectacular. The home owner was easy to work with and flexible to a four-night stay. I would recommend this house to future renters and/or wedding parties. The Hammondsport area is great to explore, if you even want to leave the house!

October 16 - 18, 2014 - Chasing Grapes Base Camp
We visited the Manor House for 3 nights and in two days visited 16 Vineyards or Tasting Rooms - 4 Microbrews - and two very good dining spots. The fall colors and view from the deck were perfect. The house is as advertised and clean as a whistle. The kitchen is modern and spotless ... a great morning gathering spot before chasing grapes. We could not have found a better spot. Never got to use the game room.... but we could have expanded our group by several couples and still have had enough room for all.

Perfect weekend
We looked for the perfect place to get married over Columbus Day weekend. The Manor House was it! Although it was a bit too chilly to say our vows outside, the living room in front of the fireplace was equally as beautiful. The spacious deck with an amazing view of the lake provided an excellent place for pictures. Our family and friends who stayed with us were in awe of the spacious rooms and property. We couldn't ask for a more perfect weekend!

This was an amazing House
This house lived up to all my expectations. We had lots of leisure room around the house, a large kitchen and tons of beds. The view was spectacular and the yard gave us so much space. We easily fit 4 cars and could accommodate at least 3 more. Everything inside the house was well maintained and gave myself and guests a lot of maneuverability for whatever we wanted to do. When split 10 ways, the price is such a better deal than any hotel -not to mention the privacy that comes with staying in a private house. I'd definitely recommend this property to anyone with a large group that enjoys spending time outside but also would like privacy. This property would be excellent for large family reunions.
