Overall the stay and property was excellent. However a few things to note. 1. I’m not certain there was AC in this house. At least we couldn’t find it anywhere. It got HOT. The sun blasts this house all day and it never really cooled down at night. 2. The trains are LOUD!!! Two of the bedrooms are less than 50 feet from a train track and the trains come all hours of the day. 3. Location is great (other than trains) but it’s quite a long walk to the public beach. Bikes or car is recommended. 4. Check in process is a little old school. No remote check in. You have to pick the keys up from a physical person. And if you show up late it’s after hours. Would like to see an ability to check in with codes etc. 5. Hot water runs out fast. We had four adults in the house and in the mornings after one or two people showered we’d run out of hot water for a few hours. For the price we paid, we’d kind of thought they’d at least have instant and unlimited hot water.

We are a group of five friends who meet two or three times a year to knit, chat and eat. This location was perfect. The home is conveniently located to downtown Sandpoint and City Beach and the view is fabulous. The property was immaculate, with plenty of space. We would all like to return (or not to have left!)

The views can not be beat, great location - just a quick walk to town, quick walk to the shared hot-tub (also with great views), the house is furnished well, the kitchen had everything we needed. Check in was super quick and the staff very nice. We did hear the train regularly, but some used ear plugs at night and slept well.

Our second stay here for our group of 9. Four kids age 9-16 and 5 adults. Plenty of room to spread out, sit by the fire, do a puzzle after fun days skiing up at Schweitzer. Large well stocked kitchen. Very comfortable and highly recommend!

We stayed here with a group of 9 people and this unit was so spacious, we did not feel like we were on top of each other. It was very clean and comfortable, and great proximity to town and a reasonable distance to the ski hill.

We stayed the weekend and skied Schweitzer. It was a great spot to have space for our group in one unit. Place was great and the view was amazing. Easy check in process and great location.

Our party consisted of 6 adults and 5 kids who all came to ski at Schweitzer. The condo was 3 stories and easily accommodated us. Gorgeous view overlooking lake.. Kitchen was nicely furnished. Community whirlpool was used nightly.

The kids enjoyed the beach and the pool. We rented a pontoon boat for a day and enjoyed the beautiful lake.

We were 8 adults and this townhouse gave us plenary of space to hang out together or have privacy. It has a beautiful view of the lake and is fully accessible with an elevator. The kitchen was reasonably equipped. It was close to downtown and reasonably close to Schweitzer for skiing. It is close to the railroad and the bottom floor bedrooms are isolated well from the sound. The upstairs bedroom which is closest to the tracks does experience a lot of train noise and rumbling.

We stayed for a week in February to ski at Schweitzer Mountain. The lodging was spacious for our group of 9 and it was awesome to come back each day and use the hot tub and pool. The location is in town/on the lake and a quick 30 minute drive to Schweitzer. The location on the lake looks ideal for summer activities but it sure worked for our crew in the winter as well! The staff were helpful and attentive during our stay. One small downside to this property is the location near train tracks, with trains passing by frequently day and night (noisy). It didn’t seem to bother our crew much but it may be bothersome to some. Overall an excellent property and stay!

We had a great time. The house was amazing and it’s location allowed us to do everything in town we wanted to.

But the sound of train going by was loud and VERY frequent. It's too bad these condos are located literally 50 yards from the tracks. But the ease of access to the water, along with the short walk to town made this a great location despite the train noise. The condo is extremely spacious, and all of the bedrooms and baths were awesome! The separate "suite" downstairs was wonderful for our grandchildren and their parents, almost like a separate quarters complete with kitchen, bath, etc. A few of our biggest complaints are easily remedied - the overall cleanliness of the decks, windows and plexiglass railings was awful. I know that spiders and bugs are inherent by a lake property, but in looking at this condo from the outside compared to others, these areas needed a good cleaning. It was disgusting to sit on the beautiful decks and look through dirty plexiglass towards the lake. There were spider webs everywhere, and this could have been easily cleaned with a broom. There were a ton of lights that were burned out throughout the condo - especially in the bathrooms. We ended up replacing one ourselves, after getting a replacement bulb from management. It was in a guest shower and light was absolutely necessary because it was very dark. All in all, we counted about 10 overhead lights in various parts of the house that were out. The other surprise to us was the very light (white) blinds in the east-facing master. We were awoken each day at 5:00 a.m. with the sunrise. It would have been nice to have a room darkening roller shade available to shut out the light. Again, overall we really enjoyed this condo, but with the issues listed above this is not something I would have expected at a property with this large of a price tag.

This property was the perfect getaway spot for our 3 families (12 ppl total). The space was set up wonderfully for multiple families to enjoy and the location had a beautiful view of the lake and was walking distance to town. We all highly recommend this property!

We had an amazing time! The entire property is beautiful, and house was as advertised. Having an elevator in the house was such a blessing to allow my Mom to move through the house freely. The property managers quickly addressed any needs we had.

We love this townhouse rental. We get a Boat slip and Spend a week every year on the lake and spending time with friends. We love it.

This property is in a great location and can accommodate a large group. We had multiple families with several kids in our group. it was nice to have a "basement" type area for the kids to hang out while the adults were on the main living area. Highly recommended!

The place was beautiful, the view was great, the place had top notch quality and was well appointed The train was more intense than we imagined. It woke people more than a couple of time in each of the upstairs bedrooms. Each of the upstairs bedrooms are in desperate need of black out curtains and we couldn’t get the sound system to work with the main floor TV.
