We booked this rental for a couple of friends traveling together for a wedding weekend in St. John. The location was perfect. We could easily walk to everything, plus one parking spot was included. Although we didn’t use the kitchen, it’s a nice bonus. We did use the washer and dryer, which helps to have clean laundry going home. The view from the wraparound balcony was also amazing. Our only critique was that the floors were dusty and sandy, but I guess that’s part of the island vibe. We would definitely recommend again!

Overall, this is a great place to spend your vacation. We stayed for a week and our group had 6 adults. We opted to not rent a car and found we did not need to. The location of this condo cannot be beat, with all the shops, restaurants, and bars within a short walk. We did have to take a taxi to get to the different beaches but those were super easy to get and were very convenient. The condo had everything you would need for your stay, including beach chairs. The chairs had backpack straps, which made it no problem to take with us on the taxis. Saved us a lot of money on rentals. The place was very clean, and the view was great. We ate breakfast out on the balcony every morning. The only negative was a couple of the mattresses were older and not the most comfortable – minor complaint.

Perfect villa! 3 bedrooms, full kitchen with great appliances. We enjoyed using the provided beach towels, chairs and cooler. This made our beach days easy and we didn’t need to worry about renting. This unit overlooks the pool and Cruz Bay. The villa hosts were very helpful facilitating provisions being stocked before arrival. They even met us at the ferry dock and gave us a ride to the villa. Easy communication, easy check-in and well stocked unit. We loved our stay here.

The condo is spacious and pristine. The view was amazing and you can’t beat the location. We walked to dinner every night and some great restaurants. Our daughter had a amazing time spending a lot of time in the pool. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves to vacation on St John.

This property has a great patio with an amazing view. Easy check in and out. It was clean and all the property staff are so pleasant. Easy to walk to the ferry, food, and fun finds while shopping. We had others in our group that stayed in a penthouse, and they were jealous of our flat. Stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Overall fantastic property, within walking distance to everything. Loved how close to the resort’ amenities including gym and pool!!

We had a wonderful time at the property. The condo is clean, roomy and has beautiful views. Easy walk to everything in Cruz Bay. If you go- rent a car so you can drive around and enjoy the beaches. You won’t regret it!

We had a beautiful stay. The condo was perfect. Amazing views, convenient location and it was an excellent accommodation!!! Everything was easy and the owner and property manager were most helpful abd accommodating. Will definitely be back!!!!

Balcony overlooks the pool. Loved the close proximity to bars and restaurants. Plenty of beach chairs, tubes, cooler, sand toys, noodles…overall great stay!

Wonderful property with great location. Everything was top notch!

We were six friends going on a catamaran adventure in the BVI and decided to check out St John for 3 nights before we started. This waterfront condo was exactly what we needed and exactly what was advertised. Desmond met us at the dock of the ferry after a long day of travel and led us to the condo. The view was fabulous, the neighborhood was a great blend of Caribbean fun, style and local flavor. The kitchen was perfect, the layout was just what we needed and none of the 3 couples felt left out as all of the bedrooms were very nice. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed looking down at it in the evening. The views of the harbor are just what is shown on the VRBO site. Short walks to restaurants, bars, trails and grocery stores made this condo a perfect place to stay.

Overall the property was good. Lots of space, great location, and lovely view. Cleanliness wasn't the best - there was a ton of dust. We went out and bought paper towels the first day (along with our groceries) only to discover paper towels were brought to the apartment when we weren't there. Would have been nice to know ahead that 1. Someone was going to enter apartment 2. That the paper towels were going to be supplied, saving us the expense. We had requested a late checkout but it didn't seem that anyone was aware of that and we were locked out of the apartment at 10:30 on our final morning. Overall good stay for the price.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Our group was 5 adults so the 3 bedrooms were ideal. The balcony is enormous and provides a magnificent view of Cruz Bay. The location cannot be beat as we really enjoyed the short walk along the beach to the restaurants and shops. The unit had everything you could need for a stay. The washer & dryer were a blessing. The parking spot is perfect and literally right next to the ice machine which we used on our daily beach trips with the included soft sided cooler. The unit has a storage cage right at the parking spot with plenty of beach chairs, floats and umbrellas etc.. We even added a couple floats to the collection. If you are staying in Cruz Bay and need 3 bedrooms then I cannot think of a better place to stay and we will definitely return to this unit on our next visit. Thank you Diane for letting us use your condo and also to Crandall for meeting us at the ferry dock. Great Great trip!!

This condo has everything offered and more. The location is close to town, we walked there many times. Kitchen ware was top notch. And it comes with all the toys to make your day fun at the beach. Includes beach chairs, umbrella's, soft sided cooler and floats and noodles. Would definatly stay there again.
