We chose this house because of its proximity to Biltmore and the high reviews. The house was very clean and the beds super comfy. We would stay here again.

Liz’s place was just a short drive to Asheville but away from the busyness. The front porch swing was the perfect spot for morning coffee looking at the mountains and watching the birds. My kids, husband and I came from all over NC to gather for a weekend together and everyone said it was very welcoming and felt like a home. Thanks for the relaxing weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the hill. Beautiful views and convenient home layout for 83yo mom. Spot on movie selection!! Exceptionally well appointed. Only issue is tight driveway at acute angle- which comes with the secluded hill view Would absolutely stay there again. Birdwatchers would definitely enjoy!

This place was perfect for what we wanted on our honeymoon. It's close enough to downtown for restaurants and breweries but far enough out of the hustle bustle to enjoy the quiet neighborhood in the morning/evenings. Our dog loved the backyard. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this home over the Christmas holiday. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. It was the perfect spot for a peaceful stay, with beautiful views, yet it was also close to Asheville. Our two golden retrievers loved the backyard!. The host was responsive to our needs. We will definitely be back!

This place was perfect for me and my husband and 2 grown sons as a brief getaway before Christmas. The fenced-in yard was also perfect for our dogs who enjoyed being able to run around free. The view of the mountains was amazing as well.

This cottage was very clean, spacious, and well organized! Liz has you covered with all of the amenities, including dog sheets and bowls for the fur babies!! She has you covered with anything you need in the kitchen! Entertainment is also provided with a Netflix account and nice variety of classic movies on Blueray! Patch Adams was our favorite!! She also is excellent and prompt with answering any questions. The drive into Asheville is simple and quick! We could only find 1 outdoor chair to sit by the fire, but we were able to make it work!! And last but certainly not least, views from the front porch are stunning!

This property is in a very beautiful location. We were visiting for a wedding. We kept the new couple's two dogs for the wedding. Thos property has a huge fenced yard. There are great touches all around the house, like universal charging cords for electronics. Sleep number bed. Washer and dryer. Soft towels and sheets. We would stay here again. The house is in a quiet, scenic area. Inside was clean and bright and comfortable.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was very comfortable.

The host was very responsive which I greatly appreciated when we were locked out of the house one evening as the keypad was malfunctioning. She got us back inside very quick. There were ants in the master bathroom but the host had someone come out and spray to take care of the problem. I appreciate how attentive she was to make sure we had a great stay. The view is lovely from the front porch. The dog loved the fenced in yard. Great location to Asheville and many hikes. The kitchen table is nice and large and the beds were very comfortable. Note the Wi-Fi is extremely slow and we could not stream any programs on the TV but enjoyed a few DVD’s the host had. The drive way is a little tricky getting in and out. Overall a great time.

Two families rented this property for a weekend of baseball at Bob Lewis Park. House was clean and stocked with everything! Only 15 minutes to park. View is beautiful and house is very private! Took dogs and they enjoyed the large fenced in yard. Owner even provides dog bowls and sheets for dogs! Will definitely book again!

We had a great time at this rental. We brought our two dachshunds who absolutely loved the fenced in yard. We also went on a few hikes to go see some waterfalls. Our dogs did not want to go home and had to be carried off of the porch into the car.

The property was fantastic and exactly as described! We used the house as a base for our girls getaway to Asheville. We had two dogs, who thoroughly enjoyed the fenced back yard. The house was only a 20 minute drive from downtown Asheville but felt a world away. It was so nice to come back after a day exploring and relax. The beds were all comfortable and the washer/dryer was definitely a plus. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we are ever back in Asheville!!

The owner sent me an email prior to the weekend arrival stating she would be hiking near the blue ridge parkway on the weekend and sent me the caretaker's cell phone number. On the Friday before our departure, I sent the owner a text stating we had to turn the water off to the guest bathroom toilet so we could sleep, as it is leaking and is constantly filling. Her response was, "Yep, on my todo list." So she knew about the issue and did nothing to resolve prior to our arrival to ensure we had a comfortable and relaxing stay. I have rented many beach and mountain properties in the last 20 years and they have always supplied a crock pot and blender - neither were available. We went to Wal-Mart and purchased both for future renters, thinking the owner would reimburse me if I sent her the receipt. Her response: "Thanks for the offer, but you can take them with you, as I am brining an Instapot next week". Again, so she did not bring this small appliance prior to our arrival and we had to purchase it, so we could have our meals ready when we returned from a day in the mountains. This owner is not concerned about giving her renters a relaxing and comfortable vacation.

Wonderful 3/2 just east of Asheville. Close enough to the city and out far enough to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the North Carolina mountains.

Incredible view and very well appointed house. We enjoyed the house and the privacy of the property. The road leading to the house and the drive are not for those that dont like narrow mountain roads.

This place was just right for what we needed. It was private, peaceful, and within a short drive from some great hikes and lots of waterfalls. The yard was very spacious and fenced so the pups also enjoyed their stay. We decided to extend our stay and Liz was very accommodating and had it worked out within minutes. We would stay here again if we travel back to Asheville area.

The property was very clean and host quick to respond ! Loved the fenced in yard for our dogs!! It does take a solid 15-20 minutes to get into Asheville and about 40 minutes for most hikes we wanted to do!! Would stay again

We had a wonderful time in this view of the blue ridge mtns, very clean and quiet home. The beds were comfortable, dining table was a great design for socializing and we enjoyed the fire pit on our last night.

I have stayed in this property before. IT is clean and has perfect size beds and bedrooms. The view is spectacular from the top of the mountain. Our dog was able to use the huge fenced in yard. Thank you for having us. Lovely house!

The floor plan and amenities make for a comfortable stay while in the mountains. The pictures are an accurate reflection of this pretty space. Our dogs LOVED the fenced in backyard, and we enjoyed the view of the mountains from the porch swing. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. The host was a kind, helpful, and patient host throughout our stay. She responded to any questions we had quickly. Having stayed an several VRBO's in various cities, I urge you not to pass this one up!

Clean, private and comfortable. Perfect for pets with large fully fenced yard. Of the beaten path but easy drive to groceries and Asheville. Also a gorgeous view from the back deck.
