Very comfortable, clean cabin. Convenient for Cherokee, Deep Creek, Bryson City and the Smokey mountains. Only concern was the shower draining very slowly when we checked in

This property was perfect for a halfway point for our trip to south Carolina. Its secluded, clean and has all of the amenities you could need . The fireplace right next to the hot tub was the best place to be. It was very convenient to have firewood already on the property. The lack of bugs was amazing. Any bug that even tried to get close to us out on the deck would fall down dead instantly. We'll definitely be coming back!

Beautiful property! Enjoyed an entire week there. Would highly recommend.

We loved Cherokee Charm and will definitely book it again. It was a cozy, relaxing, and perfectly appointed cabin. Very picturesque looking from the living room outside to where the hot tub and outdoor fireplace are. The management company is very proactive (we had a winter freeze warning) about keeping guests informed. The property is well maintained and very well stocked. It was very clean and just perfect!

Beautiful cabin and great location for excursions

We were very pleased with the Cabin; it is hard to find somewhere to stay when you have a fur baby! This cabin was very nice, and we would stay there again. The hot tub had a small leak, but management made us aware before we arrived, and it did not affect us not being able to use it. We did miss our turn due to the direction given, the motel you are supposed to turn by has been torn down. It very quiet and peaceful and that is something we needed. Thanks for a relaxing stay!

The house was great! Although it looks very large in the pictures it was perfect for us (2). The hot tub was nice and the outdoor fireplace was amazing! We sat outside (late October) the entire time. Although it wasn’t a real problem for us a few items were “out” i.e. the ceiling fan in the bedroom didn’t work, the TV in the bedroom wasn’t connected to the satellite. We ran out of fire ‘starter’ and the torch/lighter was out of fuel. Luckily we had a lighter and we were able to start a fire without issue. The kitchen was well stocked. However there could be more bowls and larger coffee cups. The coffee maker is that, a “coffee (brew) maker” not a Keurig. This wasn’t an issue either but we were also prepared. The grill worked well and grill utensils were available. Overall, it was a great house for a relaxing weekend.

It was amazing definitely will be coming back. Was a nice place to come to and recharge before stepping back into the real world again

My husband and I are from south Mississippi and try to get a motorcycle trip in every year. We stay at different properties every time we go but I think we will come back here again! The place was amazing!! Location was perfect for the riding we wanted to do. Great tp come home every night to the outdoor fireplace & hot tub!! The beds and bedding was so nice. Slept so good!! The driveway was a bit steep for our bike but manageable. Thanks for a great trip.

So peaceful and beautiful view,.hot tub was perfectly placed for mountain view .Wood and starter at fire pit for marshmallows was awesome time.

The property was nice but the listing was a bit misleading. There was no view, the hot tub did not work, we’ll at least not properly and the ice maker was broken. The mattress is very old and broken down. Seems a little overpriced if I’m being honest.

Very nice and definitely a cabin feel. Not as clean as should have been. Comfortable except for accessing bed in bedroom. Couldn’t get around the bed.

Check in was easy and conveniently located to Bryson City & Cherokee.

Awesome location right off the main highway. Cabin was extremely quiet. The porch was amazing. Wonderful place to wind down after a long day. You could hear highway noise from the porch but it was not horrible. We were close enough to drive to all of the area attractions, restaurants and a grocery store. We had one issue. The refrigerator leaked overnight and maintenance was sent out quickly. The ice machine never really worked. It makes ice but sticks together. It's a beautiful cabin, clean and tastfully decorated with a very user-friendly kitchen with the basic items needed to have nice dinners. The grill was very clean and ready to fire up. The hottub was clean and a great feature as well as the outdoor fireplace. We enjoyed reading by a small fire in the evening. It was to warm to use the one indoor fireplace. The bedroom is a tight space. The mattress probably should be replaced as well as the pillows. It was not really comfortable for myself or my husband. With that said, we were in the cabin five nights and it did not ruin the experience. The road off the main highway up to the cabin as well as the driveway are steep. If you drive a low car you have to take it slow and easy or you will bottom out. Cell service was very good at the house. Highly recommend!

We love the cabin, great location, close to everything, close from Cherokee or Bryson City. I have just few things to suggest, update the kitchenware... Some were broken, rusty and old. Also the fans need to be clean I couldn't turn them on, all the dust circulate around the house... You guys are awesome, but you have a lot competition, but making a few changes make the difference. It is not a negative review, I just want you let you know some things that can help... I'm happy, We had enjoyed the cabin, and we are thinking coming back again.... Thank you so much!

The casino is very close and nice. The hot tub was great. The option for playing pool was great (a tight fit but still so much fun). We were pleasantly surprised by the experience and would do it again.

Cherokee Charm is a very cute cabin. Upon arrival, we had an issue with the indoor gas fireplace not working; however, a Watershed Team member came over right away and was able to make adjustments and was able to get it working. The fireplace was easy to operate; however, the room would get too warm, so we were not able to use it too much. Master bedroom was small but bed was comfortable. Kitchen was stocked well; however, refrigerator ice maker never made ice. The rest of the appliances worked well. I would recommend that they furnish some throws or blankets as there were not any in the cabin. Upon returning to the cabin later in the evening we found that the downstairs toilet stopped flushing and since my husband wasn't able to navigate the stairs to 2nd bath upstairs, we had to leave earlier than expected. Overall, if the cabin has these issues resolved, I would recommend Cherokee Charm.

The place was very clean and well kept. Plenty of dish ware for the both of us. I enjoyed one of the books there and the outside space is amazing!! The bed however ( for me) was a bit uncomfortable. We normally sleep in a 4 inch memory foam topper, so my back hurt each morning even I got up. I would advise to bring your own pillows if you are a person who needs specific ones. They did have a blanket upstairs to use, we did however bring extras which came in handy. There is not a lot of traffic nor noise. The road that runs Infront if the property is a great one to walk the pups on and goes back a good ways with other cabins to see along the way. Will definitely return. Would love to see it during the summer and the winter months.

Only bad thing we encountered was we had to buy several bundles of firewood from ingles to get the fire to burn, because wood that was provided was wet and we weren’t able to get it to burn well. But overall would absolutely stay again. We enjoyed our little get away, and had a blast. Property management was very easy to get in touch with and responded very quickly.
