I have stayed at vista cay multiple times and this time also did not disapppoint. Walking distance from supermarket and $8 Uber ride to convention center. Walkable if it weren’t so hot!

We loved this condo! We stayed here for a recent volleyball tournament. We had our 3 teens and my mom; there was plenty of room for everyone! The two options for swimming were both lovely. We will stay here again!

The condo was a nice space. It smelled a little musty when we first arrived but nothing a few minutes with open windows didn't solve. If you're staying longer than a day consider bringing a few dish pods, coffee pods, and washing machine pods with you so you don't have to buy whole containers at the store.

This was a great location for our group. Walking distance to groceries and a quick Uber/Lyft ride to the Orange County Convention Center. It worked perfectly for our group of 5 adults.

The location was perfect for the conference we attended. Appreciated the extra towels. Easy place to relax. The kitchen was equipped just fine for our short stay. Extra body wash and shampoo would be a nice added touch. Providing coffee would be an added convenience, overall we had a great stay and would likely recommend this property and stay again!

We have stayed at Vista Cay many times. This unit was typical. However the owner has the thermostat set up where the guest cannot set the temperature below 72 degrees. We prefer to sleep with the air lower. This should be disclosed prior to booking, which is the reason for my review. If this matters to you, choose another unit.

I was there with 7 adults celebrating my moms retirement. It was clean and easy to check in. Some more towels (larger) would have been appreciated, but we thought it was a great place and would stay again.

Location and resort were perfect! We stayed for only two short days at the end of a long trip. The condo was a short distance from sea world and universal studios. The resort, pool and bar were perfect, and the condo was close to dining and a grocery store (Publix). The condo was very clean, the resort felt safe, and the amenities were everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the location and the condo and surrounding property was beautiful. We enjoyed using the walking track around the lake, and the pool and hot tub almost every day. There was some noise above us a few times late at night and there should maybe have been clearer instructions posted in the condo as to quiet times and how to contact on-site security.

This is my second year in a row renting and I highly recommend it. I had 8 adults and one 7 year old and we love the spaciousness of the condo and the amenities; pool, gym, nearby Walgreens. I had a convention at the Orange County Convention Center, and it was only a few minutes down the street which was super convenient.

Best rental ever.
Our family hasn’t been together since 2019. My granddaughters had a volleyball tournament at the Orange County Convention center and this location was perfect. Close to everything, the pool and pool bar location was ideal, and the layout of the condo was fabulous. Everything was as expected based on previous reviews. The only note I would add is that the hair dryers need to be replaced. Otherwise it was perfect!

Gorgeous, spacious and clean
Kris was extremely accommodating!! If and when I come back for the PGA Show, I will rent here again in a heartbeat. There was 9 of us and there was plenty of room. Clean and had great amenities...gym, pool and hottub. Lots of space and had mostly everything you needed to cook and relax! Laundry facilities were huge since we got stranded a couple extra days. Weather wasn't great but we were super comfortable and pleased with our stay. Thank you so much!!

Only suggestions are; they should provide laundry soap (pods) for doing washes as well as more bars of body soap (1 total). They supplied dishwasher soap so this shouldn’t be an issue. Also only had one trash bag (one in the pail) for a 4 day stay yet require all trash be placed in bags and put in outside bin. Otherwise great stay and will be back.

The condo was perfect for our vacation. It was everything the description said on line. The pool was close, the location was perfect. We had a great time.

Winter getaway
The condo was very spacious and welcoming. We were there with my sister's family, nine people total, and had plenty of space. Very close to Disney as well as restaurants and grocery store. The pool area was very nice; it was not crowded when we were there, but I suspect it is usually more crowded. The walking path was a nice feature, too! Overall, we had a great time and were very pleased with our accommodations!

Beautiful property with all the amenities and look just like the pictures online. I would've gave the property 4 stars but it had a bit of an ant problem and we noticed it soon as we arrived. Other than that very clean great location only 10mins from universal studios and other parks.

This was a nice clean condo, but the owner or manager has tight control over the air conditioning. You are not permitted to cool the condo below 71 degrees, and it resets to a higher temperature automatically at times. I found this very annoying, and I would not stay here again because of this. I prefer to sleep with the air on 69 degrees, and it was upsetting that I could not choose my preferred temperature. I think this should be disclosed prior to renting the unit.

Absolutely loved this place! The privacy was wonderful, the space was nicely decorated as well. I loved the layout, with the master bedroom being on the opposite side of the condo as the children's rooms. The only issue we had was the night we left, we heard children above us, running up and down the hallways until 1 am. I would definitely stay here again, but for a longer period of time.

We have stayed here for years now for business & pleasure and, have yet to be disappointed by the cleanliness of the apartments and/or customer service for booking our stay. I have recommended Cosy Casas at Vista Cay and have yet to hear the best from everyone that has stayed, as well as, my employees and their family have stayed for the holidays, my only recommendation is to book early.
