This home was perfect for a long weekend with three couples plus babies! It is very spacious with a great deck that we enjoyed for some apres! We also had a fun surprise visit from some moose!! We will definitely look to book this place again.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house worked out well. Directions and getting around Breckenridge went well.

We stayed with 3 adult families and there was plenty of room for all. This is a beautiful home with enough common rooms for families to gather but still have their own space. Kitchen was surprisingly well appointed. Game closet and game room downstairs were the best. Bedrooms and baths were immaculate, spacious, comfortable and tasteful. We will absolutely rent again and highly recommend.

This property was exactly as advertised and worked very well for us. The price and location were good. The layout was great and the hot tub was welcomed. We had a few minor maintenance issues, but this can happen to any property. Travel time to downtown Breck was about five easy minutes down the hill. Same to the gondola and grocery. There wasn't a great view, but the trees were peaceful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Loved the house. Everything was just as advertised. The hot tub was amazing! The location is 5 minutes from Main Street. The fireplace was really nice during the evenings. Did not disappoint and will book this one again!

Property was just as advertised - clean, spacious, and close to town. The management company was very responsive whenever we had questions. You'll definitely want to rent a car as there is no bus service to the house (we were made aware of this and had no issues during our stay). Ubers exist, but sometimes can be hard to come by. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again for a future trip.

We enjoyed the house lay out and all the games and amenities. The kitchen could use a keurig coffee pot. Plenty of pillows but inadequate pillow cases. It would be helpful to have bedding needs for pull ou labeled in laundry room. Space heater was helpful in the rec room. Seating arrangement in living room was very good. We did not need bus to slopes, but never saw bus stop in literature.

House was great, plenty of room for our party of 10. Sandy and team were very responsive to questions and helpful when we needed a pack-n-play for the toddler in our group. 4 Bedroom 3 bath house was perfect size, and kitchen/ dining room with seating for 10 was perfect! Private hot tub was a hit. Only ding was not having a stop for shuttle nearby, but we made it work with driving and uber/lyft rides. Thanks to Sandy and her team at iTrip.

We had a great time, we all loved the living room. We enjoyed the games that were stored in the cabinet. The Hot Tub was amazing. My only concern, no door in Master bathroom for privacy. We had to keep leaving the room for privacy or use the downstairs bathroom. Other than that, we loved our stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

We had an amazing time in Breckenridge and this home was a big part of that. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. Unfortunately the hot tub was now working correctly, but the owners reimbursed us nicely for the inconvenience. I would stay here again!

The house was excellent and well appointed. Check in and check out were seamless. We especially enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. It’s a great rental and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

This home is a lovely, well laid out home. Each family unit had their own private area, but yet a great living space for us to all be together for meals and gathering around the fireplace. Carla was quick to respond with any questions or needs. We would stay here again.

Great experience! House was extremely accommodating! The driveway was a little narrow and invisible as the GPS sent us to the front of the house. The owner did send the directions of find the driveway that I didn't see, so that was on me. It seems like they are updating the home as they go which still makes it a beautiful home! That hottub though! Lawd that hottub! Rent this home! NOW!!!

With a ton of space inside, privacy between the floors, a gorgeous two-sided fireplace, huge kitchen and dining table, pool table, super clean hot tub, plenty of outdoor seating, and lovely surroundings, there wasn't a thing we would change. There aren't really mountain views from this house but we didn't miss them one bit because it was fantastic being surrounded by trees (which you can peer through for a view) and at a decent distance from neighbors. It sits at an intersection of a well-traveled road but is not noisy and just far enough away from town to be incredibly peaceful and relaxing. iTrip was wonderful to work with, especially during COVID-19 and we felt totally safe in a super clean home. Overall, this was the best rental experience we've ever had. We will definitely be returning to Colorado soon and will use iTrip again!
