Great location, clean, owner very responsive!!

The house was awesome, I would highly recommend to family and friends. Great location with lots of amenities not to far from the house and the best part was the walking distance to the beach! Would rent again in a heartbeat!

We stayed at the end of June 2023, and had a great visit. The location is excellent, in walking distance to many places including restaurants, coffee, shops, the grocery store, and the beach. The place was updated and clean and had all major appliances. Central heating and air works really well, as well as the laundry machines. The kitchen is basically brand new. Would recommend the bedroom with a queen be up graded to a king-size bed, and some baby proofing put in, so we did not have to do it ourselves. We also recommend black-out curtains be added, although the windows did have your basic venetian blinds and curtains, but we like it extra dark, so we brought our own. But obviously these are nice to haves, and all features were explained in the photos and descriptions. We had a great visit and recommend to others.

Loved it, close to the beach and looked like pictures/ super easy to rent. We would go back. Convenient location with ice cream, pizza, few restaurants within walking distance for young teenagers.

My husband and 2 kids (8 and 10) stayed for a long weekend. The house was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen and new appliances which was nice because we actually ended up doing some meals in! The ONLY complaints I have: Beds werent super comfy. and it was kinda loud at times in terms of people staying above on the 2nd floor. However, all things considered I would recommend the property and stay again

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was the perfect size for our long weekend visit with our 1 year old. Everything was very clean and functioned without issue. Location can’t be beat. Highly recommend!

My family and I had such a great time during our stay here! The house was clean and had everything you would need. Great restaurants, shopping and things to do in walking distance and can’t forget to mention that you’re only steps away from a nice and quiet beach. Our 2 year old had a blast and we will definitely be looking to come back next year!

Our stay was very nice. The owner was helpful with the check in process and provided helpful information. The house itself is beautiful, comfortable and a quick walk to the beach. My husband and I really enjoyed our week at this rental. We are hoping to be able to come back next summer. The rental is only four houses away from the beautiful beach and was clean and well furnished. We stayed in the bottom unit and enjoyed spending some time on the covered porch. We had a wonderful week!

Clean and everything we needed for one adult and two teens! It was very cold during our stay, but we still managed a "polar plunge" over to the sand bar and luxuriated in hot outdoor showers on our return. And every night we walked down to the bay for beautiful sunsets too.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room for 2-3 couples, and the location couldn’t be better. 50 yards from the beach and a 5 minute walk to the bay! Make sure to bring towels, there aren’t any there. Would definitely recommend!

This house is perfect for a family. Beach block, walking to restaurants and entertainment yet quiet neighborhood. Beautiful wide, spacious beaches. Will come again!
