We rented this home to host our small wedding ceremony. Every part of the home, the rental process and communication exceeded our expectations. From the beautifully landscaped yard, to the luxurious pool/patio. The house is stocked with anything you could need. It is beautifully crafted and decorated. Everyone had their own space, and we never felt like we were on top of each other. I truly couldn’t ask for anything better. It’s hard to put into words how exceptional this home is. We recommend it to everyone!

The property was just amazing. We all slept very comfortably. All the shops restaurants and amenities were close by. The host was excellent. The property staff, greeter, or cleaners, pool staff, landscapers, trash, pick up, were incredible, timely and efficient. Our whole vacation was just wonderful, to the point where the family asked if we were going back soon and if we would be staying at the same property. Highly recommended and thanks Sean.

We have been gathering our adult children and our grandchildren from around the USA to share a July vacation for 18 years in rental homes from Florida to Montana. Our family voted this home as the “Absolute Best”! Beyond the comfy bedrooms and shiny bathrooms for all, the kitchen came with everything needed to feed our family from a giant pot for boiling lobsters, commercial sized oven, two each of refrigerators and dishwashers, veg and wine coolers, and every kind of implement and appliance you need. After beach days just down the road, gathering around the fire pit or hot tub have us all time to catch up. Most evenings ended with everyone strolling a half-block to work our way through the yummy list of ice creams at Smitty’s.

We spent most of our time back and forth between the pool and hot tub or playing outdoor games in the giant yard. We appreciated the quality kitchen supplies/cookware and the beach chairs/umbrella/cooler that the house provided. Everything was high quality and met the standards of our very picky group!

Property is beautifully appointed and great for large groups. We were the first group to rent for the summer season (first weekend of May), so pool + hot tub were just turned on. Unfortunately there was a gas leak in the back yard for half of our 3 night stay, so the smell wasn't great, we couldn't use the grill, and the hot tub was ice cold. It was a weekend, so I appreciate that help was hard to find, but for the cost of the rental, I would have hoped for after-hours / weekend service to have been priority.

The Hydrangea House is superb on every level. We had plenty of room and the house had everything we could possibly need. The property is well cared for and it exceeded expectations. I have utilized other spaces for my Innovators retreats, this was incredible! I look forward to coming back. It's a fantastic house!

We have rented many vacation homes, and this home is unlike any other property we have ever rented. My entire extended family was on Cape Cod for a wedding, and half of us stayed in this home for a long weekend. We all wished we were staying for much longer! This home is immaculate, very well maintained, and so spacious and comfortable - room for everyone to spread out. We just loved it! Many of the amenities are pictured in the listing and everything is just as it is in the photographs. What impressed us most, aside from how gorgeous this home is, was the level of detail and careful thought that the homeowner has given to providing absolutely everything a family could possibly need while staying in this house. It's wonderful! There are luxury soaps, shampoos and conditioner in every shower, liquid handsoaps at every sink, a full container of dishwasher soap for the two dishwashers, a full basket of pods for the washing machines, more paper towel and toilet tissue than a huge family could use in a week, a drawer full of tupperware containers in a variety of sizes for food storage, cleaning supplies so you can keep the counter tops clean, and many, many towels for the pool. In most rentals we've received a starter kit of essentials. Here, truly everything is provided for the length of your stay. You won't need anything more than your clothes! This is an exceptional rental home, and the owner is wonderful - so helpful and very responsive. We could not recommend a property more, truly a five star home. Take your family and go!

What a house! We went with our family to celebrate our fathers 70th Birthday. From the moment we walked into the home we were beyond pleased. The home is absolutely stunning, spacious and has everything you could need! We loved the outdoor fire pit, pool and hot tub, games in the basement- gigantic island, and state of the art kitchen! We truly had a wonderful week and made so many memories and will absolutely be returning! We highly recommend this gorgeous home!!

A wonderful memorable stay for our family. The property was perfect. Plenty of space for everyone to come together as well as find space to do your own thing. 3 generations came away happy with memories for a lifetime. Our host was easy to reach and happy to help!

Wonderful spot for a family reunion with our adult children and our grandkids. Beautiful, comfortable and spacious home - each family had their own bedroom “wing” for sleeping - and the young ones loved the bunks! We enjoyed the heated pool every morning and late afternoon which has a huge deck area, giant umbrellas for shade and large covered area with huge dining table. There were pool noodles and other pool toys which the kids loved. When we weren’t using the pool we kept it covered (operated by a simple switch) so the kids were safe playing on the deck (which is totally fenced in). Also used the fire pit every night which we all loved! The kitchen was a dream (equipped with everything including paper products, soaps, etc) the various sitting areas/rooms gave everyone plenty of space to spread out, the game room is super spacious and entertained not only the teens in our group but gave the younger kids plenty of room to run about downstairs (giving the adults some space on the main level for cooking, reading, and working for some of us!). For laundry-4 washers and dryers! For our beach outings (short drive to several) there were plenty of beach chairs in the garage for our use along with dozens of beach towels (in addition to pool towels). The owner/manager Sean was responsive and helpful from booking through the end of our stay and clearly took great care to all details in the design of the house as well as it’s amenities for guests. Also well situated with an ice cream shop and a market with a large selection of everything around the corner (5 minute walk max). Highly recommend this home - totally worth the splurge for a reunion, group of friends, working get away. Although we try to rent a place in different parts of the northeast each summer, we all agreed that we would like to return to this home next year. Thank you Sean! THE BEST VACATION HOME!

The house is beautiful and clean and has everything you need with wonderful location near food and beaches. The pool was perfect as was the fire pit and grill. And plenty of towels are left there which we used more than I thought we would! It was great!

This property was perfect for our 2022 team yearly planning session. The house was able to give use enough space to break out in to groups and come together as a team. Our favor event was being able to come together and cook as a team in the very spacious kitchen. The property has everything you could possibly need for a wonderful stay.

This stunning property was a dream come true for our daughter’s micro-wedding weekend! The gorgeous grounds, flawless accommodations, chef’s kitchen with every imaginable appliance, tool, and dinnerware item, and grand as well as intimate gathering spaces, made for a perfect venue. We couldn’t have asked for more! Sean was a gracious and attentive host, welcoming, and responsive within minutes. We can’t wait to book a family summer getaway to enjoy the pool as well! Sean’s property is beyond perfect - even better than the photos are able to show. We had a few family units, including a newborn, a toddler, and a 6-year old and everyone had plenty of space to hang out, run around and be loud without bothering anyone else. The kitchen may be the best part of the house, and we all congregated there every morning for breakfast. That kitchen island is *chef’s kiss*. We visited in October and while many restaurants and shops were closed for the season, there were still many that were open and within walking or very short driving distance. Beautiful Nauset beach just a five minute drive away also exceeded expectations. We used the heated pool and hot tub almost every day. And the fire pit was lovely as well. The sun room was so peaceful, and the game room with ping pong, shuffleboard, pool and a comfy couch with tv were wonderful for late night hangs after the kids went to bed. Sean is a wonderful host - super responsive and every aspect of the house is well-thought out - from the hair dryers in every bathroom to the stock of laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper both upstairs and down. We loved our time here and will definitely be back!!

This house, indoors and outdoors , is even more wonderful than the photos, Sean was completely responsive to all of our questions, both before and during our stay. Our family reunion will be a spectacular memory that we will always treasure. Cannot recommend this property highly enough for a large family...common spaces were large enough for 15 of us to lounge, dine and sleep comfortably, an unusual gem of a home!!!
